I thought I'd start a thread for all those who will be starting out TTC this month, I'd be interested to see how other people get on, tips, moral support etc. We'll be starting TTC at the weekend!!

Im thinking about testing but think it's a bit early. Going to try to wait till next week.

Ducky your 2ww is nearly over. If you can wait till Friday good luck.

I'm using 'freedom' ones from asda they probably are rubbish but with 2 in a pack at only £1 I brought a lot!!

I do hope u all get ur bfp's :)

Ooohhg might get some of them when we do the shopping. I just got cheapies of eBay and some first response for when I actually might be pregnant! I don't pee on then every 5 mins cus they're more expensive!

Do you know how sensitive the asda ones are?

I panicked then, I was out on my horse and I thought the dreaded AF had appeared so I rushed to the toilet when I got in (TMI warning) and it was ewcm??? 12dpo. Had anyone had this happen before? I'm confused Confused

I'm so exhausted having sex daily! Anyone else?
I have to wait another two weeks to poas as my period is due May 2. The wait is so frustrating. Staying busy reading "They f* you up" by Oliver James. Parenting book (ish), anyone read it? Full of insight x

I do not have high hopes for a bfp this month as it is first one off the pill - apparantly you need to wait a couple of months for cycles to return to normal or something? With dd I fell preggo on second cycle, I was very lucky. Hope I am again.

Hi everyone, I'm really glad I found this thread. Me and dp are ttc for the first time - it took me about 2 years to convince him and now we're actually trying I'm even more impatient! It's so exciting but sooo nerve wracking as well.
Do you guys know when your AFs are due? Mine is the end of the month - I don't want to wait that long to know!!

Oh god I couldn't do it every night! I need a night off lol! Every other night I go bed early as soon as DS goes to bed normally bout 8 and watch tv and chill and fall asleep :) I don't have the energy to dtd every night so well don't for the commitment Ali!

I honestly can't believe that in the 21st century we can't a) ovulate on demand and b) tell whether we'd successful the next day. Even sheep have got the first bit sussed!

Imagine knowing the next day! That'd be amazing!!! No stress or frustration waiting 2 or more weeks! :p

Just awake feeding DS as for some reasons he's decided 3am would be a good time to demand a bottle! Normally he sleeps through till 8 but he's been having other ideas the past week :p

On another note I'm having a few cramps tho, not sure if it's a good sign?

Ps as I was writing this DS has just thrown up ALL over me! He clearly was just being greedy and didn't actually want his milk lol!

For those who've just stopped the pill (like me) and think you need to wait for your normal cycle to return, I've got good news! Saw my GP yesterday and she said her best friend fell pregnant straight after stopping and that it's totally possible!!! :-)
Anyone started taking folic acid? Bought some in Boots yesterday and took my first one. Can't hurt!
