Lol Wild what a crazy dream! If a little stressful too! It must be the drugs! Fx for a good report from the FC tomorrow, I hope they've been playing Barry on repeat.

tiger just think, you could soon be into 9 months of feeling ragey and emotional! Fingers crossed eh! I'll be willing on plentiful eggs for tomorrow.

Gill that's a bit poor of them, it takes a minute max to send a group text to let people know. But then I don't have any babies and don't understand Anyway, pompoming for you... Come on little embies!

Good luck for tomorrow Lucie!

Gillster · 23/04/2015 23:06

Big day tomorrow:

Tiger - (final) scan before EC, go follies!

Wild - day 3 embie freezing, go embies!

Lucie - day 5 transfer, hoping you can join the PUPO party very soon.

I would try and replicate some of Beaky's flashier dance moves but think I'll cause myself an injury so doing them in my head instead. Good luck ladies!

tigerdog · 24/04/2015 08:04

Good luck today lucie, hope it all goes well.

When will you hear about your frosties wild?

beaky I'd happily be ragey and emotional for 9 months if there was a baby at the end of it! I'm ragey and emotional most of the time anyway these days! Hope you're feeling better.

Every spare appendage crossed for our PUPO ladies and those soon to join them!

Thanks for the good luck vibes. Yep, scan for me today then a spot of woo needles. My note says only to take burserelin this morning and not menopur....seems a bit odd. Maybe they do that so they can adjust the dose later if not much is happening? Feeling a bit crampy which is hopefully a good sign that things are working!

Remembering to feel grateful for what I have today after a bit of a scare yesterday after my little sis was in a car crash. Thankfully only minor injuries, and my nephews weren't in the car, but the car was written off completely Shock.

lucieloos · 24/04/2015 08:15

I'm so nervous!

TheRainDrops · 24/04/2015 09:04

good luck for today tiger wild and lucie

tiger so glad your sis is ok, that must have been terrifying for her.

gil sods law dictates a smug differ always has to appear at the worst moment!

got in to our hotel at stupid o'clock last night so having a lie in before deciding what to do first! Grin

nolly3 · 24/04/2015 09:17

good luck today wild, lucie, tiger

beaky have you checked your symptoms with the clinic? seems a bit excessive. still at least it's fridya, hope that is cheering you up.

I'm about to do a job interview berries. Done zero preparation partly cos i don't want the job, and partly because I have been following #milifandom wiht a bit too much attention.

nolly3 · 24/04/2015 09:18

pretty cray dream wild btw :)

beakybeak · 24/04/2015 09:21

Good luck Tiger Wild and Lucie

Tiger thank heavens she is ok, and also that your nephews weren't there. What an awful shock though.

I had a really vivid dream that I was pg, really detailed to the point where I got to tell you berries! and I was so happy. And then when I woke up I was so sad it was a dream. I hope it's auspicious for you PUPO berries though!

sparechange · 24/04/2015 09:21

Good luck lucie!
Hope the full bladder isn't too uncomfortable!
wild, tiger, Keeping everything crossed for you as well!

beakybeak · 24/04/2015 09:25

Oo Nolly good luck! Why are you going if you don't want it? I always am nauseous with the pill which is why I've never really taken it, I had the implant before we thought we would do ntnc and so I've not had contraception for about 6 years. I should maybe ring them about the twinges though.

WildflowerMarmalade · 24/04/2015 10:06

Good luck Lucie hope all goes smoothly with the transfer. And hope you get a good progress report Tiger and that the needles make you chill out a bit and filter out the random violence! Such a shocker about your DSis's crash, can't believe the car was written off. Terrifying.

Good luck with the interview Nolly. You sound seriously blasé about it. I admire that.

Pregnancy dreams can be very upsetting Beaky, it's just horrible when you wake up and come back to reality. Hope you are ok.

The FC will update me this afternoon on the freezing, I think they leave it until quite late on in the day to make a decision so I'm not expecting anything until after three.

Happy Friday Berries.

nolly3 · 24/04/2015 11:07

aw beaky you poor thing. I hate those lifelike dreams, whatever they're about. It's like when you're 17 and been dumped and you have a few moments of bliss just after waking up, and then reality strikes and it's like being dumped all over again. (Can you tell I've been following teenagers on twitter for last few days? #milifandom)

just saw your news about your sister tiger. how awful - what a relief she/they are ok.

This job would be a pay cut and a step down....I went for it because my current job is so awful. Three people have handed in their notice this week (bringing total of quitters in last year to 12, I think). My boss is the kind of absolute tool who hires his gf, and then gives extra tasks to anyone who suggests that's not good practice. also uses phrases like "bandwidth" and "looking very forward". Tw*t. Bascialyl I'm becoming stupider and more unhappy here by the day and I must leave at all costs. Def takes the edge off the nerves.

lucieloos · 24/04/2015 12:33

Well I am back from the clinic! We had 2 blastocysts transferred! One fully hatched and one hatching she said they looked of good quality. Unfortunately none of the other 4 were suitable for freezing so we are relying on these two. We had our report on dhs sperm sample and after almost 9 months of vitamins and supplements they had got no better at all which I think he was a little disappointed about. She told him we had really good fertilisation rates with the Icsi though which made him feel a little better I think. So this is it the 2ww begins! Praying it works!

tigerdog · 24/04/2015 12:35

Hey ladies, had the scan. Response has been good but unfortunately most of my large follicles are on my right ovary which is currently very high and might not be accessible for egg collection if it doesn't drop down Sad. So they've upped me to 225 menopur to try and get the left side up to speed and I'm in for a rescan on Monday. Apparently as I have no lesions or cysts they may try and manipulate the ovary into position by pushing down on my abdomen. Thank goodness I'll be under GA as it sounds uncomfortable! So trying to stay positive and the main goal is to take it easy over the weekend.

beaky I hope it is a premonition! Those sorts of dreams can leave you feeling out of sorts for a while after. Flowers

nolly work sounds hellish. Horrible bosses are the worst. Dragon I hope you find something good soon and all interviews are good practice in the meantime.

How's everyone else getting on?

WildflowerMarmalade · 24/04/2015 12:42

Good work Lucie and Tiger! That sounds awkward about the right ovary Tiger. Hope it shifts so that they don't have to prod you too much in EC.

tigerdog · 24/04/2015 12:45

Cross post lucie. Sounds good, enjoy being PUPO Smile and fingers crossed for you.

WildflowerMarmalade · 24/04/2015 14:39

They can freeze all four embies! I nearly broke down in tears of joy when she told me. That means we made it into double figures and have ten on ice. I'm definitely cracking open some bubbly later, this deserves to be celebrated. Cheers all! Wine

tigerdog · 24/04/2015 15:17

Wine wild that's excellent! Very pleased for you.

nolly3 · 24/04/2015 15:35

really pleased for you wild. Pressure off, feet up, wine down hatch Wine

still early days, tiger - it's good that you're responding so well and as the other berries have seen, it can call change over night. Hope you manage to relax over the weekend.

beaky he is a class A knobstick and i woudl happily stab him in the eye. with a spoon

congrats lucie on being pupo!

I am off for a weekend of wrangling with colombian builders, mes amigos berrios. Adios!

nolly3 · 24/04/2015 15:36

tiger meant that boss comment for you, whoops. although I'm sure beaky is muy interessante also :)

beakybeak · 24/04/2015 15:58

Nolly that guy is an absolute wanker. I understand, I used to have one too. He bullies women basically, thankfully I got out and you will too! Good luck with the builders.

Tiger a fingers crossed for the lefty to catch up and the right one to move! Glad you are responding well though, that is good news at least. Will you find out about EC on Monday? Keeping the pompoms going for the left ovary in particular and I'll add in some high kicks too!

wild woohoooooo! That is brilliant news! Enjoy your genuine champagne tonight Grin I'll toast you when I have a little glass later!

Lucie woohoo to being PUPO! Fx for you!

I'm off to pack my case for a couple of days in the sun! Will be thinking of you all as I have a coxktail or 10! Also I've pitched my tent at the FC now because we are officially homeless! Phew the stress!

Hope everyone else is ok and sending some new nifty little cheer routines to our PUPO berries! Give me a P... Etc Grin

Gillster · 24/04/2015 16:56

Welcome to PUPO land Lucie, did you get an OTD? It's a little disappointing not to get any frosties but many women would kill for 2 good quality blasts to be put back. Look how far you've come since that doom and gloom scan? When are you flying home?

Wild - double figure frosties sounds like grounds for celebration to me and definitely worthy of some champagne. Make sure you are waited on by your DH over the next couple of days. This is massive progress when you consider where you were at before treatment. When they defrost the kids will they do a day 3 or day 5 transfer? I reckon there's a five-a-side football game going on in the freezer now between all your embies.

Mixed news for you Tiger. Great that you're responding but annoying that the right ovary is potentially out of reach. Can you do any exercises to move it down at all?

Your boss does indeed sound like a grade A wanker Nolly - 12 people can't be wrong. Didn't you also have a tribunal with him last year? Good luck with the builders!

Homeless Beaky? When will you be rehomed? Can't have you being a nomad before you start treatment.

Gillster · 24/04/2015 17:00

So Rain, were you having a lie in or a "Lie in"??? Enjoy the break Wink

lucieloos · 24/04/2015 17:03

Thanks everyone, yes you are right gill we have done well to get this far considering we were initially told to cancel by UK clinic! My OTD is 6th May but I will be testing before that probably from about 6dpt. We fly home tomorrow afternoon Smile

WildflowerMarmalade · 24/04/2015 18:26

Grin at Nolly wrestling with Colombian builders - that is quite the weekend. (I know you said wrangling Nolly but my mind changed it to you in a wrestle lock with a swarthy son of toil.)

Enjoy the sun Beaky, that sounds really fun. Sweet to think of you toasting us, thank you. And I can't believe that your house move has coincided with looming IVF, talk about timing. Hope the relatives you are staying with are easy going and make the whole period painless - or else it really will be the tent!

Gill as the embies have been frozen at Day3 the FC they will be taken on to Day5 once they come out of the freezer and will be put back as blastos (FX there are some). The FC only puts back Day5ers as a rule.
