Well boobs are a bit less sore today, but I'm trying and failing not to overanalyse every single twinge/variation in symptoms. I have an appraisal with my boss this week so I think I will tell him then, it will certainly make things easier if anything does go wrong, and I have absolutely no concerns about my job security that would make me want to keep it a secret from him. I'm not going to tell anyone else at work though.

Pics eh? On the Conception topic? Dangerous. I foresee endless threads of 'is this a line?' and 'does this look like EWCM to you?'

Actually boo I haven't POAS since friday, there wasn't much change in the darkness of the line of the IC since Wednesday so I thought I'd wait a few more days till I do another one. Plus I have another CB digi that I'll do at the end of the week. So I'm not going completely mad but nor am I as chilled as solars was, I don't think she poas at all, just had a blood test and accepted it

So you're actually quite good then, I just enjoyed the thrill of seeing a line appear the ic's did take longer to show as a darker line that supermarket ones. You can pop a pic of your digi on here when you've done it

Ah yes Beedle the wonderful world of symptom spotting. As hard as you try, it's impossible not to do . I too didn't PIACC after test day but only cos MrM wouldn't let me

So I'm 5 weeks today, and the IC line is getting a bit darker, and my boobs are a bit more sore. So I'm assuming that everything is OK. I told my mum on Monday, she was so pleased, but she's not going to start knitting just yet!

Not looking so good today. Cb digi is still only saying 1-2 and the IC was lighter than the first one i did. I should be 5+3 today. No bleeding or cramps but maybe its only a matter of time. :-(

Beedle, brooking like mad. Could you just have more diluted wee with less hormones in this morning..?

Beedle the dye in the cheapies is notoriously variable, as are the weeks on the CBDs. Please try not to worry lovely. Are you able to get a couple of quantitative blood tests to put your mind at rest?

Beedle brooking for you over here as well. I remember doing lots of googling after my BFP as my CBD didn't go over 1-2 weeks. Even though in my case it didn't end well, my beta levels where at a level were I should have been getting a 2-3 weeks. After lots of googling I found plenty of information about how inaccurate the weeks are on the CBD. Please try not to worry yet, it's promising that you haven't got any cramps or bleeding xxx

Beedle i am sure that after a few weeks the hcg drops off as the other hormones take over so hpts become unreliable as the pregnancy progresses?

I need some advice brookers, my cycles are always 26-28 days, the only exceptions have been due to treatment or the dhea. Last treatment was in June, stopped everything supplemental in November and last 2 cycles have been 27 days with standard AF symptoms & 3 day bleed with 2 days spotting before and after which is my 'normal'. This cycle started with 13 days of light spotting & is now on day 45 3 bfn on ic so far and a resolute not pregnant on 4 months out if date cbd on Tuesday. No symptoms AF or otherwise.

I don't know what to do. MrS wants me to go to gp but not sure what it will achieve. I have convinced myself this is the beginning of the menopause. He us worried with my history it is ectopic but i think that would still give a bfp? Help...

Beedle, Brooking v hard for you. When do you see someone official about the BFP? Can you go to your GP and ask for blood tests? 5+3 is still really early - repeat after me, a line is a line is a line.

Scarlett, I think you get a BFP with an ectopic. Not 100% sure. Could you have ovulated really late?
