Thanks everyone for the congrats! Well we are in, slowly getting organised. It's lovely having your very own place. Took some time out today to get a tattoo. I got J's footprints and his name. I love it. Now he'll always be with me forever.

4everhopeful · 29/10/2014 21:28

Lurkity lurk...

4everhopeful · 29/10/2014 21:38

Well, I have a bit of shocking and flabbergasting news... I got a very very unexpected bfp on Monday! ShockConfusedHmmSmileShockGrinConfused

4everhopeful · 29/10/2014 21:47

Unexpected should I say, as been religiously taking the pill, and totally not intended to have any more babies, so this has been quite a shock and a headfudge to say the least Confused
I did know when I posted last, but have been trying to let it actually sink in, and told our mums & those closest, so now I'm finally posting a post I never thought I'd be posting again on here! Surreal to say the least Shock

RumourIsIAmAWitch · 30/10/2014 16:33

Wow congratulations 4ever Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile how many weeks are you?

Neeko · 30/10/2014 19:03

Wow! I didn't expect that at all. Congratulations. GrinGrinGrinHow are you feeling?

moonmrs · 30/10/2014 21:46

Omg 4ever congratulations! Wasn't expecting that either!

4everhopeful · 30/10/2014 22:08

Thanks lovelys.. Smile Yes, just so shocked and we weren't expecting it either! I'm literally just 4weeks, had spotting last week, knew AF wasn't due & instantly knew was an implantation bleed, finally got the bfp on Monday.. Trying to get our heads round it, lots of practical issues that aren't ideal (3bed house, would need new car, money already tight enough) as well as emotional Issues, fact we are just so content as we

4everhopeful · 30/10/2014 22:15

Oops pressed post too early, yes it's a huge unplanned change of dynamics, and of course physically, never wanting to go through the angst and worries of pregnancy again, the high chance it could fail, the scans, the potential reoccurrence of gestational diabetes, having group b strep, and I'm 40 in March! But.... Despite all that, there's an overwhelming sense of wow that overrides all that, when I think that I'm growing another little baby inside me.. Smile

moonmrs · 31/10/2014 20:52

I feel for you 4ever must be a hugely emotional time for you, I cant imagine how strange it all is for you right now. Who'd have thought you would accidently get pregnant after all those long years of trying. Take time to absorb it all and don't pressurise yourself into anything. Its ok to feel anxious and worried, after all it wasn't planned so you need time to adjust. I am very Grin that you have a teeny tiny baby growing inside though, so magical.

Re. the tattoo - honestly, if you can give birth, a tattoo is a walk in the park, I actually very nearly fell asleep as I found it relaxing! I've had one done before though so I knew what to expect.

CloudOfStarlings · 03/11/2014 11:56

Oh my goodness 4ever!!! I'm so surprised too!! But so exciting! Congratulations! Sorry I hardly ever check the thread any more just not much time but glad I did today!! Wow you must be in such a strange place with it all though! Bless you.. isn't it funny all that trying and then you and barbie both got pregnant accidentally with no3!! Crazy.. hope you're ok.

moon congrats on the house!! Hope you're enjoying it all.

Better dash as ds2 keeps coming over and randomly whacking the keyboard so may lose my post!! Lots of love to all xxx
