Hello Ladies!

Thought I'd try and get some of the 20+ hopeful Mummies together.

My lovely DP and I don't want to let on that we're TTC so I'm lacking friends and a chit chat about all the downstairs what not. DP will die inside if he has to hear about cycles/ovulation or temperatures anymore!

I'm still early in to TTC so I'm trying to keep it exciting and not too technical. I think if I kept coming up with nothing then id look into it a bit more! All my friends have consived without even actually trying so I'm just going with blind optimism!

Hi can I join im 26 and have been ttc 1 for 16 months now.

I was on the depo injection for 10 years and im sure this is the reason we havent conceived yet.

Weve had a few tests so far but going back to gynae in September.

Alot of people use opks or temping so that you can narrow down the time your ovulating its very easy to miss.

Its also advised to do every other day instead for every day so that the sperm can rebuild provisions. (Although every day over ovulation wont hurt).

I've downloaded the Ovia app... i think it's quite handy. You can just input your info and then sort of forget about it.

I have the ovia app aswell.

IT is good but all the apps only guess ovulation dates on a perfect cycle.

Eg 28 day cycle normal ovualtion cd14.

I actually seem to ovulate on cd12/13 mostly.

Talking to DP earlier and when he tried for a baby with his ex it didn't happen but recently his ex got pregnant by her new bf. should I worry about fertility or am I just looking for problems?

Tyler how long was he trying for? doctors often wont check until the 1 year mark.

Get him on some mens conceptions vits, dont let him keep a laptop on his lap and no really hot baths or tight boxers.

I'm 28 and hubby is almost 29. We've been Ttc #1 since December. I use an app called my days which I think is great! My af is due on 10th but have had lots of cramping after I ovulated so I'm hoping we will get a BFP instead of af. I have used opk sticks for the first time this month so fingers crossed they have helped. We generally dtd everyday for fun. Hoping that's ok. We will see.... Good luck everyone! I wonder who will get the first bfp? Exciting!

My af is due in 9 days too so we will be testing together. That's unless I can test before that day... How long after ovulation can you test?

Af finished today so right at the beginning of my cycle.

Hello, I'm 27, as is DH, and we are on month 4 of ttc. Trying to dtd everyday during the fertile window this month and every other day for the rest of the cycle. We are trying to keep it fun to keep the pressure off.

I'm 27 and my dh is 28, we are ttc our 1st child together ( I have a 10yr ds from a previous relationship) I've been on the pill for the last 10 years, currently on cycle 2 after coming off the pill. 5 dpo at the minute hating the 2ww! Fx this is a lucky month for all of us x

Have had a withdrawal bleed the first week but nothing else since.

Have just downloaded the Ovia app - had been using a different one but Ovia looks much sleeker. However it's telling me different fertile days despite entering same info/cycle length etc. Hmph!
