¡buenos dÃas Ladies
kitty lool.... no worries, I too am a skim reading culprit. Feel free to update stats whenever you want. I just dont want to bombard us all, everyday..... SO maybe I'll do it on the even days of the month..hmmmm
Congratulations allthequeens Please stay with us and share anything that you have done this month that you think may have helped with your BFP. Infact, can all the BFP ladies give me us a few tips on what they think may have helped this month
Welcome Zermatt, when is your BFP due, so we can add you to the stats.
Jones I think I may have lost the plot.... I defo saw a post from you but i cant find it in order to update the rollcall.
Kurama so sorry to hear about your hectic night at A&E. I'd say get some rest and like English said, maybe our had multiple eggs released
Lemon I'm no expert, I would say defo get to the GP.
I tried out the Conceive Plus yesterday even though I'm 10dpo and it seemed ok.
Has anyone got any advise on exercise and ttc? I used to get alot of exercise done, but when DH and I first thought about ttc,mid last year (only started counting cycles this year) I slowed down came to an absolute halt . I've put on a fair amount of weight now and haven't got my bundle of joy to blame it on just yet.... so I've decided that I cant stop keeping fit because I'm ttc and have hit the gym fairly hard over the last 3 weeks.
As foolish as it probably sounds, I was scared that if I did get pg and ran/cycled/stepped before implantation, that the bean wouldn't stick obv from the running/cycling/stepping motion
I'm no Usain Bolt/Jessica Ennis/Mo Farah, but I'll probably go back to working out 4-5 times a week. Any advice on times when I should/shouldn't exercise, how much is safe etc would be useful and for the ladies who have dc or have just had their BFPs, do you/did you exercise often?
I am so sorry for the length of this post
