Morning! Got a temp question. Cd14 so expecting ov (but it was late with a later af last month and 31day cycle).
Yesterday I went from 36.23 to 36.03 then this morning up to 36.33. Is this fluctuation too small to be significant?
First month of doing it and am doing IC OPKs today. They have shown up with nothing so far apart from a fairly faint line yesterday.

My LP is so short. Spotting 7 dpo (in fact, 7 days past LH surge) then AF 10 dpo.

What can be done about a short LP?

My temp is still down My bbt chart is not normal. I'm not sure the rise that ff had used to indicate ov isn't just a fluke rise. Either I've ovulated and am fucked or I haven't ovulated and I'm still fucked. Either way I've had a proper cry this morning. I feel that I can't trust my body to do things normally. If I had normal cycles I'd accept that this isn't my month and crack on with next cycle but when I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle anyway it's so hard. Sorry for the whiney post.

Missmrs re spotting, I took 50mg b6 up to ov then 100mg after ov and it helped some. I've had nothing taking these pesseries though Might be worth asking the gp?
If they don't prescribe them, you can buy them for about £1 each. I use 2 a day, so they don't come cheap!

I think my dh has given me his bug hes been coughing away all night and I have a really sore throat and a blocked but runny nose I should banish him to spare room when ill! lol I hope everyone has a good weekend xxx
