lala I know what you mean. I do have a tenant, but now just on rolling one month so I reckon they'll be gone if I say I'm putting it on the market. Getting ait valued "for mortgage purposes" next week hopefully. We are considering renting our house out and moving back in with parents for a bit whilst it sells to counteract it being empty. Will ask parents when we have all the facts sorted though and make a decision from there assuming parents don't tell us to shove it!!

Hi Fox . I so understand your plight! Have POAS for 2 days in a row. BFN but AF due today and not arrived yet - nearly always comes in the morning. For some reason I just refuse to believe the sticks! Which kind of sticks have you used? I can't hooya you without also hooyaing myself so I'll refrain. It depends if you're as bonkers as me - I quite often think I have a million symptoms and then they magically disappear when AF arrives so they're obviously psychosomatic. But if you're more sensible than this, I would either say try a different stick or if proper AF still isn't there by Monday, maybe go to GP for a blood test? Any chance of the change in ADs having an effect? Or have you been stressed and that could be messing with your cycle? My AF varies in strength and length, sometimes much lighter than others.
