CD 11 for me today, thinking need to get on it!.. Can I ask everyone's opinion on dtd consecutive days or every other day? We are doing Artificial Insemination at home due to health problems. Using OPKs and today only a faint line but my temp has taken a real drop.

Let me know your thoughts on consecutive/every other day!

I'm currently miserable with AF pains. Im just the worst employee right now, each month my mental ability gets zapped by the cycle of TTC. i must be a bitch to my lovely DH as the emotions and hormones in my body are getting out of control. Do any of you who have been ttc for ages have any tips on keeping on top of the stress of obsessing over trying or distraction techniques? I only started my job after rudely being made redundant recently and fear I will be fired, if I don't start to focus at work, before I get to go on mat leave if that ever happens.

Can I also ask your opinions...? Despite all symptoms, FF has now put me as ov last Monday (which I thought) but I had a temp drop today (8 dpo) - could it be to do with implantation? What do you think?

Welcome Candid I am on my 12th 2ww. I am a terrible employee towards the end of my 2ww, don't beat yourself up about it. It sucks that we have to deal with the 2ww and PMT - it is like a form of torture. I have felt ready to explode at times. I have read a few books that helped me stay positive - posted them at the beginning of this thread I think, plus a relaxation fertility CD, and making a plan for the next cycle helps a bit, plus the occasional glass of hope you don't have much longer to wait.

tess, I have been taking swigging put the bottle about 10ml of wilko's own brand guafathingy cough syrup 2-3 times a day. Feeling sceptical about it today mind as my opk's are getting darker but no ewcm to be seen.

claire I would say your test is also a BFP to be honest. Below is a list of common uk test sensitivity levels (from another site).

IC's usually 10 mIU/ 25 mIU (although this is questionable!)
One step High sensitivity - 10 mIU
Superdrug - 10 mIU
First Response Early Response - 12.5 mIU
Sainsbury's own - 15 mIU
Tesco own - 25mIU
Asda cheapies - 25mIU
Boots own brand - 50 mIU
Clearblue Digital - 50 mIU (CBD with conception indicator is 25mIU)

As you can see from the list, the clearblue digitals are nowhere near as sensitive as a lot of others so this explains the bfn you got.

I've got a question . I'm only 8 dpo I've been doing a ov test in the last three days just out of interested to see if they're getting darker since it's early to test with ptest . We'll something interesting has happened . Yesterday's aft one was definitely darker than the day before and the yesterday morning one and then this aft my test has started flashing so doesn't that mean it's even stronger ?! I used the cb ov test earlier in my cycle and it indicated ov around usual time at cd 14 I think and I had physical symptoms then too so think that was it . I used soy for the first time this month . Can u ovulate twice in a row without a period in between ?This kind of thing has never happened to me before . I've been having preg symptoms like many times before ( countless cp and mc so far and with my son ) but don't want to get my hopes up . I've heard stronger ov tests can indicate preg . Dh tells me not to use them but I'm in hell waiting again and now this flashing smily has properly screwed up my poor head ...
