Sorry Jaykay sending you a hug and good luck for Friday. On both of my previous pregnancies I didn't get a BFP until 2/3 days after my AF was due ....

Newbie my friend got pregnant last month without a positive opk. Just keep dtd!

Newbie a few of us have short lps. I ov'd on cd16 this month and last month. This month I had a 10 day LP, last month was 9. Both months I had spotting from 7dpo too.
Now I've just got a fecked up short af!

Choccy I've had really short periods since stopping the pill 4 months ago, despite having long heavy ones whilst on the pill :/ my last af was normal flow 1st day then practically nothing 2nd and 3rd day and totally gone by day 4!!! So unusual for me! I also take b6 don't know if that impacts it or not!

Choccy - so had a line and it disappeared? Sounds promising? Maybe try tomorrow with FMU, or wait until bleeding has completely stopped. I say...you're not out yet! (Believe in the dam! Smile)

Hislommel - where did you read that? I can't find a definitive answer. Tough the majority think its 25mlu. So don't lose hope yet.

Sorry, I read my last message back and it was confusing. So - yesterday peak on cbfm AND major strong cramps, today another peak on machine, no cramps.

So did i ov today or yesterday?

Answers on a postcard to the mad lady here....

Thanks HisLommel and Choccy, it's reassuring to know. I had what felt like ovulation pains on sat (cd13) however had a negative opk (on wed,thurs,Fri and sat) and only had watery cm not ewcm. Yesterday (cd15) and today I got my ewcm but no pains and I thought you only got ewcm before ovulation? I'm all confused and have lots to learn!

We are bd every other day and every day sometimes when I am up to it (bless dh I think he is enjoying trying so doesn't understand my impatience, lol). Any advice you ladies have about detected ovulation but negative opk is appreciated.

Fx for anyone testing tomorrow!

Just online, 6.5 rather than the 6 I just posted by mistake! One woman said she had blood work done the same day and that came back as 7 and she got a BFP on an FRER.

Jaykay, it was a line where the positive should be when held upto the light it was like a shadow almost as if it was just white, dry and shiney and the rest of the test was wet iykwim? Anyway, once the wee dried, it just blended in with the rest of the test.

hislommel and jaykay -- it is 25mlu, but it can detect as little as 6 which is why is sometimes gives false positives, leading to a chem preganacy...

i've never used frer myself only clearblue digital or internet/supermarket cheapies

choccy test with FMU tomorrow, I thought I had AF and then got BFP. Was your AF on time? Don't want to get hopes up but if I were you I'd test tomorrow or if you can wait join the party on fri

newbie this cycle I didn't get peak until cd24, hang on in there, lp phase I'm not sure mine was different both cycles since pill

jaykay hopefully just too early, try again with a FRER and FMU tomorrow, have my fingers crossed for you

If you're testing with FMU do you cut down what you're drinking (fluids, not alcohol) the evening before?

VJ I'm on crotchwatch too.....not sure what I'm expecting to fine though....its not like a bfp is gona jump from somewhere.....and I have literally no symptoms!!!! I guess I'm just hoping to see something promising.....you getting anything promising??

Will do Vicky, don't want to get my hopes up though.
Just been for a wee and very light pink now, and my wee smells of sugar puffs, not had sugar puffs for about 15 years + ! I wonder what makes your wee smell of it? Very odd lol!

OMG you ladies are chatty, I started reading 30mins ago and have only just caught up!!

Just thinking with reading the bits about pregnancy announcements being so much harder to take in real life but how much we're all rooting for each other on here - my question is this - how do we know that we're not all friends in real life?? I always have this thought prob just be me cos i'm bit odd like that that how on earth do I know one of my closest pals isn't on here chatting to me about how she can't talk to her friends about ttc??? I have a BFP!!!! Still can't quite believe it but its there!

Jaykay I got evap lines on the same test.....looked colourless BUT did the Boots own brand at lunchtime in loos at work and have clear BFP!!!!!!! We have lift off!

I have POAS for every day last week but gave up yesterday as thought AF on way but still hasn't come. I only used the strip test this morning because it was the last one and I'm a mug for POAS!

Hang in there Jaykay and choccy, this is need a lucky thread/week/month!

mama Not quite so much today. This morning I had nausea and bleeding gums but nothing since. Had cramping 4dpo and since then, nipples have been erect and sore.
