ROC - Receptacle of Choice - what one chooses to use for the task of POAS. Option decorations include photographs of political leaders.

JIAC = Jizz in a Cup. Preferable to jizz on the carpet or jizz in the eye. This one's for the lucky men in our lives.

ok, embarrassing question (is there such a thing here?) do any of you ever, especially around AF time (before hand as well as during) after get a sensation below that feels like you've just flooded everywhere but when you check you haven't? and therefore must be air? I've just bombed upstairs convinced AF has arrived in a flurry but nothing there?!

la i've done 700ml today. Not sure I'll fit in another 300ml before bed. Oops. Also not been to great on the calories today but my protein % was better so i'm not going to worry too much. It was still healthy food.

lil thanks for getting me to de-stress. I'm not majorly wound up about the icing thing, if anything it's better I didn't ice today as wanted to get some soldiers in with the Preseed beforehand. I'm just worried the OPKs are wrong or for some reason I'm not producing enough LH or something. But overly, I am far less stressed and feel much more in control now I've adjusted a few things started using contraband Thanks for the reminder to not get too hung up!

Btw do you put cordial in water. I've found I can easily drink 500ml at once if I put in a little bit of cordial or fresh juice. Doesn't have to be much. I like the Belvoir ones and also the Bottlegreen elderflower one.

I drink bottled water indigo and I find that tastes quite smooth so I don't need to add anything. I can't drink tap water without cordial though. If i'm not drinking bottled water I have boiled water with a slice of lemon which is quite nice. I am trying to avoid refined sugars so cordial is a no no for me at the moment. Glad i was able to talk you off the ledge! Even when I'd been temping for months and knew I'd ice after cd18 I'd still get wound up if I didn't have a +ve opk by cd 15! Silly as i knew i'd get it cd17-19!! I'm looking forward to the 10 month s off contraband!!

Nothing like that little bleed though. Overall it only lasted about 24 hours. This morning though I woke up with cramps again. They stopped for a bit, but I'm now sat in bed cramping again.

Aina it does sound like things are moving so hopefully af is starting to return. Lots of hot baths :)

indigo. I know it can be stressful but it will work out, keep track of your signs - cm etc and you will find you start to tell when you're icing. Remember wet cm is fertile too, so this isn't a bad thing.

The first time we used the Conceive plus I found it very odd, it's a lot more watery compared to the normal lube we used, but we're used to it now!

indigo hooya! stop looking for an ov dip. they don't always happen and aren't a reliable way to predict icing. just shag until app confirms icing from temps. the point of the app is it analyses the temps so you don't have to! cd16, still plenty of time to ice!
