This bus is for anyone ttc hoping to get a BFP in December.

I know it's super early, but as I'm currently on a 2 month enforced break from ttc following a ruptured ectopic, December is the next bus I can catch.

Do feel free to come and join me on the journey.

Up early this morning and of course the first thing I did was test again.

Why is it I don't trust the Sainsbury's tests? I must have read something about them. I did two Blush and they both came up in 4 or 5 minutes, very faint, but there - and yet somehow I don't believe them. There is a shadow on the IC, but it's so faint I wouldn't trust it on its own, and it wasn't visible until about 9 minutes in.
Planning to buy a FRER on the way to work - just trying to work out what to transport my FMU in discreetly!!

update: I have found a miniature wine bottle to put my wee in! it's the only secure container I can find, and is quite a good disguise, actually. Although if anyone sees me with a bottle of wine in my handbag at work, it would still look pretty dodgy... I think I'll be testing in Tesco's loos this morning, as soon as I have bought the FRER. (glamorous).

can't believe it still. have bought a "dad" Christmas card to surprise DH with tonight. I did a digital too- it says pregnant! maybe now I can start to believe (tentatively for now)

8 dpo here and spent all night going to the loo. Can't bare to even have my arms touching my boobs very achy . Right ovary in agony and yesterday when I kept on coughing I was hurting every time in a very localised spot in my belly . I always do this even if really trying not to obsess... Don't have any frer in the house so wed realistic the earliest a cb would work . Wonder if the stronger symptoms are just the soy talking

Waves at Blueberry - really hope AF stays away for you this cycle.

Your symptoms also sound very positive MaG - keeping everything crossed for you.

CD13 into our cycle of not ttc. Had tons of EWCM last night (sorry if TMI) and am experiencing all the usual pre-ov symptoms for the first time since August (which was the cycle I got pregnant with my ectopic). Tried to persuade DH to ttc last night and again this morning, but he was having none of it, and kept reminding me that we were not ttc this cycle for my benefit (i.e. so as to avoid the risk of suffering another ectopic over Christmas). Sad

Ah well, I guess on the plus side, my body seems back to normal (which I guess makes a BFP next cycle a possibility), and there are only 2 weeks to go until the next cycle commences... Can anyone tell I'm impatient?!

Waves back at Frolic. Feeling a bit impatient about not ttc this cycle at the moment, but I'm sure that once my ov symptoms have passed I'll be fine. I have 2 work christmas parties in what would have been the 2ww for this cycle, so I'm clinging on to the fact that not ttc means that I can have some cocktails!

Thought I would update you. Still not sure what to make of the lines. Did another test this morning and I think the line is fainter than yesterday's. That's if I'm not imagining them!!

Room for a small one on the bus/sleigh?

Age 34, TTC#3, cycle 4 (ish - all went a bit screwy after coil removed)
BFP due 11 December (but am a POAS addict so will definitely be testing before that....)

Claire, was it a different brand this morning? That could be why the line was paler.

If I had any real symptoms I would poas but I hate the blank screen so for now I'm staying clear!

claire how early are you again? It's harder with photos but I can see some shadowy lines there. Must be driving you nuts!

cariad it must be really frustrating with full signs of OV, but well done to your DH for holding out I think - better not to have so much worry and uncertainty over Christmas. And good luck for next cycle!

It was CD11 for me yesterday and I normally ov on CD12 - but last night I had weird thick, opaque CM, but it was quite stretchy. Can't tell if ov was earlier or I'm still gearing up (had watery CM on CD10). Anyway it doesn't make much difference as DH is away this week so it will depend on whatever we managed at the weekend. Last month I had ridiculous quantities of EWCM - like never before! Bodies are weird.

Thought I'd pop in and see how everyone was doing and I see a BFP for blueberry!!!! First doc appointment this morning to get mine confirmed by bloods. Hope all goes well and keep us updated!!

Congratulations Blueberry! So pleased for you. Shootthemoon, I'm 12 dpo now and AF due tomorrow. Last night I was so convinced I was pregnant but I'm getting twinges just below my belly button today so I'm almost certain AF is on the way. Going to try and put all my efforts into housework instead! Just would like to know one way or another now and then if it isn't my month I can at least enjoy some mulled wine by the Christmas tree!
