For those starting TTC in April

I thought I'd start a thread for all those who will be starting out TTC this month, I'd be interested to see how other people get on, tips, moral support etc. We'll be starting TTC at the weekend!!

DTD is NEVER on my morning agenda! DH breath smells too much ha. And I'm super lazy at that time

Last night was my last chance to catch a fertile day and I fell asleep before we had chance to dtd. Oops. Starting the dreaded tww now. Roll on May club :))

My dh prefers to do it in the morning but I don't and we never have time anyway!
Lol tick tick I had to force us to both stay awake the other night - so hard on a work night!
Does everyone else think the opk looks like a positive? It would be correct according to my app too. Pretty impressed with that!

Did you get your scan date through today ducky?

No I was waiting at the widow all day for the postie aswell , the midwife was going to find the date out and let me know but can't get hold of her either

I'm going insane waiting for this date it's like 2ww all over again

Don't worry, I'm sure it will all be fine. Try to stay positive for your little bean :)

The April clock is ticking and we have TTC so fingers crossed for the next week... lordy - I am not very good at this waiting.

What do you do to keep your mind off it?

I think we should all still hang out together - the thread was those who TTC in April, which we did even if some of us missed the bus! Although we're nearly at 1000 messages, I don't know what you'd call thread 2?!

Mac there is nothing you can do to keep your mind off it!!! Its awful! Hah.

Bears is 1000 the max? How on earth will we start a 2nd one and find each other!!!

I have my scan at 11.30 on Wednesday. I'm so scared I feel sick

It's driving me a little insane. Hopefully a week today I will get the BFP - so fingers crossed!

Work keeps my mind off it, but only to an extent as I'm surrounded my children all day! We need to think of a good name for thread 2... Otherwise we might lose each other and we need to stick together!

As for DTD, I prefer morning to nighttime! Only cos I'm always so sleepy in the evening...

9DPO and counting. DH is so convinced it'll happen straight away and isn't nervous or worried at all- I keep telling him that it could take ages and it makes no difference! Still, I suppose it's good to be positive...

Ducky, at least you've got a date and time now! You've got a whole mountain of support right here to get you through to next week, worry not

Thanks I've been reading all these horror stories online about the early scans and think I'm preparing myself for the worst. Hopefully I'm being silly but it still doesn't seem real and the lack of symptoms doesn't help!

I'll start a new one called 'April ttc girls continued for may!' Then we can begin again for may and ducky can be our token pregnant lady :)
