Talking of which, cloud I can't imagine how you must of felt at Ds actually leaving his nursery, totally understand the tears! Was bad enough at Summer leaving her lovely teachers just to go up to reception! Can't believe she will be gone all day, seems such a long day, Ill really miss her and Teddy especially will.. They also do a strange thing, nursery is split into 2 classes, in morning and afternoon sessions, reception is just 2 classes, but rather than keep all morning Children in 1 class and all afternoon in another, they mix them all up, which means her little group of friends will be all split up?! Does anyone elses nursery do this? Seems ridiculous to me and I'm also anxious that she has so much else to adjust to, new hours, new teacher, new class, that at least keeping the familiarity of her all the classmates together, and her friends would make sense?!
Just realised I've not even been on since Teddy's birthday! Was brilliant, as much of a whirlwind as his actual birth! Spent the day before at Chessington zoo, just the 4 of us, a lovely birthday morning where Summer kindly 'assisted' with all his present opening! Then her nursery, with immaculate timing, had their end of year family picnic and little song performances from 11-1pm, which was really sweet, but then had to rush home and set up his party which the whole family came too! Was hectic to say the least and I'm still recovering now! Must post some updated pics!
