Just thought I'd get the January bus started! The heaters on, the tunes are turned up and the seats are pretty comfy :)
I know there's a couple of others like myself who won't be POAS until January time so we have a bit of time to get cozy on the bus.
I'm Spam, my hubby is having a reverse vasectomy in a couple of weeks so my earliest hope of a BFP is 4/5th January :)

I might do the same beautician, spend the rest of winter and spring getting healthier, and probably moving house! Would be good to move before pregnancy really.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 22/12/2014 07:55

To be honest blue I could do with losing a few lbs. We are attending a wedding here in March and one abroad in May so it would be nice to be able to drink and relax without the whole ttc stress

bluewisteria · 22/12/2014 07:57

Yes, and that probably when it will happen!! Enjoy your few months, I'm on 'loosing weight while ttc' as there are a few of us if you want some buddies.

spamanderson · 22/12/2014 08:30

Sorry to hear that beautician. I had one before I fell with dd2, it's horrid :( hope AF is over quickly for you and you have a lovely Christmas. X

Hey ladies. I'm new here. Very happy Christmas to all. My dh and I are about to start ttc our first, well we have been 'about to start' for 2 months now. However, I have been ill with flu, chest infections, and all manner of goodies for the last 8 weeks, and has slowed our plans a bit! However am determined to get back to fitness over the chistmas break and hopefully finally get this show on the road in January
Super excited as an 33 and waiting for this chapter for a for years!

Cariad2014 · 22/12/2014 10:53

Sorry to hear about your cp Blue. Here's hoping the next phase of your ttc journey is short and sweet and that you get a BFP and a healthy, sticky bean as soon as you start ttc again.

Welcome Babs.

CD4 at this end (yawn). After last month's break I can't wait to get going this month. The EDD for my cp is 6 March so I would absolutely LOVE to be upduffed before then.

Rainy - I see that we're almost cycle twins. Here's hoping this is our month.

Treaclepie19 · 22/12/2014 10:59

So sorry blue :( x

beautician, i use cb digi opks and fmu and have always had accurate results. It does say on the instructons to use fmu for those tests but I know some people have had problems with not getting their peak that way.

Cd9 for me. Better start dtd!

spamanderson · 22/12/2014 11:03

Morning All. Hope everyone's Christmas plans are on track. Just checking back in to see how everyone's doing. Welcome all newbies and hi to all those over from the December bus. Hope the New Year will bring us all lots of Positives on all fronts Smile
AF due for me 28th all being well. Tick Tock Tick Tock I thought Christmas was supposed to fly by...

ShootTheMoon · 22/12/2014 14:44

Hello everyone and happy holidays!

I couldn't feel more pregnant. I have heartburn, major fatigue, and woke in the night busting for a wee. None of those are normal for me - but I had AF this week and double checked with a HPT this morning - neg! AF was v dark, sluggish, and not much blood, with mostly spotting, but surely I would have a +ive by now. And I didn't have any early bleeding with DC1.

So I must be run down and ill instead. Booooo Sad

alien11 · 22/12/2014 15:56

Afternoon all, I can now take my seat on this bus, just finishing AF. So cd 5 for me tomorrow. I seem to be having 35 day cycles, not sure if that affects anything?! Anyway, onto cycle 7 it is. Bfp would be due around 26th Jan. Funnily enough I got my bfp for my DD on 22nd Jan 2010!
Fingers crossed for us all. I have been told by doc that if no pregnancy by jan/feb she will run some blood tests.

squiish · 22/12/2014 18:25

Hi all, space for another? Smile
Really thought December was the month, but obv wasn't meant to be! January here I come...
Squiish, 26, TTC #1 on cycle 7 although the first few months were more 'see how it goes'.
This month I'm going to try temping again and POAS to make sure we're not missing the right time!
Good luck all Grin

Rainy34 · 22/12/2014 19:28

Nice to see you too Sparkly and ninja, hoping this is our month!!

winnie55 · 22/12/2014 19:43

Hello, just wondered if anyone else is trying to conceive having just had a copper coil removed? I have had regular periods every month while using the coil. It was removed at the end of November and I should have started my period on Thursday, no sign of any bleeding yet, although I have been weirdly hormonal all weekend. I'm concerned that without my period I won't know when I might ovulate next month and that I may not have ovulated this month. Good luck to everyone. :)

Boosk · 22/12/2014 22:02

Evening ladies, af arrived yesterday but I forgot to come grab my seat, is there still room?

Stats are:

Boosk, 34, ttc#1, cycle 5, bfp due 20 Jan.

Have been using ff and temping for two months and so far learned that I'm rubbish at catching ovulation.

bluewisteria · 22/12/2014 22:22

Thanks for the lovely messages.
AF arrived this morning so that's good, at least my cycle isn't messages up.
Looking forward to lots of January bfp's!

letsdothisthing · 22/12/2014 22:54

Evening all, I'm just checking in!

So sorry to hear about your cp blue, but glad your cycles seem to be fairly normal for you, hope you get your sticky BFP soon!

I'm currently on cd50 of my wtf cycle and getting slightly p'd off now. I did have some light spotting for 3/4 days between cd34/37 and I'm beginning to think that may have been my AF! If so, that means today is cd17 so I could be ov'ing soon, I've been OPK testing daily so hoping for a +'ve soon... If not I have a dr's appointment to look forward to in the New Year! Definitely not pregnant as have done numerous tests. It's just so frustrating to be in limbo land and feels like there is no hope with no AF!

Sorry to be down in the dumps, feeling it a bit tonight!

Shnickyshnackers · 23/12/2014 02:59

Letsdothisthing Limbo is the worst, as it really can mess with your head! I hope things settle down for you.

I am just waiting for the fertile period to start up so we can dtd, I've been wrapping presents all morning and I'm so knackered (Had a few drinks out with a friend last night).

Alien11 I also have 35 day cycles, I have two dd's if that helps you. And if I'm honest I do not have a clue when I ovulate in the month, I can never bloody-well figure it out, but so far I have managed to conceive anyway, I hope that offers some hope to some others (don't beat yourself up if you calculate things a bit wrong, coz I am sure that's what I did last time but still got up the duff).

Tooheys5 · 23/12/2014 05:34

Sorry to hear that blue Sad.
My stats are: tooheys5, 27, ttc #1, cycle -1 (waiting for at to start next month). I stopped taking the pill over a year ago so cycles are regular ish (33 days) I'm currently up at this ungodly hour with cystitis...so really hope it goes away by next month

spamanderson · 23/12/2014 09:42

Hello lovely ladies! How is everyone?
On my last day of the fertile window today and I just dint think I can manage any more nookie! I'm normally permanently up for it but I'm totally not in the mood for it. Plus tbh (tmi!) I'm a bit sore from the last 3 times :( would it be so awful not to DTD tonight?!
Sam ttc#3 CD20. AF due somewhere between 5-9 days time :/

OP posts:
mrsstickll · 23/12/2014 15:17

Tooheys I get cystitis all the time it's a nightmare. Just a lovely bonus of TTC.
Cd 5 here bfp due 13th jan

ShootTheMoon · 23/12/2014 17:12

spam I think you've done good work there - take the night off if you need to, it's unlikely to make a difference at this late stage!

According to my app I'm just about to be fertile, but I think we used up our best libido earlier in the cycle!

GlitteryLipgloss · 23/12/2014 17:54

Hey gals

Checking in Smile sorry to all with AF!
Good luck to all theTWW's.

I've been keeping busy whilst waiting for AF to fuck off by decorating the downstairs WC. Good old Pinterest!

Oh and inventing christmas cocktails!

hoping you all have a lovely Xmas ???? hoping for a birthday BFP (9th Jan) ttc#1 cycle 3

HairstylisttoBoris · 23/12/2014 19:02

Hey ladies sorry to have gone quiet on you. I've just been catching up on the thread, the bus is getting busier now. Nice to have so much company for the journey. I've found the last couple of months really discouraging. During my fertile window this month we were exhausted, last month we were sick, so not much chance recently. I came off the pill more than 7 cycles ago and we've been actively trying for 6 months - the initial excitement is wearing thin.... I'm nearly 36 and worrying :( anyhow ice cream and sneaky glasses of wine for me, with some Christmas chocolates....

MrsCrumbtious · 23/12/2014 19:15

6dpo-had some horrible sharp shooting pains in right side of uterus, lots of cm, VERY sore nipples , humongous boobs and feeling exhausted. I'll be devastated if AF lands next week. Even my hubby who is the most level headed person I know keeps telling me I'm preggers! Xx
