Planning ahead for Christmas! December bus starting far too early...

Hi All,

Anyone else around for the Dec bus yet? I think AF has managed to kick me off Nov already as she has arrived a few days early, and my cycle will probably mean she is next due at the beginning of Dec rather than Nov.

So does anyone else want to climb on board and help me hang tinsel and drink mulled wine to while away the time until that bfp in Dec?

Hi missv, yes its always disappointing to have to move onto the next bus. In fact I refuse to get on the January one so I'm just gonna have to get a December bfp . How are you doing? Af still with you or have you managed to get going again? Really hope it's your month. Also hi Lucy, hope af isn't being to much of a biatch now she's finally arrived.

Well imaginary, after a fretful 2 ww for af to arrive it has come and gone, haven't dtd much just yet. Too tired!!! Cb opk has not given any indication just yet so not too worried, af only been gone 2 days. If period continues to be late then I'm going back to the doctor!!! I'm hoping for a bfp for a break from work!!! Stress levels are through the roof lately which doesn't help ttc!!! How are you?? Are you just getting started again?? X x

Yes that was a v long cycle for you, if it happens again I'd def get back to the doc if I was you. Hopefully you'll get a bfp so af won't turn up at all though! Sorry work is stressing you out, that sucks on top of the stress of ttc.

No Ive just had my second set of blood results back which confirmed mc so waiting to see which arrives first, ovulation or af. Just wanna get straight back into ttc so will be back on the ic opks as soon as possible!

Hi, can I join the dec bus!
I found it annoying on he October bus being one of the last to test! I am kinda straddling the nov/dec bus! I had implant out 24th sept followed quite closely with AF I got a bfp on 31st October confirmed with digital on 1st nov but the started spotting that same day and passed clots etc the following few days! I am expecting AF end of nov /1st dec! This is my second cycle of ttc our first child!

My AF is being a proper bitch I did read it can be like that post mc....oh joy!!! Just going shopping for treats this weekend and mega sanitary towels lol!!! Roll on dtd next week

imaginary, so sorry to hear about your Mc, it must be so hard but keeping everything crossed that you'll be lucky this bus, I've also heard of people catching again v quickly so I hope that's true for you.

Oh no lucy that means Ive prob got a bitch of an af due in a week or so too then, its just the cherry on top of the cake isn't it! Hope you're dosed up on a cocktail of paracetemol and chocolate til you're out the other side!

Onelife, I'm doing ok ta, had a proper good cry last night but looking forward now just waiting for something to happen, whether that's ov or af. Glad you're out from under the blanket and raring to go, hopfully we will all have some festive luck, and the best early Christmas present ever in our bfps!

Yeah keep an eye out for ovulation imaginary, I deffo think I did but later in my cycle as had sore nips again and if yours happens later it may help to date your preg

Ive not actually been to any of mamas infamous parties yet (stupid work getting in the way of mn lol) but I imagine the house to be full on luxury, with open fires, and millions of bathrooms for poas of course!

I cannot wait to start hanging the tinsel onelife! I suppose its a bit early but I do love it!

Evening everyone...can I hop on the bus? I've been lurking on the October and November bus but it seems things are about to start moving (fx) ttc#1 cycle 1 bfp due early December (will let you know the date when I have a more definite answer!)
Hope you don't mind me joining? I see some familiar faces from the November bus which is not great news for you but reassures me I'm not going through this alone x

Oh Lucy, oct bus was a long bus wasn't it!! Felt like the longest 6 weeks of my life!!! Dtd every day bar one over a 2 week period whilst away on holiday, once more when we came back and then nothing!!! I do feel that it is the luck if the draw as we've seen with some bfp's. Started off the November dtd with a random morning session. I say session. Was rather random and quick before work. I'm not a morning dtd person: I'm grumpy as hell usually. But out a spring in my step!!

When are you starting opk's??

Was v sad for a few days and can't believe i've hit the 6 month mark, but i've dusted myself off and i'm back in the game! Just waiting for af to bugger off now!! Well done for morning session, sometimes its the only way we can do it as otherwise we're too exhausted at the end of the day, must say a morning sess does make me smirk all day

Lol missv, I do love morning sex all cosy and warm but its very rare in our house infact the last time was probably the morning after our wedding in March lol!!!

Your right though it is such luck getting pregnant, and then having a healthy pregnancy its hard work!! My plan is eod again, I dont use opks so will just do this until day 20ish....hopefully

Does anyone know if I can have a smear test when ttc? Letter arrived yesterday and not sure if I should book. What happens if I was pregnant but didn't know? I might try and get an appointment for as soon as AF as finished.

Would love a bit of morning dtd. But sleep is precious and our dd has recently reset her internal alarm clock to before 7am. This morning she pulled 5:40am out the bag. Urgh...! I'm hoping for an imminent positive opk. Any day now...

Wine, a smear test when TTC is fine. I had it this week on CD10 and didn't dtd the night before. So made sure the app was before expected ovulation and after bleeding had stopped.
