So I couldn't find a May thread, so I thought I'd start one for all of us who have dropped off the April thread.

Aunty arrived this morning so I 've just started cycle 4. TTC #2. Just had a long cycle so if this is the same length my most fertile time will be over Easter weekend.

So I might go all pagan and invoke some Spring fertility goddess. Or something. Or piss on some sticks.

Hello all! I've been kicked off the April bus due to damn AF arriving! So my stats this month are:

Are any of you lovely ladies clued up on the EWCM? I'm so confused about it right now! cd11 positive opk and ever since then I've had an abundance of EWCM, especially today which is cd16, have I not actually ovulated yet?

Linda, I'm watching to see if anyone can answer, I'd like to know this too...I'm sure zita west book had it in, will get it out later

Puked this morning before car boot, more to do with lack of sleep but I'm gonna poas as I've got a full bag that I've not touched for a month & a half! :-) I'm only cd17 too lol I miss it!

pee on another opk linda... I don't really get much cm, so not able to help you out.

English I don't usually get much either but the cough bottle I took defo worked. I've took more opk's but cd11 was the only smiley face. I'm not even gona stress about it, may dtd later and leave it at that If I'm having a 30 day cycle, not unusual for me, then this would be the ov day anyway.

Hello all, welcome to those moving over from the April bus.

Re using opks. I resisted for ages, only started last cycle and got a positive cd 8 which was much earlier than expected. Cd 11 this cycle so am pleased i started with them as i can target the right days. With the best will in the world we struggle with dtd eod!!

Just using CB digis and testing ince a day though.

kurama i do have some stuff that my sister has stored at mums house, moses basket, pram/travel system, and cot. So all the big stuff i guess!

Really hopeful this month.

Linda, I had lots of ewcm a couple if months ago after ov, I googled and it can be an early pregnancy symptom but I didn't get a bfp so I don't know.....sorry that's no help is it!!

spinning I remember having it early in both pregnancies but don't think it was as much as this, it's more of a milky colour today but very stretchy. God damn our bodies for taking the piss while ttc Defo not having another LH surge anyway as all my opk's are negative

spotti there is if it makes you sick! ive been to 2 car boots this weekend found a baby carrier for 30 that should have been 80 and about 5 different sized me to you bears to add to my already overflowing collection that dh bought for me. so gutted about the things i missed getting yesterday but happy with my new bears lol. how is everyone today?

Hello all, I thought I'd boom myself a standby seat just in case I get a really long cycle again. I'm still on the April bus and am due bfp late April/early May, so slap bang into the 2ww...eek!
Stats: ttc#2, off pill since December with long (35+ days), possibly anovulatory cycles so kind of cycle 4.

Ahem... I thought I'd book myself...

Hopping on the bus but don't know if we'll try this month . Not sure what happened last cycle .Started bleeding 4 d early after getting a few tests with faint colour . Still incredibly nauseous and depressed so might need a break. Looked into the Ivf clinic we used last time and english surrogacy . This all seems pretty impossible atm. Dh is convinced its not going to work out for us with my eggs and his sperm anymore now I'm older when last time we were told our chances were about 15% per Ivf cycle but second time lucky . Am scared to go have tests and a scan although seem to ov regularly still ... My head's a damn mess .

cd 10 Solid Smiley I had two days of blank circles And only dtd sun night as dh was to tired last night and as hes already at work I wont be able to attack him till I finish at 9 tonight. omg im so excited after the past 2 months of pain at ov time I have nothing so far

I need someone to tell me if iabu please! Have already mentioned - maybe on this thread can't remember about not liking how dtd feels forced. Dp doesn't like it either... to make it feel less forced I drop hints, so for e.g. yesterday when I got flashing smiley and cramps I said 'today would be a good day...'.(this was in the morning). Then last night, we didn't dtd. I was so upset about it I cried.

He knows this is our last month ttc for financial reasons - don't want summer hols to fall in maternity. He promised earlier in the month that we'd try harder this month. We dtd sat night and sun morn and he got arsey saying sorry that isn't enough for you, I explained it is enough for me but I can't control when a bloody egg will be released. I said that ttc is all I think about and I care about it and he doesn't feel the same. He said he does, but I know if I don't get bfp this month I'm going to blame it on the fact we didn't dtd yesterday. Hmmph.. thanks for reading if you got this far. So fed up.

in August I'll have been off the pill for 12 months, I think he'd start taking it more seriously if I said he needs to c go n get his sperm looked at.

Hibou I am sorry I cant offer any very helpful advice, but didnt want to read and run. I do understand what u mean about it being forced though. Me and DH are not ones for dtd all the time, so for us ttc has been a very conscious effort! Thats the only reason that this month im resorting to opks bcoz at least that might narrow down slightly the number of days we "have to" dtd. Its such an emotional process and especially because men deal with it differently its bound to put pressure on. But it did make me giggle when u said about getting his sperm checked, u never know it might work!

Hibou , sorry for your trouble with dh. Those hint drops are much like I did as my dh said at the start he did not want to know all the details. I'm much more blunt now. And yes, I've spent quite a lot of time in tears when he's not performed. Last week, I went to the doctors and he gave me a little cup to take away for dp to deposit his swimmers into andctake to the hospital. Dh has taken this personally and so has been much more willing and eager to perform and show his virility

Dp / dh - same person. I do not have two!
