Hoping for a positive in October!

Hi, I'm not sure if theres already a thread for those hoping for a +ive October. I'm on the +ive Sept one but my fertile window for this month has just passed without being able to try (got to get blood sugars stable before we can try) so next chance to try will be towards end of September (32ish cycle), which means I won't be in a position to test til October. If theres already an October thread please point me in that direction, if not, here we go!

babymad i think im ok. but sometimes these things take a while b4 u know anything. might go to a&e tomorrow tell them i fell see if they will give me a quick scan to check.

Babymad, that does sound worrying. Are you in pain? Have there been any clots? I certainly have never had that, and I have quite heavy flows. I hope you're OK.

I've had to take painkillers for the pain/cramps which i've never had to do before and got one of them AF pains heat pads which are good and also feel sicky!
Trace my Temps haven't come down yet whats that all about?

Hello everyone! Anyone still around?
Welcome to ttc, Divamummy. Nice to have you here.

I was just wondering if any of you oldies out there (I don't mean old, I mean that you've been here a while and know each other quite well...) feel like you could post a bit about yourself? It's just, I have a terrible memory and can't remember a lot of things, and I get very easily confused by people that have similar names (ie, both have the word "baby" in the name!!)
Anyway, I just thought it might be nice to know a little about everybody. I'll put my hand up and get the ball rolling.......

Have not long started ttc - had coil out at the beginning of Sept. I have a dd aged 7 who, although planned, was not at all well planned as I was living 2 hrs from her dad, neither of us had own home, he didn't have a job, etc, etc, etc. I also have a ds who is 4. He was a "surprise" who arrived very early on in a new relationship. I also, sadly had a TOP when ds was about 5 months old due to another "surprise" and me suffering an awful lot with PND, as well as other important factors. So now am ttc for the first time "properly"....
So, anyone offering to be next....?

just reading the threads. hope everythings ok babymad!

i took my coil out in aug too. period due on sat so i'm keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't come. i do feel pregnant, but i took that first response test on tues and it was negative but i'm hoping it was just too soon!
i have 3 chil already DD 9 (on mon) DS6 & DD20 mths this baby will be my last DH is getting the snip after this one! I want twins they r so cute! but i doubt it! good luck to every1

Feedmenoow - there was a stats thread somewhere..I'll see if I can find it. In the meantime, I married my DH in June and since July we have been TTC our first baby. It'll be the first child for us both so we are very excited. We are both 32 and I was on the pill for 18 years so we knew it might take some time but every AF is a disappointment! Hope that helps!

Hello Emz25 - hope you get your BPF this month! babydust to you. Can you explain, I know it's hard, but what you mean by "I do feel pregnnt" how does it feel?

Update on me Feedmenow - Been with OH 9 years, i am 24 he is 26. Been trying since Jul 05 went for tests in Feb and was told i do not ovulate (was having irregular periods) took ages to get apointment at fertility clinic. Am on my first month of clomid and have a lap and ovarian drilling (have slightly polycystic ovaries)booked in for March so hoping to get a BFP before then.

Thanks ladies for you concern, I've been keeping a eye on it and if it happens again I will go doctor first thing in the morning. DH thinks I've had a MC he said so yesterday for some reason, it might of been down to the fact I shouted him when I was in the loo at his mums house to bring my handbag up, as AF just came out the blue and he saw the state I was in. TMI The colour was very light red and seems to be watery but has got darker since! If I have MC I'm not taking to as a neg I'm taking as a pos thinking in the way as I CAN rather than I WAS dose that make any sense!?

Jess, dont give up hope yet, after all you did get a feint BFP didn't you? I've definately read a few people on here say they didn't get a BFP for a whie after OV. Maybe worth a trip to the docs for blood test?

MrsMc - Good your temps are still up! Will be keeping everything crossed for you over the next few days. Like what you said about keeping your best test til the weekend. Lets hope it brings you luck. Thanks for the warning as well about agnus castus - I'll take a look at it.

Rubles, I know I was scanned to look for PCOS and that wasn't a problem and I'm pretty sure they checked my hormone levels, but (and i know this sounds bad) but I can't really remember. I have an awful memory at the best of times, and I wasn't really thinking about babies back then as I was just out of an 8 yr relationship. I think thats why the docs put lack of AF down to stress, but I didn't feel stressed by it - I was glad to be shot of my boyfriend at the time

I'm going to temp next month and see if I'm Ov'ing - If i dont next month I think I will go to the docs. My AF have been so light recently that I'm thinking there may be a connection.

Hi Feedmenow - I'll tell you a little bout me... Me 34, DH 32... Got one DS who is 2.6 yrs, was pregnant again with another DS but lost him at 21wks pg last December (2005). Post mortem showed a genetic abnormality which has a 25% chance of happening again. BUT, looking at the other way, there is a 75% chance of it NOT happening again! Both pregnancies happened within a month of trying. This time we've been trying for 4 months

crossed post babymad - Good idea to go to docs if it happens again - it does seem strange for an AF doesn't it? I know what you mean - if you have MC, you must take the positive from it that you've been able to conceive.

This going to sound WAY TMI so TMI warning but i wanted to know as there was this black puddle (only) in my loo from the steam of blood and DH asked me if there was any lumps in it so to speck, so i put my marrygolds on LOL and checked, it was like a very thin sheet of skin

Anyone else been on a mistion like this???

its hard to explain how u feel u just seem to know instinct i suppose. i'll let ya know at weekend if i'm right i felt it with my 2nd and 3rd. don't know if u will on first but then again ur expecting it so maybe u will! (my first wasn't planned) it could all just be coincidence though, but they do say sometimes ya just know!

It does sound strange, definately not like a AF. I can't think what that could be. Was it like mucus - is that why it felt like skin?
