So I couldn't find a May thread, so I thought I'd start one for all of us who have dropped off the April thread.

Aunty arrived this morning so I 've just started cycle 4. TTC #2. Just had a long cycle so if this is the same length my most fertile time will be over Easter weekend.

So I might go all pagan and invoke some Spring fertility goddess. Or something. Or piss on some sticks.

I'm not going with a positive yet but you never know Not exactly sure how many dpo I am as I got a + opk on cd11 then ewcm (that's never went away) what I thought was ov pains on cd13 and I'm now cd24. My bbt chart looked like I ov'd later though which means it would be too soon for a BFP. So will wait and see what the next couple of tests are like before I go all hyper and post stats, lol

Maybe all the cm was a symptom! Will be keeping everything crossed for you Linda, I've never had a hint of a second line on an ic!

This weekend's shagathon has left me with the UTI from hell. Ughhhh. Also not actually sure when I ovulated as still had bad ov pains and lots of ewcm yesterday?! Maybe I'll take it as yesterday to be safe. Have dtd every day for the last week so I think we covered all bases!

I've tested the past 2 days and never saw anything but in the past I've saw a little line that was false so no hopes up just yet

Looking back at you chart Linda, you could well have ov'd at cd13 and the dip was what is called a fall back rise. That would have put your dip yesterday at 10dpo which is perfect implantation time!

If it was implantation I wouldn't get a line yet though would I English? I had my previous bfp's at 10 dpo though but I know that means nothing. Och I'm not gona stress about it, today I have a wee line and tomorrow I might not

I got a line the day after what I assume was an implantation dip When i got my bfp in Dec. Fx for you!!!

Temping fans... Is there a case for temping as well as using OPKs/a CBFM? Would it add anything or tell you anything you wouldn't know otherwise?

Funny old game this one isn't it - yesterday I convinced myself I was preg and had loads of symptoms, yet today have explained them all on other things and decided i'm definitely not!

Temping will only tell you if and when you have ovulated Chandlers. Even a positive opk or peak cbfm reading doesn't guarantee ovulation. After ovulation your temp stays up until af shows, when it'll dip back down. If you are pg it should stay up.

Yay!! Congratulations fancy and fx for you too Linda.....hope the line gets darker. I'm 6 dpo at the moment and have been feeling quite nauseous for almost 24 hours now. Woke up in the night feeling dreadful! Can I test at 10 dpo...that would be Saturday.

Intriguing. I have a feeling I'll be ordering a thermometer then... They don't sell the sensitive ones you need for fertility temping in Thailand. Very annoying. Every time I learn about a new 'thing' I should have it takes 2 weeks to be delivered!!! Aside from the pink grapefruit juice, of course.

In fact... What thermometer is the one you use? I assume some are better than others. Amazon is taking a caning!!!

Chandler, I just got a thermometer on eBay and it's perfectly fine. Just make sure it's a basal one.

Well I've got 2 lines on my IC OPK and EW Lucas has come to visit so it's looking like DTD time for us. I'm on day 12 here so quite early in my cycle to be OVing but I suppose it 'fits' in with the average day 14 OV date...I just have an extra week of torture at the end of my cycle. Can't decide if I'm pleased or if I really cba...

Yeah any basal thermometer will do, I got one from Superdrug and it seems quite accurate!

Right, my Fertility Friend chart is now telling me I most likely ovulated yesterday, due to presence of cervical lucas and another +opk... so I'm going to take that to ovoid testing too early. So here's to 1 dpo #2!
