Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.

zyla have you got the cbfm with the m button or the advanced one? I've got the normal one and its never been wrong about when I've iced. my temp has always confirmed icing day after first peak. I think after first peak it goes into auto pilot anyway and gives you a second peak, high then low again. I know some people have been able to book bloods for a couple of dates in same cycle to make sure the right date is covered. perhaps you could ask gp if you can do that? if you can't I'd go by cbfm tho. this is why I love temping, more certainty

On the JSing front I believe positions can make a difference - you want to get the swimmers as far up your foof as they can get! So your DP unloading whilst going doggy style is supposed to be good for giving the lil' guys some good momentum.

It's also supposed to be good, if you can time it right, for you to 'finish' at the same time as your DP does, because the cervix contracts and pulls the swimmers through it! Easier said than done, coz I don't know about you viroids, but I can't get there without a little, ahem, manual assistance, but it's quite fun to try!

Also, it's next to physically impossible to achieve both of these tips in the same session (at least for me), so pick which one appeals more and give it a go... From my JSing diary, I think baby 1 was conceived with option A, and current baby with option B!

I think even if you do it just after (manually assisted or not ) that's supposed to work well too

I'm alright thanks. Busy, busy, busy. Have taken it easy this month with the ttc as technically I need to wait for AF before we get going again. But I can't be bothered to re-contracept (is that a word)? Too busy at work to dtd much anyway.

Feelings wise - told two close friends IRL and one of them couldn't stop talking to me about it when others were around, now most of my social circle knows. Bit peeved, although not sure why - it's all online. Hmmmm.

Mr Before has taken DS to the park in his new bike seat and I'm supposed to be finishing making curtains for his room. At the rate I'm going, he'll have outgrown the pattern before I get them both up. But it's the thought that counts, right?

Otherwise, trying to get rid of my contraband via e-bay. Bought mid cycle in April and have yet to have a day one to get any use out of it. I don't actually want it anyway - what will be, will be, especially now.

Planted out my french beans today. And I felt like making a cushion cover, so I made a cushion cover. It's all wild and groovy at our house.

Okay since I'm sworn off AIBU for life.... AIBU to not phone/ text my Dad on Father's Day? I sent him a card. We're not that close, not seen each other or spoken in ages, he doesn't even know I'm pg. Mostly because he has this ridiculous "I can't talk to you unless you talk to me first" rule. Which pisses me off. Relationships shouldn't be forced and one sided like that.
