sparkly sorry you had a bad experience. at least they got what they needed though so you can put it behind you. Hope you're treating yourself to something nice tonight Flowers

ThePug · 23/03/2015 18:54

Sparkly Poor you, doesn't sound like much fun at all. Brew & Cake for you. On the positive side, at least they got done what they needed and it wasn't all for nothing.

frog fx that is a good sign (disclaimer: I have no idea whether it is or not)

PurdeyPie · 23/03/2015 18:58

Frog, s'nowt to worry about. Some of us have a rather charming pale neon-green snot-like discharge at various points in the 2ww. We have no idea what it is AIDS and we don't care neever

Oyster, it's great to have you back. I'm dead excited about your pale brown cm.

Juney, how is the stitched-up tot? More importantly (to us), how are you? Thanks

I have something weird and wonderful to tell y'all. I got a text from my mum in the early hours of this morning telling me she had woken up knowing that 'the Lord was telling me to put some money into your account for a special need that you have.' It was one hundred pounds. She didn't know I had broken my glasses because I was too scared to tell her; she was always telling me to pick them up from the rug in case they got stepped on. Moreover, I haven't seen her since I broke them as she's been housebound with a sever ear infection so none of us went to church or saw each other.

So..can you guess what I bought? NEW GLASSES! Grin

Sparkly123 · 23/03/2015 19:06

Thank you Ladies for your kind wishes.

Purds so glad you got new glasses this is fantastic news. I love your mums text to you too.i hope she gets well very soon. Isn't it funny how she just knew??? Star sorry for my non informative post-I didn't want to detail what happened on here incase it put anyway off who is awaiting HSG?!

DizzyMerry sounds awful lovely. Don't be so silly you were right not to tell me! I was very relaxed before I went in and positive too and that's mainly down to all you ladies so at least I wasn't a nervous wreck before!! Sorry you had such a bad experience. So does that mean you never managed to get it all checked?

mrsb0710 · 23/03/2015 19:06

purds Sad progesterone levels. Is there anything they can do to boost them?
Grin for new glasses though. It was amazing timing from your mum. I hope that was a bright spot in your day.

Sparkly123 · 23/03/2015 19:10

Purds re progesterone. On the bright side.. It could be worse right? One of mine was 11.5. I have been between two fertility clinics (NHS) so far as got transferred to one nearer me. One of them told me 30 was adequate for maintaining a pregnancy whilst the other said over 20. They said different clinics have different parameters. So maybe your score is ok? Back to clomid do you think?

Sparkly123 · 23/03/2015 19:11

Purd oh and your prayers mean the world to me thank you Flowers

babsbunny · 23/03/2015 19:12

Oh purdey. That's so lovely. That's just made me cry a little. I hope you are delighted with your new specs. You deserve them! Sorry about your progesterone results, but your high temp sounds promising.

Sparkly, so sorry you had a rough day. I hope you are now suitably tucked up in a duvet being spoiled with cups of tea and cake x

Drumming fingers waiting for af to appear....Hmm

Sparkly123 · 23/03/2015 19:13

Oyster fingers crossed this is good news! Hope you had a lovely break!

mrsb good luck dtd ! Go smep go!

jugglingmonkey · 23/03/2015 19:13

Evening all,

Autumn, do hope you're okay? Any news? I had a miscarriage in October at 6+4. Started with a few days of rusty spotting, then a day of nothing, then the miscarriage. PM me if you want any advice, it was horrible of course, but my hospital were great (I self referred and had bloods to confirm hcg levels decreasing). It was like a long heavy period, nothing more, but can of course be different for everyone.

I do hope it doesn't come to that for you.

CD27 here, BFN this morning (AF due Weds/Thurs), so I'm guessing I'll be on the April bus. Huge nausea this afternoon though, which was typical in my pregnancy with DS.

How is everyone else feeling? Any symptoms out there?

pinningwobble · 23/03/2015 19:16

Cramping and sore bbs here...AF due Friday.

DizzyMerry · 23/03/2015 19:17

Purdey my progesrerone levels were ridiculously low when I was ttc #1. 11 something but I went on to conceive so fx tightly crossed for you.
Sparkly they couldn't do the hsg so I had a lap and the endo they found was cleaned out. I'm glad though that they completed the procedure for you so you can put the experience behind you

frogbubbles · 23/03/2015 19:18

Thanks for the reassurance on the cm front, pug and purds

Sparkly glad your starting to feel a bit better now, I'm really sorry you had a bad experience

eskimolaura · 23/03/2015 19:23

Sparkly I'm so very sorry that you had such a rough time. Hope you're feeling better now and that your womb selfies make it worth all of the pain and discomfort Flowers

Autumn How are you now? Has the bleeding stopped? I really hope that everything is ok.

Purdey Hoorah for new specs. Are they sexy?

Nomio No sign of AF but thanks for asking.

Ladies, I am feeling very despondent today. Had a tough day at work and am just so bloody worn out. I am getting really fed up with waiting for AF. Still, if I don't laugh about it once in a while, I would just spend the whole time crying. Last week, DH offered to just squeeze me 'until some blood came out...' and then yesterday, I was putting in a load of red washing and I thought I may have dropped a sock, so I shouted to DH 'Have I dropped anything red?' and he shouted back 'Not for a while...'!! The humour keeps us going, but I just want to get on with trying to make babies! There hasn't even been any sign of fertile CM or any kind of cramping recently. It's as if my system has gone on the blink and has shut itself down. Fed up :(

spinningirl10 · 23/03/2015 19:30

Evening allSmile

Purdey, ah what a lovely story, I'm so pleased you have new glasses and can see your beautiful Nancypants properly againSmile

Sparkly, I'm really sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I hope you're not suffering now and are relaxing and being looked after by your lovely dh. Sending you a hug xx

Juney, I've been thinking about you today, hope you're ok.

I'm signing off for tonight, dp has the night off so I made toad in the hole, a big favourite here. Hope everyone has a happy eveningSmile

purdey thank the Lord.

sparkly sorry it was tough. Glad it's over for you.

juney how's tricks, chick? X

victoria how are you feeling now?

We need some good news on here. Anyone got any?

babsbunny · 23/03/2015 19:34

Hi Boris. Good news about the new isa for first time buyers?

babsbunny · 23/03/2015 19:35

You never know, by the year 2050, might have saved enough to put down a deposit on our first home....

nightandthelight · 23/03/2015 19:39

Will join you in that hope babs! Have all but given up :(

ThePug · 23/03/2015 19:41

spinning Enjoy your dinner- yum! And have a nice evening with DP

eskimo Grin your DH is hilarious. But I can understand how utterly frustrated you must be getting. Have you spoken with your consultant yet about the scanthingy and whether you need to stop actively trying?

Purdey New specs! Are they the purple ones or did you choose something else? Did you waft the money triumphantly in the optician's face? Your mum sounds fab. let's hope she has another instruction about needing to give you £5k and promptly does so

I've been thinking about Juney too. Are you out there somewhere? Were you looking after the same kids today? My SiL sent me the most horrendous photo of nephew last year - he literally had an egg on the bridge of his nose between his eyes as he'd tripped and smacked his face on the side of their coffee table. It looked horrific (and he went to A&E) but he recovered quickly. Kids can hurt themselves in a split second, regardless of who is looking after them. I'm sure your employer will know this.

babsbunny · 23/03/2015 19:43

Hi night. We harbour some hope, but will prob have to get out of London in the long run to do it. Which is sad, because we both really love it here.

nightandthelight · 23/03/2015 19:48

Oh lawks babs I have no idea how anyone manages it in London! We are struggling in South Wales :(

eskimolaura · 23/03/2015 19:49

Pug DH and I have a relationship that is pretty much based on laughter :) I haven't spoken to the consultant yet. Still taking AC, in the hope that it will kick-start something, so not TTC right now. Feel like we're just in limbo.

babsbunny · 23/03/2015 19:51

Eskimo. That's sounds tough. Glad you have laughter x

Hairstylisttoboris · 23/03/2015 19:54

babs I like the way you think :)
