Hoping for a positive in October!

Hi, I'm not sure if theres already a thread for those hoping for a +ive October. I'm on the +ive Sept one but my fertile window for this month has just passed without being able to try (got to get blood sugars stable before we can try) so next chance to try will be towards end of September (32ish cycle), which means I won't be in a position to test til October. If theres already an October thread please point me in that direction, if not, here we go!

N&T&B I had alittle bleed at 6weks with DS#2 and he's now 4yrs, chin up, thinking of you!

Babymad - sorry about the crap weekend. Hopefully you will ov later this month.

Bye girls AF arrived last night/this morning so i am off to the November thread. Good luck to everyone else.

Morning CD7, still taking tabs, we'll just have to see! Anyway so down yesterday forgot to tell you all got a hospital app on 8/Nov for scan/x-ray and stuff, so that should be fun, all to find out weather i have this Dam PCOS and/or blocked tubes so we'll see! DH has been working so much he's not had chance to do his S-test, so he's getting that sorted today, app and so on while I'm on these dam tabs! Hope every one is fine and well. Lots the babydust to all.

Can anyone tell me what to expected with this scan and x-ray that i'll be going for soon (08/nov). I'm having them to find out weather I have block tube/s and/or PCOS or anything else they see fit to look for!

so peed off; day 12 i think, and life is naff generally - have decided to start to look for a new job. have only recently got a bit fed up with it but maternity benefits excellent.

pretty pointless staying for those when dh and i seem unable to make anything happen. got v drunk on sunday and had sex of a kind but lets justsay you dont get pregnant from doing it thatway. now can't be faffed.

is it just tuesday blues? even reading heat didn't cheer me up. peed right off!

Hey FOTS - sorry you're peed off but aren't you coming up to the best part of the cycle? the bit where we can actually do something to make a difference rather than sit and wait? also don't you think it is great to just have sex without TTC on your mind? It's the mid week blues, look after yourself and you will get the BFP one of these days!

As fopr me, still no fecking AF!!! Am now 5 days late, BFN and no PG signs (although have been a bit nauseous at times).

I was just wondering, I presume having an irregular cycle can be caused by a hormone imbalance. Could that same hormone imbalance be causing the nausea? Sorry if this is a daft question. I know all PG's are the same, but I've known the feeling with my last 3 PG's and I know I'm not this time - The BFN kind of confirms it doesn't it.

Anyway, Will stop rambling. Will look in toni's book later on to see what she says!

RR can i ask which test you are using? I had the ebay ones and they showed only the faintest line (ie easily missed if you weren't staring!). I brought the clear blue digital and it came up positive in seconds. I'm sure i'm teaching you to suck eggs, but even when i tested yesterday with cheapey ones there was barely a line at all. poor you waiting - hopeful about nausea though!

RR - poor you, you are having a really frustrating time too. Have you considered going to your gp for a professional test? I know that sounds a bit OTT but they may be able to offer some advice if it is hormonal. I am reading "The Infertility Cure" by Randine Lewis at the mo (very kindly given to me by another MNetter). It is all about Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal remedies and getting your body balanced as a whole and not just one part of it, I am finding it really interesting but have not got to any bits that require action from me yet.

How are the rest of you October ladies? anyone around OV or testing time? babydust to all...............

Freakyfloss - I used a first response one I had left over - Not even a feint line no matter how hard I stared . I did it about lunch time but it should still have shown something 4 days past AF due date.

MrsMcJ - Yes I will go to the docs I think. I'll give it til next week and if still no sign then that will be a 38 day + cycle so I'll ask advise. After the problems I had last Dec / Jan, I hope they'll think about taking a look into it. Having said that I know from MN that people do have 40+ day cycles (and much longer). You never know she may have arrived by the weekend!

i dont think this month is the month though i just have got a weird feeling that its going to take me a while to fall again. but.....have got a job interview on friday and if all goes well am thinking of pausing ttc until ive been there 11 weeks because then il be entitles to maternity pay. i would so love to switch jobs but not at the cost of losing maternity pay as its such a big bulk to lose.

weather is very grim here its like night time so im going to curl up in bed now for a nap

Had a big row with dh yesterday which was my fault. Managed to rectify it and fit in some bd and he bought me lunch today. I am a lucky bunny.

My temp went up massively today so maybe OV yesterday but the OV test was negative this morning. Or it could be because of the hangover?!

Haven't heard back from either job interview yet which is v stressful, but I should learn to be patient

I am temping to try and work out OV but if I have any wine that seems to bugger it up!

ohh forgot to mention that does anyone remember my dps birthday how totally crap it was..well i have heard back from the manager of the hotel and got a complimentary meal but only thing now is dp is refusing to go because he things they will "spit or worse" in the food!
