Just thought I'd get the January bus started! The heaters on, the tunes are turned up and the seats are pretty comfy :)
I know there's a couple of others like myself who won't be POAS until January time so we have a bit of time to get cozy on the bus.
I'm Spam, my hubby is having a reverse vasectomy in a couple of weeks so my earliest hope of a BFP is 4/5th January :)

Thanks ladies. I have decided I will do it tomorrow if it hasn't arrived by then. I'm convinced my AF is on its way but I'm really hoping not.

This will be my first so I'm not sure how normal all this is. We haven't told any family we are ttc so can't tell anyone and trying not too get too carried away with every symptom!

Hi all. Jumping onto this bus quite late but wasn't expecting to need to be on a bus just yet!

I have been hoping to get a bfp but all negative so far. I just 'feel' pregnant, if that makes sense. First month trying but then did conceive dd on first cycle so not impossible.

My cycles are all over the place and I didn't get a veryfaintpositive with DD until I was 4 days 'late'. Af was due on 1st so I'm hoping there's still a chance for this month.

Good luck treating keeping everything crossed its a positive for u tomorrow. So I told my mum today of my plans and she was not happy one bit. Because of last two births and how I have struggled with youngest she thinks its a bad idea. Can't blame her but its my desicion my life and I feel ready. Good luck everyone xx

I was wondering where you had got to spinning but I remembered you saying you were only on CD4 so figured you were taking some time out.

Back to work tomorrow, so I'll be going quiet for a few days. CD 15 for me, just hoping for that temp rise, tomorrow or Tuesday.

So I've been diligently OPK'ing and temping. DH and I DTD every day during my fertile window - 4 days before O, day of O, and day after. (We are exhausted!) On CD 20 now of an expected 30 day cycle.

I've gone through my Ovia history and it seems that this is the first cycle we've BD'ed consistently throughout the fertile period because my cycle had been completely all over the place. By the way, I credit my return to normalcy to starflower oil. So I am very hopeful and simultaneously afraid to be hopeful because I don't want to get disappointed again in a week and a half.

Same message as Boosk, I'll either be MIA due to back to work or on here moaning :p

keys we've only told mum of our BFP but she and my dad know we were TTC. We've not told any of his family or my grandparents. My grandparents worry so we won't tell them until we have to (my nan lost 2 babies so pregnancy is something a bit scary to her I think) ... I'd like to not tell FIL until baby has been born ha ha! Judging by the reaction when we fell with dd2, then got each of the 2 dogs, then our kitten (a series of f-in this and f-in that etc) I can't imagine the reaction will be positive. Miserable git!

Ovulation is making me feel rough - assume that's what it is. Boobs are killing me and back hurts. Hopefully it will pass for tomorrow. Am ok being on the February bus as this is our first month, we probably aren't even doing it right. My feet got a bit cold about this ttc business today so abit more time might be okay.

I'm just wondering if anyone can shed any light on my ff chart? So, I usually ovulate the day of my second peak on CB so have assumed this month would be the same and I had ovulated on CD20...however....this morning ff confirmed ovulation at CD18...wtf?! My chart shows after day 18 I had temp drops until CD22 and I have always thought that you get a rise the day after ovulation and not drops?! I'm wondering if ff may have got it wrong as I never got my first peak on CB until CD19 so surely CB wouldn't have got the hormone detection wrong?!

Thanks for the welcome Tessiegirl. Sadly I'm not sure about your chart as I don't use one although I'm going to start going by the amount of people that do use them if it helps! Seems confusing!

Hi Tessie I'm in a similar predicament right now!!! So confused!!! I'm CD 17.. Still waiting on a temp rise but had my smiley faces on CD 14/15. My temp dipped massively on CD 16 so I'm so so confused as to what is going on!!!
I can't see your chart Tessie ? If you got your peaks on CB on 19.. Then OV on day 20 is more likely as you say surely? So what on earth is FF on?! I'm so sorry I can't help! I have no idea why that would be? I feel sometimes temping makes everything more complicated and makes me obsess more too!... However, like you.. Every other month my chart has made sense to me yet this month it's totally off! Argh sorry I have no idea why yours is too. Sending positive thoughts! Just focus on the BFP and not the chart that's what I say...

First full week back to work sadly, and a freezing morning here to boot! boost and treacle - I've been the same with my temps, rubbish I mean! Last night our DD 18mo was up and down bless her so my sleep was rather broken, at least it makes me feel like I'm doing something constructive!

Hi tessie similar thing happened to me last month, but after a few more days of temps ff readjusted. Keep temping and good luck. You can rest ff to just use the monitor data but I don't think it's recommended. If you can post a pic I'm sure one of the charting experts will be able to help.

Hi all, solidarity to everyone returning to work today. This may take some getting into!

Decided not to temp this cycle as I figured that all the holiday lie-ins would mess up any chart completely. I will definitely try and get back into it next cycle if this one isn't successful.

3dpo at this end (if my CBFM is to be believed). I've been busy symptom spotting since 1dpo - will someone please slap me.

Echoing what Nina just posted, I'm on my mammoth commute (1 hour 30 later than I should be), I can't believe its back to work for me. Hope any of the rest of you back at a boring desk today survive it...

Morning ladies, just bringing some baby dragon news! Lindamagoo, had her baby this morning. Little boy, looks gorgeous. They actually cancelled her section yesterday, but he had other ideas as she was dilating rapidly. It's all go as Katecupoftea is also in labour today

Negative for me this morning but it's only DPO10 and my temps are still up (although down from yesterday) so there's still hope. I don't feel nauseous or dizzy today which has made me feel completely pessimistic again . I'm not seeing the steady rise in temps that I had with DS1. I need to do some reading on FF stop obsessing!!
