Hello ladies I'm 26 ttc #1. I was on cerazette for 10 years! I stopped at beginnt of October 2014. It felt like for ever waiting for AF but sure enough she came a lovely unexpected Christmas gift! Now finally I can start testing and trying to work things out!
Seems like I hear people around me are expecting all the time. ... im waiting patiently x

Hi, I'm 25, and my husband and I began trying in August after I forgot my packet of pills whilst on holiday... It gave us the push we needed to have the chat, and we realised we wanted to ttc. So I guess this makes us ttc cycle 6 (eek!) and boy am I feeling this wait!

I convinced myself that I was last month, my af was 4 days late. So back on it with a vengeance this month, have started using OPKs for the first time, am waiting to ovulate in the next 5/6 days hopefully.

We are trying the Sperm Vs Egg plan but dh is having lots of trouble abstaining for even one night and doesn't believe me that the quality of his sperm is supposed to improve after abstaining.

To make matters worse, I have counted 4 pregnancy announcements today on Facebook, and my best friend from school announced hers last month.

I'm SUCH an impatient person.

Im 23 and have been TTC for 10 months :(
I had my mirena coil taken out and everything went back to normal! but after a few months my periods started lasting less than 24 hours!! had a whole host of tests done at the doctors but they found nothing except an iron deficiancy!!! and they wont test for anything more sinister for a few more months yet!!
I had tracked my cycle all along on Ovia but this cycle i used ovulation tests and got my first positive on friday! luckily me and hubby had already booked a romantic weekend away so we have been very busy all weekend ... now just have a 10 day wait until my period is due!! :(
Really hoping nothing more is wrong with me!!
anyone else had these problems?

Hi i am in the same boat come of the pill this month should of ovulated the 3rd of this month and was due my af 3days ago but still no sign been having symptoms of pregnancy and then they subside and then come back again been like this since what was ment to be implantation day but no sure If these are normal symtoms after coming of the pill all abit confusing :(

Laura117 I had tests done last year for all sort, eventually they assumed it was endometriosis but when they did the op they found nothing! With this being the first month trying since that I have no idea if there's anything else going on! Iv got my fingers crossed for you this month! Iv got all the symptoms of early pregnancy but in sure it's just from finishing the pill, even so, I'm so excited :p

Ymamiss.. How weird, everyone on my facebook decided to announce their pregnancies this week too! Not impressed

The doctors tested me for alllllll sorts and found nothing apart from an iron deficiency - and won't look any further into it yet!! It's just so frustrating! I can't help thinking something must be wrong when I have been trying for so long!

Laura117 I should be due around next Tuesday/Wednesday if my cycle is the same 28 days it was prior to taking the pill :) Iv got sticks waiting just incase AF doesn't come but i think it will show up.

My boobs are my main sign just now, they are agony!! But I'm symptom spotting everything!

Anyone had any luck this month yet?

I'm going crazy with symptom spotting, still ages to wait to see though!

My boobs are still quite sore but after stopping the pill 5 weeks ago, AF has finally shown up tonight! Very light, but it's still more bleeding than I've had in the past 7 years! So I'm out this month but now I can focus on planning on ttc

I'm 25, ttc baby number 3. January was our first month and period is a day late but bfn this afternoon so just a waiting game now.. I'm so inpatient.. !!

You forget how horrible ttc can be.. Things seem to take forever!!

I'm the higher end of 20's (28 on Thursday!) but can I join you? Just started TTC #1 this week, so we've got a few weeks to wait and see what happens... But like you, we're keeping it totally quiet, not even family know. And I want to keep it that way for a few weeks after we're sure, just until we know everything's going ok. But yeah, I think we might burst trying to keep it a secret!!

Totally new to all this. I'm 29 and DH and I have been ttc for 2 months. It's taken me a year to get my AFs more or less back to normal which has been really stressful. Been using the digital ovulation kits and this month had 9 days of high fertility but no peak! Confused.com

Been taking folic acid and vitamins and trying to relax but finding it so difficult as it becomes addictive thinking about it all the time. ??

How is everyone doing? I have had to pause TTC as came down with shingles and GP told me to wait a month :( finding it so frustrating as am not the most patient of people and Ovia is screaming at me that I am fertile which isn't making things easier. Hope that others are having a better time of it!

Been reading through a few freds and you lot sound ace so I'll park my bum here.
I'm 26 and after ten years on the pill (and a year with a IUD) me and the fella are trying to get up duff.
Only came off the pill at the beginning of Jan - had a withdrawal bleed and been at it like rabbits since! Not doing any of the temping thing has it really goes over my head - though maybe if no BFP in a few month that will change

Loads of my friends and family have kids and goshdarnit I want a bub too!

Welcome OhWool and fx for your bfp! I haven't actually started yet (see previous post about shingles) but I don't intend to use temping etc just yet, just dtd a lot and hope for the best :) am anxious enough about all of this without adding in charts etc. Also don't think DH would find it very sexy

Stupid phone! Nightandthelight, I feel your pain. I am also out this month due to illness. Kidney infection which was right about ovulation! Fingers crossed for a bfp in March. X

It sucks doesn't it pixa you get so excited about being able to try and then it gets ripped away from you. Really hope that you are feeling better!? Fx for both of us for March, we need some good luck

Hello! May I join you? I'm 27, married last year TTC #1 since the start of Oct (when I had Mirena removed). Symptom spotting like crazy!! AF due tomorrow (probably - not super regular), does anyone else have really obvious veins on their eyelids? Never had that before... Also on my boobs but less so... DH thinks it's a "sign" but not sure I want to get my hopes up! Going to try not to test until the weekend so impatient!

Fx for your bfp Mrs! If you can hold off till the weekend then that will make the result more accurate and potentially avoid some of the confusion I have seen with people who tested early :) let us know how it goes!
