Thought id start a new thread girls before the old one gets maxed out! :) let this be the thread where we all get out BFP's and babies!! :)

lil, I went into labour at 36+4 for DS, and he arrived the same day :)

I'm 38+3 (and counting!)
Great about DS' sleeping Lulu!

Lill I know its hard waiting for baby but it'll happen soon :) it has to as he cant stay in there forever :)

I'm just too exhausted. I have no energy at all. Called up for my blood results from my booking appt I had last week but they weren't back yet. I just wanna check my iron levels incase me being this tired is due to low iron. I can't explain how tired I am :( I don't even want to get out of bed as I just physically have no energy :(

Oh cupcake! I know the feeling! The exhaustion with ds was something else but I was really anemic and I didn't have another child to be running around after so can't imagine how your feeling!

Ds seems to have another cold it's like everything is coming all at once... Just waiting until h tells mil and il get the whole 'it's her fault for not breast feeding' she didn't do so great at bringing her kids up herself, h has many flaws and her daughters an alcoholic

Hope you feel better soon cupcake my iron levels were fine and the first trimester is possibly the most tired i have ever felt. Only after that did I start having iron issues.

I'll need to wait for my bloods to come back. If they are normal then I'll just have to repeat again if itching continues in a week or so. If my bile result comes back raised then the usual plan is to induce as near to 37 weeks as possible.

Having thar condition can cause stillbirths so I'm eager to keep getting it checked. It just doesn't seem normal up be so itchy.

Ducky Im worried that I could be anaemic or if it is just pregnancy mixed with running around after a toddler after DS was born because I lost so much blood my iron levels dropped very low and since then I've struggled to get them up and keep them up.
Ur poor DS getting a cold :( n ignore mil ! Don't need to listen to the rubbish comments! I've got a lot of ignoring in laws to do now! I did go to mil and fil on Sunday. His fil was actually really nice to me I was a bit shocked. But his mil the one I always said was amazing and so nice n said shell always stick by me.. Well she was horrible and so was the sil!! I got given dirty looks all afternoon! so I said "if ur going to be childish like that Im not going to bother bring DS back" instead of replying to me they said nothing -_- so I left. I ain't going back either and they certainly are having nothing to do with this next baby.

Tori I hope the exhaustion isn't too bad for u. Im hoping mine gets better once I hit 2nd trimester. Only 2 weeks to go :) and I feel okay about Wednesday. He's hardly here anyway, only mainly when he's got DS and is on nights at work. He's only gonna be about 2 roads away lol. It'll be okay. I'm literally focusing on baby making sure things are okay with that.

Siarie bless u :( shouldn't they just induce u anyway just as a precaution? Could u not ask for that? How many weeks are u now Siarie?

Oh cupcake! It's obvious that if they do that you won't take ds round! Do they not want to see their grandson?!

I was quite shocked at h tbh the other day, when I couldn't walk I was feeling a bit down as the leg that got infected has a lot of meaningful tattoos on it and I don't know what will happen to them now, but he actually carried me to the kitchen to make ds bottle and then held me up while I made it

Wow! That's very unlike him Ducky Maybe he's turning a corner - fx.
Cupcake I'm so glad you stood up for yourself to your ex-mil&sil - good for you! maybe you could start taking some low dose iron tablets while you wait to find out about your levels? I was exhausted too in the 1st trimester though an it wasn't low iron but if you've had problems with iron anyway it could very well be that. I'm so glad you're nearly in the 2nd trimester
Siarie I really hope the itching stops and that you're ok It must be so annoying for you! If they were really worried I doubt they would wait to induce so try not to worry too much.
Ive just been to the doc about my sore throat - it's been at least two weeks now! She said my tonsils are very swollen but don't look infected as no pus, but she's sent off a swab in case it's bacterial. She says it's probably viral and if it is there's nothing they can do but if it turns out to be bacterial they'll give me antibiotics. But it'll take a week for the results anyway so looks like either way I'll have this sore throat for quite a bit longer also I'm worried if I've still got it when the baby comes I'll pass it onto him, poor little chap! So I really hope it goes away before he makes his appearance...

Oh no lil! Hope you feel better soon, when ds saw the dr he said there is a viral throat infection going round ATM but hopefully you won't pass it on as you'll pass on immunity instead

I was feeling very rough yesterday. This baby must be growing rapidly ! It's taking it all out of me lol

Oh dear cupcake! Is it similar to ds pregnancy? Or worse? Both of mine were so different!

Ds was sleeping really well, he was going from about 8.30 - 7.30 with one feed about 4 but it all seems to have gone to pot now! He slept most of the day yesterday apart from feeding a bit more than usual then woke up for a feed at 9, went to bed, woke up bored at 1-2, went to sleep until 3 when he woke up for a feed and a poo, went to sleep at 4 and was up at 5 he's not hungry but just moaning and flapping about. I'm exhausted!

Completely. Different pregnancy to ds! With DS I couldn't even tell I was pg as I had no symptoms at all the 1st trimester was s breeze! This time it's awful I feel sick a lot I'm physically exhsusted, I have back ache, I'm bloated and I just want to sleep all the time lol so so different!
Ducky my dS used to do that when having a growth spurt n he seemed to have a lot of those -_-

Maybe it's so different because it's a girl.

With dd I didn't find out until I was about 11 weeks but I had awful morning sickness until quite late but when that went I was fine! Had a tiny bump aswell. With ds I had extreme exhaustion 24/7 spd, pgp, swollen feet etc and I was massive!

Well ds seems to not want to sleep at all today! He's been wide awake since we got up laughing to himself! I've already has breakfast and 4 cups of strong tea and a chocolate biccie it's guna be one of them days!

Gosh lol!! With DS I felt completly fine, had a small bump up until 2 months before my Due date and I was then ridiculously huge! I blame the steroid injections for that! But this time its morning sickness, exhaustion to a point I feel I've ran a marathon, back ache and my asthma is playing up! it's so different this time, it's harder haha but I'm hoping it means the rest of the pregnancy will be easy :)

I miss having tons of cups of tea, ur so lucky Ducky I hope DS has a nap for u!

Cupcake, I've bought loads of decaf tea because I couldn't give it up!
Just been to midwife. He's on his way down but not as much as he should be by now - his head's a 5th of the way down. It's nothing to worry about though but she said it might be a longer labour because I'm small and he's not! If he hasn't come by the 15th I'm booked in for a sweep but she won't be able to do it unless he's fully engaged by then, in which case I'll be induced on the 22nd - which seems like forever away!!

Oo Lill a day after my scan :p lol ive got my 12 weeks scan on the 21st. It's not too long!! And if she's able to give u a sweep on 15th u could easily go into labour the next day! :) I'm excited for u Lill! Hope he engages for u!

Omg I've just seen this on the nhs website! Chocolate has a fair bit of caffeine in it!! buggar! :( lol!

Ooh yes Cupcake, well if I can't have the sweep or it doesn't work we can count down the days together
Yes, I forgot about chocolate having caffeine in it and ate a choccy bar every day on top of at least two cuppas and a can of coke throughout 2nd trimester Did you have quite a bit of caffeine before you got pg Cupcake? I'm just thinking if you did maybe that's why you've been feeling so rough recently?
I cut down massively when ttc and I honestly thought I was seriously ill for about three weeks - migraines nearly every day and knackered! It's surprising how bad caffeine withdrawal can be.

Omg lill! I didn't think of it like that! yes I drank tons of caffeine before getting pg as at work that's all everyone does, makes cups of tea

Omg I'm a huge tea drinker but cut my intake to 1-2 cups per day, it was like toucher!!

I'm so tierd again. I went to bed at 11 and ds slept until 2 when he woke up hungry, then woke up every 30 minutes until 5 when he got up screaming, I thought he had done a poo (he hates that) so I changed him but no poo, then he carried on screaming so I fed him but it carried on, I gave him some calpol and it seems to have stopped the dr said the viral thing he has causes random stomach cramps so it must have been that. He's been sleeping poorly for the past few days but from what I have read it is common at his age (16 weeks)

Aw poor DS ducky. And u! They seem to do that. Go through bad patched every so often n usually last about 2 weeks. I used to hate it as DS would sleep good then suddenly wouldn't for about 2 weeks then he'd go back to normal. It was awful when he was ill n I eneded up sleeping on the floor of his room just so I could get at least an hours sleep. I hope this baby loves it's sleep and sleeps from day 1 I doubt it tho!

I'm also tired still this morning. Can't shake it! I'm 10 weeks and I know it's way too early to feel baby but I swear something is happening at least once to twice a day I feel like shudder in there. Can't rele explain it well, it's a strange feeling. with DS I felt him at around 14 weeks just little popping feeling.

Maybe it's a big baby Cupcake and that's why you can feel him/her already
Aww poor DS Ducky, I hope he gets better soon and you both manage to get more sleep
I'm feeling very grumpy at DP again today, for really silly things - how loud his weeing was (he left the toilet door open) and then the fact he's lost his toothbrush so is using
mine and that he left the water running on full blast in the sink while he was cleaning his teeth I'm so annoyed about it but I know it's the stupidest thing

Lil, maybe your like lulu was? But it did get better for her, I must admit I had a chuckle at the wee thing. Why do they wee so loud!???!

I just did something stupid, ds was about to be sick, instead of doing something sensible like getting his muslin that is right next to me I decided to catch it in my hand wtf did I just do :,)
