purple no not had any bloods done yet, it's only my second month temping. I had hoped last month was just a blip. Will see whether a new thermometer helps and if not I'll book in to see my gp. I'll be coming up to six months of ttc by then anyway so it'll time quite nicely with getting things checked out.

As it happens I've got a referral to ENT coming up as ive been getting episodes of vertigo and nasal/sinus issues, so if there's an underlying problem there this might explain the high temps pre ov.

I'm hoping I've not ovulated this month as our shags were badly timed due to arguments. I might get another shot later in the month! Dunno whether I need to start peeing on opk again though & if so, when

Frog Funny humorous or funny peculiar? It does give me some chuckles. I have far too many books on conception and pregnancy already. It's within my nature to study data of both a quantitative and qualitative value. I would love to do my own study to get a view of other people's pregnancies and how they conceived. I get truly fascinated by variables and their links, regardless of the subject matter! I get really passionate about it. I always think that knowledge may not be power but it breeds confidence.

Was violently ill during the night, and am still in bed. DH has bought me tea and toast and is doing the housework.
Not sure what set it off, maybe my IBD, or a virus. Definitely not baby hormones, as I'm 5dpo at most.

Purdey I only have one cycle off the pill to compare with and I wasn't temping then so not sure when I Ov'd. Cycle length was 33 days and I think I prob ov'd on CD16 or 17 meaning LP was 16 ish days? Only 12DPO today, but temp still high (.04F less than yesterday though).

Monday POAS Party People - I won't be joining you as want to wait until at least the length of my last cycle. Melon I might join you on Thursday if AF hasn't shown.

Sparkly, no, my BFP with Nancy was only seven days post-five-day-transfer (in other words, 12 days past the donor's eggs being collected and fertilised - in even other words: 12dpo). However, when pregnant in 2012 with what was to become my mmc I got a BFN at 12dpo and a positive at 13dpo. Mind you, I ovulated on CD15 that cycle.

I was nauseous all the way through church and considered leaving early, but didn't because the sermon was so brilliant.
