Hello! I'm needing a TTC buddy as I'm finding myself constantly over thinking things and it's driving my husband mad so would be great to discuss it with someone else in the same boat!

I'm TTC baby number 3. I came off the pill 3 days ago and I'm very impatient, want to get started right now! Anyone else in a similar situation want to buddy up?

Hahaha, that made me laugh out loud! The thought of me saying to my boss 'Yeah, I'm not coming in today, i'll be taking a month of with my ovaries!'

Ofcourse, you have no known issues or factors that may go against you do you?

I'm also a bit similar, had DD1 at a young age and I swore no more - I didn't want anymore. I lasted 9 years until my met my OH and everything changed. I would have another 3 now if I could... My lifestyle and what I want from life has made a compete U-turn... Funny isn't it.

Does anyone think that hoping you're pregnant so much can actually bring on symptoms? I coulda swore i was pg last month with all the symptoms i was making up having! I'm only into my 5th cycle after stopping bc and i'm already a crazy lady! I dont know how many more months i can go on like this! Doing well to keep my desperation hidden from the OH cos hes all cool and calm...i'm pretty sure he'd be packing his bags or at least checking me into the asylum if he knew what goes on in my head during the 2ww haha

Hi ladies, no I've yet to get a + on anything an OPK. It's so bloody frustrating, they never told us it was this difficult doing sex ed in school lol!

boo i dreamt up cramps yesterday and was absolutely convinced I was pregnant and then today was busy at work and forgot about any so called symptoms so defo dreamt up the cramps.

Taken myself to superdrug for some early response tests today and hoping to test Sunday (3 days before af). Bought four tests... One for each day haha!!

Thanks ladies, I recovered from it quite well & quickly actually. Weirdly, I got right into work and resolved an account that I haven't been able to get my head around for months. And me & OH have dtd knowing there was no reason other than cos we wanted to and because we fancy each other! What a strange lovely feeling

I absolutely agree with your theory boo It's similar to the think yourself thin diet!! And I know what you mean about crazy lady. For me, we've only been trying since September but I've been trying to have a coil out since April. I was ready to start trying November last year but didn't because of a holiday so it feels far longer than it has been for me. Wish I had started the ball rolling back then! I'll see you in the asylum.

Also agree with shit sex ed! Infertility is still so taboo... Sucks. I can't get +ve on OPK either. I'll try temping again in the new year.

I watched last Vegas instead of love actually.. OH didn't fancy it. Plus, I thought it might give me ideas if worst comes to worst and I never have any more kids, when DD is grown & flown, I'll just hit Vegas hard & blow all my money on champagne & black 21!

Well I've got a couple of days until predicted ovulation but I've had no signs of anything happening. Stupid tesco and their faulty SI lol! I'll be excited when I get some ewcm, what has my life become haha!

can't we were the same, last year we decided this is what we both wanted but had 5 weddings, 2 stags and 2 hens this year so decided to wait til after the last wedding til i came off bc. Now wishing i stopped earlier!

I ended up testing again yesterday and this morning, and got + OPK, which is good as it means that my cycle is still normal.

But I spent too much time on here yesterday so am now worried that there isn't enough time between ovulation and AF. Is 10 days enough? Assuming ov happens at about the same time as OPK, which I doubt.

Same. But hey can't change the past, we'll get our BFPs next month, be a perfect start to the new year!
10 days isn't so bad rosey and you may find your cycle is delayed a little!

Got another negative OPK this morning. A bit fed up with it :( my stupid temp chart doesn't make sense, if anything it looks like I ovulated on CD6 and had an implantation dip CD11, which in sure is wrong lol! I'm broken, I'm debating a DNA test on my other two as I'm starting to think I don't have ovaries haha

That looks as random as my chart mrslowe - sometimes I think I should go to the doctor as I think I may be walking dead! My temperatures are so low sometimes!!

Hope everyone ok? Feeling incredibly unpregnant today... My boobs have stopped hurting as much and I've been much less tired. Also had a bfn but intend to now wait until Wednesday when af is actually due.

Felt incredibly nauseous today but think that could have been excessive cheese last night.

Doesn't mean you're out yet Boyle I remember when I got pregnant with DS2 doing the test and thinking "really? But I feel fine!" And I did, until I was 6-7 weeks and then I vomited practically every hour for the next 7 months lol! It's still early as well so plenty of time for that BFP!

My FF chart has changed this morning to say I ovuated on the 15th, which means the dates would add up but I feel very un-ovulatey so I think it's lying lol

mrslowe what do you use to check your temperature? I've not charted anything this month but think I will next month if unsuccessful. Thanks for vote of confidence... I have felt strange today, doing my big christmas clean and the smell of the Polish has turned my stomach a couple of times?!

How long did it take for you to get caught with other children?!

I've just got a digi thermometer and I use FF and Ovia because it looks pretty but I sleep quite erratically so tempting at the same time each day is difficult, they've varied by about an hour which doesn't help.

I got an acute sense of smell, I remember my husband driving past somewhere and they must have been spreading manure (well, I swear they were!) and I promptly threw up in the footwell of the car!

My other two were surprises! I was 17 when I got pregnant with my oldest and being a responsible teenager was not taking my pill properly and my youngest was a complete surprise as I was on the depo! I'd got my months mixed up so I was late having it I am generally responsible honest lol and I just knew straight away, I did a test and it was negative but I knew it was wrong despite having no symptoms or even having a period. I tested again on Christmas eve 2008 and it was positive! We'd talked about what we wanted etc previously obviously but this is the first time we've actually decided to properly ttc.

Hi Ladies...how are we all? I've just finished the last of my Christmas shopping (hopefully!) and according to FF should ve coming up to my most fertile days the next few days so fingers crossed I can enjoy the next few days and have some fun trying for a bfp in January!

Well I know I'm out out this month. Achy boobs have gone but still no AF, was hoping acupuncture would have got me a 28 day cycle this month but no sign yet. Skin is playing up a bit but that's it. Soooooo, I did my Christmas shop yesterday, trolley was overflowing with soft cheese & nuts. Had loads of free booze from our subbies at work, so will be getting through that over the next few weeks. Went on my Christmas do last night and drunk plenty of malibu and southern comfort I think I smell like an alchy at my desk today

I swear my libido is all wrong - completely non fertile atm - dtd 5 times over the past 4 days. I think OH thinks there's something wrong.. why do I want it all the time when there's no EWCM! What has it come to?

So I'm all spent out, everything is giftwrapped, forgot bacon and a profiterole gateaux so wil get those this eve. then I am ready for the big fat man to tip toe into my bedroom on Wednesday night wonder if he fancies giving me a BFP

Your poor hubby can't! Bet he's shattered haha. Your christmas trolley sounds amazing. Dh and I decided to have date night tonight... Fully loaded with soft cheese and wine. I started eating and drinking and ended up having a hot flush and feeling too sick to finish my meal!!! So hope I get a bfp tomorrow because if I don't I'm going docs. Came up to bed last night and DH has shaved half of his lovely beard off. He is now left with just a moustache... He thinks it makes him look distinguished, I think it makes him look like my dad circa 1986. This is not good for the libido! (imagine David Tennant with a tache). Agh!

Frozen in amazing, although a 9 year old DD can certainly lead you to almost screaming 'LET IT GOOOOOOOOOO' Holiday is also a fab film. I watched Gone Girl last night..... - scared the living daylights out of me. Highly recommended if you like a brain boggler! And Ben Affleck is looking mighty fine - how come only famous men get better with age??

manderley I feel your pain - OH is quite baby faced and sometimes grows this half effort moustache beard thing. I swear he looks like he should be arrested! Don't like it at all.

I'm the same mrslowe - cheese is my downfall - stiliton with apricot - wowza! And I like your theory, maybe if people offend me by asking if I am pregnant, I can break down and cry about my belly and they will never ask again... 4 people on my Christmas do insinuated that I should be having one by now. Oh and I forgot to mention - I am quite certain that Aunt Flo is on her way to spend Christmas with us, inconsiderate bitch. Had a bit of back ache last night and is getting increasingly worse today - that's my only major tell tale sign. Although I should be grateful as it appears that acupuncture is working. I am on CD34 so that would be an incredibly short cycle for me... I will begrudgingly be pleased!
