Glitterpants cd5. Bore fest! AI begins next week. HSG on Monday first. That's my update!! You all set for go this cycle?! Grin

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 20/03/2015 21:58

:) woop! I am getting my PMA on for this cycle Sparkly! Even if it means I have to talk lovingly to my lower jelly belly each day and give it a rub!!

Ooh isn't a HSG going to hurt/be uncomfortable.

I have my transflange on the 18th. Xx

PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 22:02

Giddy, don't mess the The Fordy.

Sparkly, how are you, sweetcheeks?

Sammy! You lickle darlin'. When you mentioned contact lenses I ran upstairs and rooted around in my not-been-used-in-years-but-too-scared-to-chuck-away cosmetics box and found my old lenses! I've gorrem in now! Grin

We love you, Spinning! Your DH loves you too, no doubt, but he needs to see how emotionally controlling he is being when he closes down. It's not respectful or kind and I don't care how annoyed with you he is this is no way to carry on in a loving relationship. He is silently punishing you Thanks

loopylou1984 · 20/03/2015 22:09

Happy to help Purdey Smile
I ?? my contact lenses!! Xx

SaladBeach · 20/03/2015 22:10

Glittery, going to start poas this weekend, I like waiting for the smiley face so I know dtd is worthwhile Smile mean wife who is happy to shag everyday for one week of the month and not much in-between

Congratulations Mary Flowers

victoria401 · 20/03/2015 22:11

sparkly good luck with HSG. And no its not particularly uncomfortable. They tell you to take plenty of pain killers an hour before and I personally didn't feel a thing, no different to a smear really. I did however not ttc that month and just as well really as spotted the whole cycle after it and only had 26day cycle, 11 day lp. Talking to others who'd had it, this is not usual!

Giddymamma · 20/03/2015 22:11

Thought I could get away with being cheeky while you were incapacitated. Darn those lenses. Wink

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 22:13

Spinning Flowers for you !! At least lovely ds is back for cuddles! Purdey pie will get some of that cake to you Tomor im sure! Wink

Purdey Dolly. How are you more to the point mrs? Were you not getting blood results today? I'm ok. An easier day today. Tomor I have the nephew invasion. Can't wait.. Confused love them but my energy envelope ain't huge right now! They always make me Grin though.

Glittery yes . Ouch. Pain, I'm not up for it. AT ALL. blocking it out until Sunday night ha ha.

Giddymamma · 20/03/2015 22:17

Yay Mary's!

All good here miss sparkly, thank you for asking. Xx

PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 22:17

Cymon, yes, CD17. Pre-Nancy I always ov'd on CD15 but since her birth it has been CD17 (and even later on the damned Clomid). You'll notice from that chart, too, that I ov'd seemingly two whole days after my positive pok, however, depending on what time I got my surge and the exact time of the egg popping out it still could have been 36 hours?

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 22:24

victoria thanks for the info lovely I'm glad it was painless for you. I'm used to hospitals and tests etc so usually I would be only a little nervous but suck it up and get on with it etc. However, the Gynae told me she didn't think id tolerate it well pain wise etc and so it's kinda scared me.. A bit!! I hope I don't spot all month after It as I need to start AI for this cycle 4 days after and I realllllly want to for it this month!!!

PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 22:26

Sparkly, yes, my apologies for saying I'd get the result 'on Friday'. I thought it was Wednesday yesterday! I will ring up for my results on Monday afternoon.

Please don't worry about pain on Monday, sweetheart. I know you will, and I know you have issues already down there but you will, I am positive, not suffer greatly. You won't need hubby as the nurses will be fantastic. Moreover, you are fantastic and will close your peepers tight and get through it by thinking about swimming through swamps of quinoa. I will pray about it Thanks

PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 22:28

..and this is what your stupid gynae should do with her opinion...

The March Bus continues.....will the Eclipse bring us more bfp's!
PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 22:30

Sparkly, I honestly think you should stick to the SMEP (except for stupid and pointless CD10) this month instead of the punishing nine-day-on-the-trot killer of last cycle!

cymonsarah · 20/03/2015 22:36

Yep Purdey I see that. Thanks. It's fascinating really, all these things our bodies do that most of the time we don't even notice.

Mary Congratulations ! Flowers

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 22:45

Ha ha Purdey thanks for the pep talk!i needed that! I'm honestly honestly not a wimp I promise.. I love a bit of pain me! Ha. But I always think when I doctor says it will be painful then it will be. HOWEVER she also couldn't give a about my spotting and wouldn't give me any progesterone. So yeh, Dr Purds and Vics , id say I'm going with your advice! It's gonna be a breeze! (And I'll take a couple painkillers before a la Vic as this was not suggested by those idiots!)
Re smep.. Yes, I was thinking from CD 12 this cycle.. Although pretty sure I will have flashing smiles on OPKs by then.. But I think I should risk it for quality sperm right? Or my other option (weirdly favoured my dh..) is cd 10 then cd12 onwards..

frogbubbles · 20/03/2015 22:46

What a strange day it's been. Bank have misplaced a cash mortgage payment of 5k!! On the flip side I've bought a kitchenaid food processor and got a discount of £25 because it was last one display model and had a dead fly in it, result!!!

Cymon, monkey & babs I'm on the POAS countdown too, when do you all test? I'm 25th I must admit though I caved on 7dpo and bought a ton of IC and peed on one just to settle the urge so you aren't alone monkey on that one.

Glad DS had a good time spinning and boo to daft men. Mine has the hump tonight, must be something in the air

Welcome moonstone and good luck

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 22:47

Purds! Yeh last month we did cd 10-19 I think... No. Not again!

juneybean · 20/03/2015 22:58

Getting fucking hacked off with stupid adverts on this pissing site. Typed the same message three times !!!

sparkly I didn't even feel the catheter going in, I only found the procedure uncomfortable as I allowed a student to do it and she rammed the speculum up against my cervix(!) It'll be fine honestly!

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 23:13

You lot Blush right. Piece of cake. Thanks Juney Flowers what CD now?? How many dpo?? Hopeful hopeful hopeful!!! Star

wotsits1 · 20/03/2015 23:26

purdey go and look at a website called select specs. I go through glasses like you would not believe (I'm so clumsy its ridiculous) so now I just order cheaply pairs off that website. If you know your prescription, its ace. My last pair cost me £13!

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 23:28

£13 wotsits whaaaat!! Amazing!

juneybean · 20/03/2015 23:39

Sparkly I'm cd18/5dpo I think! Not thinking about it too much as am convinced it's a no!

PurdeyPie · 21/03/2015 00:02

juney, where did your 1&2dpo temps disappear to?

wotsits thank you. Could I get bifocals cheap?

frog, are you telling us you just paid 5k in cash off your mortgage? You robbed a bank or summat?
