Yep, I bought a 2 decimal place digi two days ago to replace my old one but temps still similar. I also started a mega load of vitamins (D,E,B6,12, multi-mineral, co-q10) so maybe they've influenced things too.

Awwww Dizzy - she's absolutely gorgeous. Do you get to see her lots? My parents seem quite enthusiastic about the prospect of a new arrival so there's always a risk that they'll end up adopting ours as well!

I grew up with springer spaniels but figured they might be a bit too wild for City living (the offspring of my parents' dog certainly were), so I'm hoping a cockapoo might be a better match for us.

So DH and I have decided to take a break from 'active' ttc for a couple of months, will be DTD a lot though. Temping and charting etc is stressing me out tbh and I have OCD which doesn't help!

Thank you purdey, yes comment from SIL not helpful! I am 5 years younger than DH so I am always seen as being really 'young' in his family....am 26 so not exactly a bloody teenager but every time I mention babies they express shock and horror that I would want them so early!!!

Dizzy, your dog is gorgeous. Good choice Cariad. My friend has one and they're lovely dogs. My dog was a springer spaniel, such a loyal dog. I was brought up with boxer dogs and so was dp so that's what we'd like one day.

Boris, thank you, it's good to know I'm not the only one. It's really hard sometimes. In the early days I didn't tell him when it was ov time but now it's been so long he always knows!

Hope everyone is well. I have been keeping a low profile because I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed by it all. I started the year with a bfp thinking we had finally done it and now we are back to square one god knows how many cycles later. FF thinks I'm 9dpo but I'm not holding much hope as I've been cramping and feeling sick ever since about 4 dpo which usually means AF will be here at the weekend. Assuming my cycles are back to normal...TBH I'm almost feeling like I don't care and can't be bothered anymore! But I know I do otherwise I wouldn't feel this bad would I? ?

spinning glad you sorted things out. We struggle with the whole dtd thing, I worry that it will kill our sex life too. I think any couple who've had to face long term ttc must go through similar!!

cariad I'm so excited re your dog! I'd love a dog not sure my cat would be too thrilled I'm going to Google the breed you mentioned

Night I am intrigued - did DH look at your CM? Mine refuses to discuss my CM, but is happy we will be using opks this/next cycle so he isn't expected to perform EOD from CD10 "just in case". That's if I ever get to my next cycle.

Cariad waves I too am experiencing vivid dreams, being hot, DH has even commented that he says I'm like a furnace at the mo.
Cockapoos are really cute. My parents have a Goldendoodle (Golden retriever crossed with standard poodle) she is massive and even though she is 5 she still has a puppy streak.

Scrunchie You and your DH can only decided what works best for you and if you find the whole process of actively TTC too much I can understand you stepping away from it (I'm only cycle 2 and I am finding the process distracting and mindfucking) Just DTD as much as you possibly can and I hope it works.

So it is CD27, 10dpo. And I think I can finally symptom spot so here goes...
- Being really hot in bed and waking before my alarm, don't know if this is because I am temping or because I am overheating.
- My face seems to have exploded in spots, really painful under the surface kind.
- This morning my stomach feels a little unsettled, like when you have a hangover. Churning, not exactly nauseous but not right.
- Stomach is also aching slightly and has done for the past week.

I am now thinking of testing on Friday rather than tomorrow as I will then be 14dpo. Temp was still raised this morning so FX.

Haven't had chance to catch up yet.

Positive opk yesterday pm has changed to not even a viable line this morning. Is that normal??

He refused to look at it mummy although he has now apologised profusely as I have explained that it was actually his sperm starting to wonder whether I should use opks just to calm myself down about when my fertile period is but at the mo we are just dtd lots so that should be ok right?

Juney I would say a vivid dream is one that you remember when you wake and doesn't automatically disappear or you wake and you feel like you've been through a gauntlet. Well that's what I think/have experienced anyway.

Sorry can't remember who asked but plan c will probably kick in this month (he's a not a friend, but a guy off coparent.co.uk but am nervous as I liked the idea of using a proper sperm donor as opposed to some guy off a website)

9dpo today.. not a lot to report, cramps have pretty much settled down.. nausea every now and then and quite bad this morning! And woke up with a hell of a lot of cm I actually thought AF had arrived early! Other than that I'm not feeling preggo :( We shall see what happens at the weekend.

Vivid dreams definitely a sign I think. But I've always considered a vivid dream to be one that felt very clear and real and that I remember after waking.

It's how I chose dd name and how I knew to retest what I thought was a negative test last time.
