Gobbolinothewitchscat · 05/03/2015 21:33

Excellent news Beedle . So pleased Flowers

Hi Running Smile

I has FRER Grin Will report back. Still not sure that these aren't evaporation lines but we shall see......

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 05/03/2015 21:34

My last post was,so interesting, I decided to post it twice!

Imps9 · 05/03/2015 21:38

Ooh ooh oooooh can we play spot the difference between Gobs two posts??

Running helllo!!! Welcome to the thread :) And congratulations on being pregnant, which you definitely now are thanks to having joined us.

I'll start with the introductions:

I'm Imps, TTC #1 for 4 years minus about 9 months, Mr Imps' sperm is Officially Fucked, had miraculous BFP followed by MC in Sept last year, now 5dp2dt in first round of IVF and definitely DEFINITELY diffed.

Hi Running!

Great pasta names Dino! They sound like they could actually catch on as baby names!

Great news about the FRER Gob.. although you don't need it as you are so obviously diffed!

WHERE IS GOB?

OP posts:
BeedlesPineNeedles · 06/03/2015 07:22

yes imps they stayed away from my bladder this time, well apart from squashing it with the ultrasound thingy. the dr did have a good look through my tummy with the ultrasound and couldn't see anything wrong. I got MrB to explain about knitting-needle-arse but the dr thought that it was just due to all the general prodding and poking in the area. (I'm kind of glad I was awake during EC otherwise I would have been worried that they did actually stick something up my arse whilst I was asleep Shock )

Hopefully Erik and Ernie are preparing to make themselves comfy for the next 8.5 months :o

Come on cat you must have been up for a wee by now!

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 06/03/2015 07:25

Am here! Am here!

Sorry - DC's demanding milk and all sorts

Well - I did the test and there is a line BUT it is very faint and gray-ish pink rather than the control line pink. I think know it should be much linker than that. Therefore, I am saying could still be a baby evap! No more posh tests til Tuesday now as day AF due, I think

Hope everyone else all OK.

Gobbolinothewitchscat · 06/03/2015 07:27

Oh - and in my confusion, I threw away the wee so can't even do a cheap one. Grrr!

BeedlesPineNeedles · 06/03/2015 07:32

I'm no expert on positive tests cat but I think the likelihood of 3 IC and and an FRER all giving you evap lines is absolutely tiny. I vote diffed :o

Imps9 · 06/03/2015 07:44

I vote diffed to! Now, your next mission - which you do not get to choose whether or not to accept it - is to get yourself one of the newfangled CB digitals. The word "pregnant" cannot be an evap line.

Now of you go, hurry hurry hurry.

Beedles Erik and Ernie are more than okay. They're having a great time!

Is it not usual to be awake during EC? We just have a local anaesthetic, a sedative (which made me feel a little woozy but nothing major) and some gas and air. I quite enjoyed the gas and air - excellent practice for when Implette is born.

Glad knitting needle bum is of no concern to the docs. What Mr B okay about explaining or a bit embarrassed?

keepitgoing · 06/03/2015 07:53

yes, I've never had an 'evap line'... congratulations!

imps how are you doing? avoiding the crazy? Wink

beedle rest up, you preggo you x

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2015 08:10

Picture Gob!!! Picture!! Stat!!!

Glad you're doing ok Beedle and Imps!! When is your test day Beedle?

I was awake during EC. Just a mild sedative which hardly did anything. No local or gas and air Shock

How is everyone else on this lovely sunny morning?

BeedlesPineNeedles · 06/03/2015 08:32

wow maybe surely they must have given you at least a local anaesthetic, maybe they just didn't mention it. Its not like you would actually notice any numbness down there!

OTD is 2 weeks today Shock MrB doesn't want me to test early. I haven't decided what to do yet!

Imps I think sometimes it is under GA but maybe not so often. I think geeks might have been. waves to geek if she's lurking.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2015 08:50

As far as I know, they didn't Beedle, I felt absolutely everything. But then LA haven't always worked on me before, so it could well have been that.

Ooh, 2 whole weeks. Mine was the same, 17 days from EC. You deserve a medal if you can hold out. But you won't even need to test. You're diffed. Fact. C

Run. I never said hello!! As the wise Imps has said, you're diffed by just being here. As for me, I have an almost 1 year old following ICSI-IVF. I'm just loving vicariously through all the brookers even though MrM and I are desperately broody Grin

keepitgoing · 06/03/2015 09:40

hi running, welcome. I have a 16mo girl through ivf Smile and hoping to go back for more soon...

17dpec beedle Shock yeah right...

Molotov · 06/03/2015 09:45

Excellent news, Beedle! Thanks And welcome Running Smile I'm pretty new to the thread myself: I've been deliberating whether to ttc dc3 for about 14m now and think I might be ready to try.

AF is showing signs of arriving and I was genuinely disappointed when I looked and saw what was in my knickers this morning! I had been hoping for a little 'accident' to have happened; a little mis-planning my myself with my OV dates but, no.

Tis a sign that I want to ttc, isn't it?

Imps9 · 06/03/2015 09:58

To be fair, i felt quite a bit too - it was when I yelled *aaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiooooo' (Blush) that they introduced the gas and air. I had expected the LA to kill all feeling but no (Christ knows what it must have felt like without one).

My grey FRER line is so crap it's not even coming up in photos!

Thankfully we are going to my parents for the weekend and I have decided to leave all tests at home. Will be back on Sunday and will recommence on Sunday evening Monday morning. I'm pretty sure by now that I would have a decent line on a FRER as 10 DPO. Am wondering if it's some funny chemical thing - damn you early testing!

running - sorry, didn't introduce myself properly. Am 37 and have a 26 month old DS and a surprise! 13 month old DD. This month is first cycle of TTC DC3 and have been tormenting myself and everyone else here! by early testing.
