Shock Well in a way it'd be a relief but I hope he stays put a bit longer! Was DS all good when he was born? Did he have to have special care for a bit?
Thanks for the disposable pants advice! I'll get some Smile

Cupcake92 · 13/02/2015 20:33

No lilla I had to have my labour stopped as they didn't want him to be born just yet. And I think that's why I ended up being induced as labour never started naturally again n he hardly moved much. Was scary tho!

Oh I see! That is scary Confused
How's your day been cupcake? Are you feeling ok? Has H been in touch?

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 20:49

Yes, how are you Cupcake? Hope you are ok.

Cupcake92 · 13/02/2015 21:32

Not feeling great today. H has got in touch saying "we will be okay in the end once we get through this"
I don't want that. I just want it over full stop. but he's not listening and has in his head ull change my mind and say "come back" which im 100% not going to say!!
:( so hard.
And my old boss is still talking to me and has asked if I wanted to go round and he'll cook me dinner and we can chat and help me sort getting H completely out etc.
But that all sounds a little .... Forward doesn't it? -

H is playing mind games cupcake, stay strong x

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 21:49

Yep, keep away from both of them. You are too vulnerable at the moment. Don't speak to old boss at all or DH unless necessary and only about business. Delete any messages immediately. Just keep being honest and stating what you want.

I hate it when men try and move in on women when they are vulnerable.

You are a strong person and a fantastic mum and the last thing you want is another ropey bloke. Take some time and look after you.

Such a cutie Lulu!

Could you start divorce proceedings so he can see you mean business?

I would be wary of your boss for now, I'm sure he's a nice guy but you need some time.

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 21:58

Yes, he is soooo cute Grin He has been in a very good mood today.

This was taken after a walk- still had his hat on. He looks cool I think.

Currently, he is lying on his mat shouting and wriggling his legs and arms.

The cats have gone out in disgust, looking offended by the noise.

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 22:02

This is him getting a kiss from his daddy. I had to cut it so DH was not easily identifiable in RL. Grin It is a lovely picture of the pair of them lying on the settee at SILs.

Ducky23 · 13/02/2015 22:21

So cute lulu!

So glad I can see pics now!

Ds came with me today to the tattoo shop so I could get his name and fob tattooed Grin he was an angel!

Just put him in his bed hoping hel sleep well tonight! Am exhausted!

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 22:39

What is a fob Ducky? Was he ok with the noise?

Babies are tiring little things aren't they - just them being there and awake is somehow more tiring. It is the constant waching and checking and they always need so ething doing - wet nappy, pooey nappy, feed, dribbling, milk vomit, wailing, poonami, face wiped, cuddles, conversation, play, clothes change. It never stops. DH will ask what we have done and it sounds likenothing but it takes all day! And sometimes we just lie on the bed or the sofa and have a snuggle or we watch Jeremy Kyle Blush

Ducky23 · 13/02/2015 22:44

Meant to say dob! Not fob! Grin he slept through it, suppose it's white noise to him Smile

Ha lulu I feel like that, I spend my day tidying and looking after ds and when anyone asks it sounds like I have done fa Blush we do sometimes find time to watch jezza and judge rinder though Grin

LuluJakey1 · 13/02/2015 23:09

I thought a fob was a knd of tattoo. Where did you have his name put?

Some days I don't even tidy. It is all I manage to do to go for a walk and make tea- and I don't do that some days Blush DH rang the other afternoon and we had done nothing really. We were watching Jeremy Kyle and I was eating chocolate.

lillamyy1 · 13/02/2015 23:44

Aww Lulu, he's gorgeous!!
And Ducky, what a nice thing to do Smile what kind of font did you use? Whereabouts is it?
Cupcake, about your old boss, tbh I disagree slightly with the others. I do definitely think you should be wary in case he is trying to take advantage, but I think it sounds like he's a caring guy and will be good to talk to. I mean, you hung out with him before you broke up with H so he was obviously keen to be mates then, not knowing that you would later decide to chuck H out. Inviting you to dinner does sound like he fancies you, but you're not obliged to do anything with him if you do go! I honestly think there's nothing better than a bit of male attention after a break up to boost your confidence! And like I said, he's obviously happy to just be friends as well. I'd totally go for it, it doesn't have to mean anything! And if he did try it on, which he'd probably be too gentlemanly to do so soon, you can just tell him it's too soon!

Cupcake92 · 13/02/2015 23:47

Lulu DS looks adorable.

H is back.
I was forced to let him back in as he's on the tenancy. He's being awful to me. Saying he's living here till I go to court and make him leave which could take 6 weeks. How is this right or fair on DS???? It's not!
Can't do this I rele can't and have no right to kick him out! :( :( ive been forced to get a key cut as I changed the locks.
In about to have a break down :(

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 14/02/2015 00:42

He's kicked me out the bed and I'm left to wandering round the house.
What can I do ?? :( :( I can't live like this at all :'(

OP posts:
lillamyy1 · 14/02/2015 02:16

Oh my god! I'm sure this is bordering on abuse cupcake! Can you call your mum and take DS to spend the night at hers? I'd be tempted to call the police as well, at least to get advice.

lillamyy1 · 14/02/2015 02:17

I'm so sorry I didn't see your post earlier. I really hope you're ok?

Ducky23 · 14/02/2015 07:09

Omg cupcake! Only just saw your post AngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryhow dare he!!!! I'm livid for you AngryAngryAngry. Tht shows he has no respect for you or ds!!!' I'm so sorry this is happenig Sad I really don't know what to suggest! If he's
Being vile could you call the non emergency police and have them remove him? Just because he hasn't been physical doesn't mean it's not abuse. I really hope your ok. Have you got a solicitor sorted?

It's all swirly writing, I have a sleeve on both arms and I've had it at the worst end of my sleeve just slightly going on my hand Smile thought it was only fair as I have his sisters name on my throat! That one has her ashes mixed in with the ink Grin

Cupcake92 · 14/02/2015 07:34

There's physically nothing I can do :( he won't go and has the right to stay unless s court says otherwise. Ive sent an email to the court and callong them on Monday to arrange an occupational order but it could take up to 6 weeks to get a hearing :( but there's nothing I can do. He kept saying he needs to stay here for work!! As its round the corner. Kept saying if he left he'd need to leave his job! He can afford a new place with his wage. I can't at all. I said I'd help him sort out renting a place. there a nice one literally a few roads away which he could easily afford but he said no and he's not moving as this is what he wants he's worked for the house so he's havkng It!
Which is just utter rubbish!
So I can't get him out until I get this court order :(
He said me and DS are fine we can go to my moms. I explained over and over again it's not fair on Jayden to be confined to one single bedroom shared with his mom. And that non of the house is child proofed and he won't be able to have a stable routine as everyone is in and out. It wouldn't be good for him. All he could day was "well this Ur choice. U made the decision so u suffer the consequences"
:(

OP posts:
Siarie · 14/02/2015 08:14

Cupcake he is doing this in the hope that you'll take him back. I hope you can see that, if I were you I would go speak to the CAB asap to find out what you can do.

Until then, don't speak to him. If he wants to force his company on you fine but you don't have to play his games. Don't include him in any meals all that stuff, I almost guarantee he is hoping you'll just forget about it all.

LuluJakey1 · 14/02/2015 09:30

Now you really know what a bully he is.

When did arrive and how did he get in?

Don't leave. Did he physically kick you out of the bed? If he did, ring the police. Anything he does that is aggressive or threatening, ring the police and tell them how scared you are. I would ring now and tell them what he has done so it is logged. Everything needs to be logged.

Contact NCDV - they are totally free and will give you advice quickly and help you get an injunction.

Please don't give in to anything he says and does. Do not leave your home- the injunction will make him leave.

What does the tenancy say?

lillamyy1 · 14/02/2015 12:54

I totally agree with everything above. Especially reporting to the police and not including him in meals etc!
If he swears at you or does anything threatening you must report it. The police could give you some advice as well.

Cupcake92 · 14/02/2015 14:22

This is so overwhelming :(
He's going out tonight and said he may not be back till tomorrow. So im packing all his stuff tonight.
My mom is coming round to help and help with everything.
DS will be at my moms house with his Grandad. If he's gonna be aggressive or anything itll be then and police can be called which will be better as he will have no choice but to leave.
I will still need to get the occupational order sorted tho. But keeping him away till then will be best
