Another thread for a very chatty bus!!

Morning all! I wasn't up as early as some but early enough and veen in work for half an hour already....

BUT!! I didn't poas. Which is good.

retro I'm waiting til tuesday before poas.

missmrs I think LP of 10 days is fine. I think 8 or 9 is considered short. I don't know how long mine is as no idea when i ov, but i do have short cycles so would expect it to be shorter than average.

english Its one of the reasons i have steered clear of temping and opks so far. It all just seems so unreliable and hit and miss, I worry it would just cause more worry if i did it iyswim. I have also read of people getting bfp in the month where neither temping nor opk showed ovulation at all!! So chin up chuck, all is not lost.

I've decided against my exercise class later but will go for a run at lunch. I have to work tomorrow 7 - 12 at night so could do with a relaxing night tonight.

Cd40 and no sign of AF, still keeping my fingers crossed for my BFP.

Basically after ov, progesterone causes your temp to rise. Fertility Friend usually pin points ov based on 3 days of consecutive rises. The progesterone from the corpus Luteum then maintains a higher temp until it dips and af comes. So usually temp will stay up for 10-14 days based on luteal phase length.
I dont feel like af is immient. Yet not convinced i ovulated. Still getting highs on the cbfm (although) i'm kind of disregarding that. But did opks too and no positive there either. I know people can have the odd anovulatory cycle and it wouldn't bother me if the last few cycles had been normal.

I don't know if its better to be blissfully unaware of how everything works or be clued up and armed with ammunition for the gp!!

fingers I don't think testing on CD 40 is classed as caving!! Sorry for the bfn though.

I had to go to hospital this morning because of reduced movements and also because I've been having pains and Braxton Hicks over the last week and there's a chance they will be bringing my CS forward again!! I've got to return to the hospital this afternoon to see my Consultant to discuss the 'options'. I'm now shi*ting myself that they are going to want to take him out over the weekend!! EEk!!!!

Oh writer! The very best of luck my lovely. Such an exciting time. The days are getting longer, the sun has started to shine and you'll have your spring baby in your arms before you know it! Will be thinking of you this weekend.

My actual CS is scheduled for a week today but I have this feeling in my gut that it'll be done earlier because of my symptoms.

it would be lovely if it was done over the weekend as on Sunday it's mine and DH's first Wedding Anniversary and baby arriving would be the perfect present

hope everything goes well writer im back at hospital today coz apparently they wanted to see me after my scan on wed and they want to do more bloods (yest was cd28) now if they had let me speak to a gyni like i asked to i would already know whats happening and wouldnt be going back today!!! not pissed of in the slightest

also my 'd'h has given me his bug full force so im now looking at a few days off as i work with food and the boss doesnt want my "lurgy" as he called it this morn....

on the plus side still no af cramps so im gonna poas in the morning! "starts singing in head while dancing and waving green pompoms around and getting 'you are deranged' looks from still poorly dh"
and yes everyone of my friends and co-workers all know how strange i am hehe

That might not even be the problem; there could be more than one problem!

Despite spotting starting, I feel quite positive today. I'm thinking about all the good things in my life and I am starting to think about an idea I've had for a business venture. That should keep me distracted for a while plus I'm going on Amazon to stock up for next cycle. Any suggestions? I've got pre-seed. Might try the fancy cb digi with flashing smileys! Only had the non-flashing ones before. Didn't understand the ics is cycle - can't cope with those again!

Oh writer sounds like although you might not quite be ready would be lovely for him to be born over the weekend. Will keep an eye out for updates!
