Anyone else still waiting?

Just wondering if anyone else is still in limbo?! Now on CD35, no sign of AF, bfn on test (I think, hard to wonder if I imagine these shadows of lines on the ICs). Loads of symptoms but don't want to let myself get excited in case AF shows and it's all in my head. Anyone else in the same situation?

Ahhhh that's pants :( so annoying when nothing seems to be happening ... Hopefully you'll get a positive pretty soon orange x

reallywittyname · 28/09/2014 15:57

Just read the whole thread, so glad I'm not alone!! Hoping for good news for everyone.

Am on CD34 which is nowt compared to some of you but af was due 4 days ago and just keep getting bfns (am poas addict Grin). I did think I had a bfp on Wednesday but it was a faint line on a test from a supermarket that rhymes with Bainsbury's and I have heard they are prone to evaps, GRRR. So have just ordered more sticks from the interwebs as I might be going bonkers but I don't want to be broke and bonkers. I think I ov'd on CD21 and usual cycle is 30 days so wondering if it's still a bit too early to test?

Having intermittent symptoms of god-knows-what, just wish SOMETHING would happen!!!

Katewright699 · 28/09/2014 16:03

I hear ya witty !!! Lol same here no AF no BFP ... Nothing. I can virtually see the tumbleweed blowing past in my knickers lmfao Grin xx

reallywittyname · 28/09/2014 16:13

it's so frustrating isn't it kate!
although there's still time for you if you came off the pill on the 10th (did I read that right?) so live in hope!

think we should be known as The TumbleKnickers
although that sounds like something from a very wrong version of In The Night Garden Grin

Katewright699 · 28/09/2014 20:53

It certainly is my lovely :) yes the 10th was my first pill free day so yes I suppose there's a small chance I could have been caught Grin not sure when to test though maybe the 10 th of October if the old AF hasn't shown by then ???? Tumble knickers and dry drawers lmfao Wink x

Hey ladies, I'm going to join the gang, hope thats ok! I didn't have my last injection ( due 2nd Sept) and haven't stopped bleeding/spotting yet :( I just want a cycle so I can start counting days and stand a chance of getting a bfp x

Katewright699 · 01/10/2014 09:32

Hi gagga... Nice to meet you... I started my first proper AF yesterday, first one since coming off the pill on the 10th sept.and wow have I got cramps lol but glad something is happening as I was starting to think it would take months to come back.i know it's hard not to get down about it all but try to keep your chin up hun... Do you know when your AF would have been due ?

gaggaforababa · 01/10/2014 11:47

At least I'm not getting cramps just moodswings, something to be glad of. I have no idea when af is due to visit, I've been on the pill, implant or injection for the last 8 years and can't remember what I was like before that. I get so excited reading when people get a bfp, can't wait for that to be Me hehe

Katewright699 · 01/10/2014 15:48

Yeah me too I love reading ppl's success stories.. So inspiring Smile

R0ckCh1c · 01/10/2014 17:48

Evening ladies!

Welcome Gagga! Smile Baby dust sent your way Grin

My POAS has finally showed a positive result!! CD15... So looks like my body is almost back to normal since coming off BC in April. DTD on the cards for the next few days. Then the dreaded 2 wk wait!! Confused

Hope everyone is well xx

Orangeisthenewbanana · 01/10/2014 19:24

Hi gagga! Welcome to the group.

Yay for your POAS success R0ck! It's nice to know that something's happening isn't it. Have fun with your DTD-a-thon Grin.

Still not quite sure what's going on here. IC tests were most positive over weekend but CB didn't give a flashy face until Monday. Got another flashy yesterday but stupid test this morning gave an error Angry. IC are now negative again! Sooo confused! DTD Sunday, yesterday, and planned again for tomorrow as sure something is going on this week.....

Fingers crossed we can all get our cycles sorted soon!

R0ckCh1c · 02/10/2014 12:28

Thanks Orange! Yep it has set my mind at ease knowing that something's happening. Have got another very dark positive line today! So more DTD-a-thon it is Grin Different tests might need to pick up different levels... Are you doing tests around same time each day?

Fingers crossed & hopefully some BFP's in the group by the end of Oct!! Wink

kiay131982 · 02/10/2014 13:00

Hi, Ive really enjoyed your thread.. can I please join??
I'm currently pretty sure that I'm insane and am trying to resist going out and buying tests. I shouldn't be pregnant as up until just over a week ago I was still on the pill with plans to come off soon. However, I missed my last withdrawal bleed- tested just in case and neg so went onto my next pack. Saw the doctor who told me stop taking it as I was feeling so bleugh (other issues too and that we were ttc soon anyhow) And I stopped that 8 days ago and still no withdrawal.
I took a test on Monday which was neg... I've never not bled before and my nipples HURT. This isnt a usual Pmt thing for me. But I can't see how I could be pregnant- and given that I missed my first bleed 20 days ago now, something should definitely have shown up?!?!? I've had three children and all of them have shown up on a preg test before af was due... so I cant be now can I?!
I'm sooo confused. And need to stop POAS!

R0ckCh1c · 04/10/2014 08:46

Hi Kiay, welcome to the group. If you used to take your pill religiously and never missed one, then chances are you weren't preg when you came off pill 20days ago. Some miss their withdrawal bleed (can be down to stress)... when you've gone back on it and finished mid pack, again you may not necessary have a withdrawal bleed. You can also get preg symptoms when coming off the pill due to a change in your hormone levels. ( I had really sore nipples, cramps, metallic taste in mouth) But that doesn't mean to say that you haven't ovulated since coming off the pill. Unfortunately everyone's body works completely different. I would perhaps wait at least another week before doing a preg test. You could buy some cheap ones on Amazon (30 for £10) and then do a test weekly? Sorry I know you're probably still confused... It's the waiting game that's the annoying part isn't it!! Keep us all posted... You never know you at be one of the lucky ones to fall straight away Grin x

Wishing everyone a fab weekend x

Katewright699 · 04/10/2014 09:39

Hiya kiay :) I had the same but I did have a small bleed a couple of days after stopping my pill... But had some weird symptoms for a week or so... Cramping, nausea, and general tiredness but they did pass and I had my first proper AF this week so hopefully your body will start sorting itself out soon.. Might be when u least expect it as I had no idea my AF was on the way it just turned up lol .. Fx for you and also hope everyone is having a nice weekend Grin

Orangeisthenewbanana · 04/10/2014 19:46

Hi and welcome kiay! Can't be much help advising about coming off the pill I'm afraid, I had a copper coil before ttc. Fingers crossed your cycle sorts itself for your BFP soon.

Think I might be in the tww now but not entirely sure!. Still not had a solid smiley on the CB ov tests (that's 6 flashy days now and 2 negatives before that!). Had a pretty definite positive on a IC opk while also getting negatives on CB Confused Hmm. Have given up trying to make sense of it and just dtd EOD this week! We're on holiday next week so will keep testing and dtd until then but am not taking any sticks with me as am getting a bit fed up with them now! Hopefully the dtd will continue though! Grin

Hope you're all having a great weekend x

kiay131982 · 06/10/2014 09:32

Thanks all,
I'm feeling alot less bleugh now- which is a welcome relief after three weeks of feeling like I was about to get AF any moment!
I've still not had any bleeding since 15th August so now just got to wait it all out and see what happens I guess. I'm due at the doctors at the end of the month if nothing has happened by then.

sits and twiddles thumbs

Hi all can I join? I've loved reading your thread :-) sorry to hear about the sad times but yay to the good ones!
I'm ttc no.2 , had my Mirena coil removed on 14th hurl this year & had 28 day cycles since then. Was due AF yday but it's a no show.. Bfns on the cheap internet test strips so am going to test with a branded on at the end of the week if it hadn't shown. Last time I had the Mirena removed it took 6 months to conceive my daughter and that was with cycles ranging from 27-36 days.

Good luck to all :-)
