Can I jump on board? I was on the Feb bus last month but found it hard to keep up with all the posts and personals so apologies if don't always refer to previous posts.

I'm 36, my husband is 40 and we are ttc our second. Our current only child is 6.5 year old.!
This is my 2 nd proper cycle since coming off cerezette.
according to ovulation calendar. I am due to ov around the 3 rd or 4 th march and af due on 17 th if I have a 28 day cycle.
I'm not doing op sticks or anything fancy. Still trying to count my cycles and looking out for cm

Off to look back through the previous posts. Hope it's a good month for us all. My husband is being great and It's nice to have this little secret between us.

mumof1 I'm a single lesbian (quite happily single might I add!) and I had two failed donor IUI last year (at great expense!) so ordered cheaper sperm from a european sperm bank and did home insemination this month but now definitely have no money left! So I'm onto Plan C which is a willing man on the internet but am nervous as obviously it's a willing stranger who could easily be a psycho! So if anyone's husbands wants to help out...

I didn't realise vivid dreams were a sign! In that case there's something to add to my list. I had a horrible one yesterday morning/Sat night. There was a field full of people on a non existent field outside of my work, everyone on picnic blankets with their families.. lots of babies and children. I was lying down with my OH and just knew I was dying, I don't know or can't remember what I was dying from but I was apologising for not giving OH a baby and he was holding me waiting for me to pass. I woke up sobbing my heart out and took a few moments to come back to reality! Grim, sorry! Haha. Apparently dying is supposed to mean a change is about to happen... but then I don't really believe in all the dream stuff! I think it was just in the back of my mind that unfortunately, some people I was totally thinking of myself are unable to have children without help, and it scares me.

Genni, good to see you. You've had such a difficult time recently, but you will get there. Purdey speaks so highly of ivf, it sounds like a really positive experience and the odds are higher of getting a bfp than simply shagging. Obviously i'm hoping you get your bfp before you start that route.

Actually, some friends of ours have just got a bfp from ivf, they've been trying for ages so I'm thrilled for them. They've both worked really hard to eat healthy and lose weight and its paid off. Dp was out on a work do with the friend and he got a phone call from his wife telling him the good news. He was so excited and emotional he told all the lads, bought them all a shot to celebrate and went home

spinning glad you and DH had a chat and he apologised. I'm really conscious 8 months down the line our sex life starting to feel a bit...organised.

Morning all...sorry for the bfns and welcome to newbies!

So after yet another crappy temperature this morning I thought I would retest temp using two other thermometers I have (these were bought so I had one to vaginal temp if I wanted and another spare one just in case) and my temp was much higher on both of them and the same reading on both...then I remembered, I actually dropped the thermometer I use every morning on the floor a week ago and the cat knocked it off the bedside table again at the weekend so maybe it is dodgy and not accurate?! Clutching at straws maybe as ff still hasn't been able to confirm ovulation! Who knows....

southy/dojo I'd be on board for Friday as that is when AF should be due. If not pg I should see spotting by weds as usually get these two days before AF. So if no spotting then Friday would be perfect!

cariad I see her every couple of months or so, as my parents are a 5 hour drive away. I think she's better off with them tbh as the Lake District is right on her doorstep so she gets lots of lovely long walks. She's probably a bit easier to manage than a springer, but still a bag full of energy! She loves running so make sure you have a good sized park or common nearby where doggy can run after balls etc.

Just chiming in - I often have quite vivid dreams but I have never experienced any like the ones I had in the first few weeks of pregnancy. I had an amazing dream that I was in my childhood home and the diamond of my engagement ring shattered into a billion billion pieces and floated in the air. The whole house was filled with tiny rainbow shards.

Amyy - I had that first thing this morning and was also convinced af had arrived!!

Sammy that's strange, I have you down for a bfp this month! Have you uploaded your chart today? I've been watching intently but there were so many messages today I had to 'skim' sorry! Will upload mine in a min.. temp went down a little today however I woke up an hour early and was pretty restless for a while before 'waking' and temping. So I think its probably about the same as yesterdays temps. The problem is I'm just not feeling pg this month. I had soooo many symptoms possibly in my head last month that I was convinced. The this month there just doesn't seem to be enough to feel positive about.

MaMaPo that sounds like a lovely dream! Can you remember what exactly felt different about the pg ones? I'm wondering if I should count mine as a symptom or not. I have dreams quite often too but the last few days I've had very real feeling dreams!
