So I couldn't find a May thread, so I thought I'd start one for all of us who have dropped off the April thread.

Aunty arrived this morning so I 've just started cycle 4. TTC #2. Just had a long cycle so if this is the same length my most fertile time will be over Easter weekend.

So I might go all pagan and invoke some Spring fertility goddess. Or something. Or piss on some sticks.

AF arrived this morning as expected. Now in bed in agony with a hot water bottle. Grr However I know the pain will ease off in 24/48 hrs time. License to stay in bed and eat chocolate methinks! Feeling geared up for May though, it IS going to be our month this month. OPK at the ready, balance activ waiting in the wings, pre conception vitamins stocked up, coffee and alcohol abandoned, and it WILL work Good luck to all others trying in May, fx for u all x

Just caught up on a few pages. Lol'd @ missmrs and the lubemare!!

I have been ferling v.low recently. Cycle bloody 12. I started with cb digis last month and had a smiley on cd8 so ws expecting the same this time. No smiley on cd8 or 9, but thought better dtd anyway, didn't enjoy it and was more interested in dh depositing the goods than enjoying the sex. Cried. Ugh. First real meltdown but managed to do it while DH was in the bathroom.

Feeling a bit better now - got the smiley this morning and dtd AND enjoyed it (sorry tmi...) and will aim for tomorrow too.

How long after a positive do you keep going? I think you generally ov the day after the positive don't you?

I seem to be wishing my life away too bella just want to get on with it. Wondering if i can persuade dh to dtd again later but probably not a good idea. Best leave it til tomorrow i think. Then the dreaded tww.

Question about cb digis. Do i need to but a new pack with new 'holder' or can i get refills?

Notta, sorry you're feeling down, it's so hard sometimes and a little cry can help. No you can't buy refills for cb, seems daft that you can only buy them with the holder thing!!

We dtd last night and I'm now in the 2ww so can relax and enjoy dtd again

I had morning at car boot today with dh, a friend and my dad. so many lovely baby things! and I didnt dare go look at them as I didnt want them thinking me crazy lol wanted to hit the ppl I saw walking round with the bits I liked later . howz everyone doing today. ive gone back to blank circle so guess my tabs gave me a false reading on cb digi

Stupid idea with the cb digis isb't it? I might buy about 50, to tempt the Law of Sod into visiting me.

A friend of mine keeps trying to give me baby stuff kurama I have asked her to save it for me but don't want to collect it yet.

nottai already have a few bits clothes,mosses basket and 3-1 travel system and changing mat from ebay and dhs baby mad aunt but i saw a really nice floor mat toy and rocker chair thing

on the downside our flatmate has decided to tell us he finds out in 2 weeks if hes moving or not.... after saying he woundnt, so potentially we have just over a month to possibly find a new flat and pay for everything with money that is gonna have to fall from the sky as he knew when we moved in together we couldnt afford it without him and we agreed to stay together for at least 2 years....

i get stressed so easily so im about ready to give up ttc as im already trying not to curl up in a ball and cry when thinking about having to move from somewere i love. sorry to disrail the thread but ive had such a good day and now i wish i wasnt here

Feeling washed out and run down - I have a history of anaemia and we are about to start our dtd marathon next week - AND dh is taking me out for steak tomorrow. Woohoo (sorry any veggies) - I was expecting him to suggest we ate more kale. :)

Can't believe it's been 5 months already! Got to stop wishing my life away.

OH suggested OPKs this month. I bought some in Feb but never got round to using them (which he didn't know I had LOL) so I suppose here comes the crazy does he know what kind of crazy he's unleashing? I doubt it!.

Bless him though, just before suggesting OPKs he asked when are my 'best few days to get pregnant this month?', to which I had to reply 'not entirely sure', hence the OPKs. Hoping to not go too bonkers with them and hoping not to need them for too long who am I kidding?.

gem cycles like to mess you around when ttc mines usually 28 days but I have had 31 days before

Sunny here today and last day off so going to clean the car and have gps coming over later.

Af nearly gone to onto a new month bought new vitamins going to try opks and grapefruit juice ewwww this month plus try to loose a bit of weight

Sorry some of you are having a rough time and feeling low. I hope May brings happy news for us all.

Went horse riding yesterday and appear to have injured my groin!!! Not great when supposed to be vigorously ttc.

CD5 at the mo... so have a few days to recover. I'm SO unfit. Off to buy some quinoa, sweet potato and lentils and s*#t like that. lol.

I will now add grapefruit to the list too! eurgh..
