So I couldn't find a May thread, so I thought I'd start one for all of us who have dropped off the April thread.

Aunty arrived this morning so I 've just started cycle 4. TTC #2. Just had a long cycle so if this is the same length my most fertile time will be over Easter weekend.

So I might go all pagan and invoke some Spring fertility goddess. Or something. Or piss on some sticks.

Are you temping too hanflan?

Spotti, if you ovulate earlier than normal it doesn't mean you'll have a longer wait for your bfp. Your luteal phase shouldn't alter by more than a day or two. If you ovulate earlier, you should expect your bfp earlier

english - I wasn't temping but have started as of now. I know, I know, I should have been temping but we were away for the weekend at a wedding, drinking lots and disturbed sleep patterns so I figured they would be all over the place anyway! Made sure we dtd every day just in case, and will temp properly from now on!

I started temping half way through a cycle too...Good way to get into the habit!!

Afternoon Ladies,

After bleeding a bit yesterday ive had a little bit of brown blood when wipe (tmi) but thats it.

Has anyone else had bleeding at cd12 ish?

To go with the mega migraine ive had since yesterday getting a bit annoyed that my fertile week isnt going as planned.

Joined the April thread as a newcomer, but AF arrived this morning (I clung to all hope it was implantation pain and spotting but have to face facts now). Have been ttc for 2 years. Just moved home to a new area, new job, new doctor (hopefully might be better in fertility area than last GP). Fingers crossed for every1 for May!! :)

I got my first ever lines on ic opks last week, so even though we didn't dtd that much fingers crossed it was at the right time!

Now 2dpo so I'm starting the tww (boo) which means I can start symptom spotting (yay!)
Does anyone have any unusual symptoms at the moment?

Moving in from the dregs of the April bus. Af officially started about an hour ago after a false start on the weekend. Kind of feel better that I know where I am now.

Right, this cycle I'm using opks and dtd from cd8! Hoping to do smep, which we failed to do last month. Hubby as no excuse as we are off work and on holiday during my entire fertile time! We're gonna be making that caravan rock n roll!

ive started trying to downsize my stuff and start packing.i have 3 6ft bookcases all full! were moving from a 3 bed house to a 1/2 bed flat.... this is not gonna be fun still trying to feel positive about getting my bfp in may. i only have 1 months clomid left after this and then i have to have a 2 month break before going back to see specialist.

Hi kurama. I did exactly the same thing!! Moved from a 3bed house to a 2 bed flat and moving again soon!! Trying to get to know the new area. You'll be fine, just get the bedroom sorted first (wink wink). Good luck!!

We meet again Victoria! Hopefully this will be our month. I'm sticking to dtd every 2days once AF over. Hubby is not getting a choice!! I do suffer during OV though, high temperature, nausea, exhaustion and pain, makes getting in the mood a bit difficult. Any tips anyone?

Naz, I get really bad pain during ov for 2-3 days, ironic huh? Its as if your body doesn't want you to have sex to get preg! I just force on through the feeling grotty. Nothing else to advise sorry. i hate hormones

Was just reading your chat about temping and OPKs and wanted to say that this is my 3rd month of trying and I have NEVER got a +ve OPK. Was using clearblue this month and every single little bastard stick was an empty face, taunting me with its bastardstickness. Have temped before but not this month, had already printed off a blank chart for next! In fact, had actually ordered 30 more IC bastardsticks last night - Law of Sod strikes again!

My pal had her first midwife app today, she's finally getting excited, so happy for her but now it's made me really really really want it to be tomorrow so I can test again and hope for a stronger line. Gona be a long night

I ordered a bag of 50 ic opks last month! Law of sod didnt work for me!

Well I'm on cd13.... had an odd +ve opk on cd7 and all negative since.... including today when I'm due to ovulate and having some twinges to indicate that. Any suggestions oh wise ttc-ers?
