I have a referral appointment on 19th March. Not sure what they will say/do as mine is a bit of a weird one isn't it?

Woolly Good luck with the preseed, although, like some others on here, we only tend to use it as lube. The first (and only) time I used the syringe, I thought it was far too much, and felt that it seemed to allow the spermies to flood out of me, rather than make their way up to my tubes!
