What kind of thermometer are you using? How are you testing? Your temps are pretty stable whereas mine are more rocky so I think you may be temping wrong (or WAY more accurately than me!!)

Yes I was really quite nauseous last night and couldn't sleep because of it. I'm sure af will be here today despite no symptoms. I think the bfn 3 days ago was definitive enough.

I don't believe Brazil nuts are harmful either.

Purdey not weird at all that you've got my chart saved! My last chart attached, (I thought FF was stupid with my 18 day LP so overrode ov day but it did say CD18) they weren't below the coverline but dip down lots and if I had the same coverline they would be underneath it. It was my first month temping I think I faffed more getting my temp done it the first half of my cycle so it set a higher coverline. I guess I need one more month to really show of my temps always do this, but it is worrying me.

Selenium is important for you and your partners all of them? Haha!

After losing an hour, I temped at the new 6.30 (felt like 5.30) then DS came in at 6.43 - sent him back to bed. Then he got up at 7.30 (normal 6.30 wake up). DP is still in bed because he has the startings of Man flu. My house needs cleaning, it has been neglected recently. I have taken annual leave Thurs to clean but thought I could squeeze in some tv!

My temp went down today after yesterday's high... But I think that could be due to the clock change and the fact that I tried to adjust for it but when the wrong way so took it at 4.45 new time instead of 5.15 old time, so and hour and a half early! Idiot. X

I predict I will officially be out at some point today. Really disappointed as I was starting to think that this could be the month. No idea what that random brown spotting around the expected implantation date was then!
I'm ok though. It's only cycle 3 for me and this has been my first month charting, I've learned a lot. In 3 weeks I have my hen party and 5 weeks my wedding then honeymoon. It would have been impossible to keep the secret from my friends and family as I'm known as someone who likes a drink! It's probably for the best

So, today is CD16 out of a 26 day cycle. I am pretty sure I ovulated on CD12. I feel rough; I can't decide whether it's due to a combination of gym session, decorating and too much ice cream or whether the cramping in my stomach is due to a possible symptom!
