Blueberry, AD hasn't arrived so you're not out. I'm sure people have had BFN at 13+dpo and gone on to get BFPS. Like the others say, even if AF comes you're only technically then on cycle 2.

Spinning, hope you're scan goes ok tomorrow. Had mine a few months back and was less uncomfortable than a smear (hadn't realised it was internal though and didn't tidy up Blush)

I love that frolicdog has magical fertility powers! Hope she is feeling better now frolic Thanks

Boosk · 02/11/2014 20:35

Ooops sorry blueberry just seen it's not af, sorry you had a bfn but you're not out yet Thanks Thanks Thanks

Thepurplegiraffe · 02/11/2014 20:38

Blueberry my last bfp wasn't until 4 days after af was due. Did you use fmu?

angelaham · 02/11/2014 20:39

Good luck Spinning, hope tomorrow goes well for you x

xBlueberry88x · 02/11/2014 20:46

spinning my first appointment was about half hour he arranged for more day 21 and day 3 test, hsg and asked loads of questions. He then did internal scan and talked about dps sa. Talked us through how my cycle works (like i dont know) and when we should dtd lol

purple yes fmu im sure the bfn is right clomid doesnt work for many people first go

Thanks ladies but you cant just forget 19 of ttc. I understand its technically first month because of ovulation but you cant shake the rest.

Thepurplegiraffe · 02/11/2014 20:52

Oh sorry Blueberry, of course you can't forget the rest. It has been a long hard road. Really hope it happens for you soon.

Cariad2014 · 02/11/2014 20:53

Hugs Blueberry. Really hope I didn't come across as though I was belittling what you've been through. 19 cycles is a really long time, and I can't begin to imagine how that must feel. I really hope that the clomid gets you your long-awaited BFP. Thanks

Cariad2014 · 02/11/2014 20:58

Loving the thought of Frolicdog's magical conception inducing/ ov regulating powers. If this works for you this cycle Frolic - would you consider lending her to the rest of us on a time-share basis?

Frolicacid · 02/11/2014 21:03

Here is my opk from earlier boosk. I'm pretty sure it's a positive, as the test line seems stronger than the control. I think it got even darker last month. I temp as well, so should be able to confirm if I did ovulate.
Thank you for asking about frolicdog. She is loads better and back to her normal, crazy self - just as the shitty weather sets in Grin

I was just thinking what on earth newbies think when they come across a thread where people talk of taking crack epo and dog supplements to help with conception!! Not to mention dildocam's! I think we must sound a little crazy!

Thank you Blueberry for that information, not sure if I should admit to taking soy, they may not approve!
I know how long you've been trying and it sucks, I really hope you get you don't have much longer to waitThanks

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 02/11/2014 21:12

frolic that's what my positive OPKs look like :)

TheProofIsInThePudding · 02/11/2014 21:16

Hi frolic I found that the control line on my IC OPKs wasn't as strong as I expected. I did a Google image search and most of them looked similar! I wondered if it was because my urine was too dilute. I assumed that as long as the test line is the same colour (or darker) than the control it's positive.

At the start of the dreaded TWW here, does anyone have any tips on keeping sane?!

Frolicacid · 02/11/2014 21:17

Thanks blueberry

cariad, maybe I could make some money pimping her out to couples who are ttc? She is a bit old and smelly, mind you. I can't imagine many people welcoming her into their homes / beds. But she is very cute!

Yay for positive opk's wanttobe. DH is a river of snot tonight. It's going to take a lot of effort from both sides!

TheProofIsInThePudding · 02/11/2014 21:21

spinning I would definitely talk to them about taking soy. The more information they have, the more likely that they will be able to help you. Good luck at the appointment!

Blueberry - you mentioned feeling depressed earlier and I've been getting the vibe from your posts that you're finding your (long and arduous) TTC journey really difficult to cope with at the moment. I would urge you to speak to your GP about how you are feeling, they might be able to help.

xBlueberry88x · 02/11/2014 21:29

I would proof but if you knew what the doctors were like down here you would understand why I havent.
I did mention it to my gynae doc but he didnt seem bothered

frolic definitely a positive get dtd!

spinning yeah im not sure what they would say lol maybe leave it out for now.

Dozygirl · 02/11/2014 21:55

Definitely a positive frolic. I get so excited when I get my positive opk lol. Unless i haven't time to dtd then I get mad

Treaclepie19 · 02/11/2014 22:01

Hope all goes well spinning :)

Hope it's just too early for you blueberry.

Ugh cd12 and I really can't be bothered to dtd.
Last month we did loads and timed it perfectly and still nothing so what's the point? :/
But will I feel bad tomorrow if I get a solid smiley?!?

Thepurplegiraffe · 02/11/2014 22:06

Keep going Treacle, you never know which will be the one that matters!

Frolicacid · 02/11/2014 22:10

Managed a quicky! DH is a hero and if we make a baby tonight we shall name it snotbag soybean!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 02/11/2014 22:12

Frolic that's so funny! So glad you smashed it tonight. Well done dh!

That's a shame, Blueberry. You could contact your local Mind group or look in to a private counsellor if the GP hasn't been of any help. Could a different doctor or even a nurse be more sympathetic and help you to get the help you need? There are a lot of mindfulness resources online and in books which you could explore too.

MissMrsMummy · 02/11/2014 22:26

frolic that's commitment, good on you and your dp!

blueberry so sorry you haven't been supported by your GP. In my experience of stress/anxiety my normal GP is great but I had to see a different one once and he was awful, left me feeling so ill just from the appointment. It can make such a difference so maybe try to talk to someone else Thanks
