Can I join? I am ttc#2, and I am entering cycle 6. I am having a difficult time today was over 2 days late than came on late last night was sure oct would be my month. Anyway onwards and upwards. Wishing you all luck.

Morning ladies, bus is filling up already!

Just a quick question for those who have experienced early m/c...did it take long for AF to reappear? Or cycles to return to normal? Ish?

We dtd last night and I've had fresh red spotting this morning...thinking it may be still sorting itself out I down there?

My first pregnancy ended with MC at 7 weeks. My usual 4 week cycle ended up being 6 weeks with a BFP at the end of it. It's as if my body needed 2 weeks to recover and then set off on its usual 4 week cycle. Thankfully that second BFP gave me my wonderful dd

My friend gave me a load of cheapy ov and preg tests yesterday. So I think I'll track my last non-TTC cycle to see if ov is happening as it should be. Then I go on my hen do when AF should be arriving (bad timing) and the begins the TTC bonanza! Been waiting so long to start so I'm really excited.

Hi all, can I jump on the bus? Starting ttc#2 this month after AF due to start today/tomorrow. Fell with DD first month of trying and desperately trying not to get my hopes up that this time will be as easy!!
Fingers (and definitely not legs) crossed for everyone this month!

I'd say af is perfect timing, means you can be on the pop without worrying too much!

Hehe choccy. Good plan but I'm t-total so not drinking doesn't give the game away for me :) More just a bit worried i'll be cramping a bit while trying to party. Oh well, I'm sure the fun weekend and knowing we'll be trying for our second soon will keep me going.
Keeping my fingers crossed this is a very lucky month for a lot of mamas here.

Hello to all the new passengers!

I have a daft question - AF finished on Sunday, and since then, I have been experiencing creamy, wet cm (sorry tmi!) and feeling a bit twingy in my lower abdomen/right leg. I can't possibly be ov'ing this early, can i? I'm trying to save my opks until at least CD9 as this is when i got a pos opk last cycle (on CD11, to my eyes anyway!).
Has anyone else experienced this? I think it's happened before, but when i wasn't ttc, so i wouldn't have given it a second thought. tia :)

Ooh, thanks Choccy! I have only bought a few Superdrug opks but you only get 5 in a pack. I guess i'm being tight! i'll test when i get home from work and see what happens. i hope my DH is up for some DTD! pun definitely intended :)

Hi Girsl. Can I hop on board please. I am 42 and have 2 dds. Unplanned pregnancy in August which unfortunately resulted in mmc after we saw the heartbeat and erpc on 4th of September. First negative hpt after erpc on the 3rd of October and AF on the 7th of October. Definitely didn't ovulate. We have made the decision to try for another baby as we both now realise we really want a third.(well I realised it for a while but the mmc has made dh very broody). At my age I thought I could use all the help I could get so got one step ovulation sticks. Normally have a 32 day cycle and it was 33 last time if I start from date of erpc. Here is the weird thing. For a laugh on sunday I did a test. It was second morning urine after a cup of tea and breakfast at 1oam. Positive as in test line as dark if not darker than control line. did 2nd and it was the same. I was not expecting to ovulate until the 23rd ish. I did not have cm but today had slight blood discharge that was a bit stringy. Did ovulation test this am following same pattern as sunday and it was lighter. Am I cracking up or could I have ovulated so soon. So confused and so want another baby. Any thoughts? BFP would have been 7th or 8th of November.

Not sure what tests you've got but most of them say don't do fmu or you'll get a false positive. Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome choccywoccydodah. Using one step tests. Did use diluted smu but will try and keep an eye on it. Will be interesting to see will I o next week and was that false positive. Made sure we were busy just in case!!!

Feeling a bit better about things today. Second day w/out caffeine, white sugar or alcohol. Fortunately, everyone knows I have a half marathon next month so doesn't seem too unusual.

I use one step too boo . I usually test around mid morning (10/11) and then about 8pm again once I'm near to ov.

I know it's different for everyone, but the last 2 months I've used them, I usually start with no line at all, and it gradually gets dark until a positive. Some people have a faint line all month until positive, it's all confusing stuff!

I'm so sad to have to get on another bus. Especially as it being a November bus this is winter bus and my first bus was a winter bus too so just feels like I've wasted a year of my life (although only 8 months actually). Must be one of the ttc veterans on here. Is there a limit to the number of buses you can join before you have to move to the infertility threads I wonder. Anyway usually more upbeat than this so will try going forward to sound more positive but while my super heavy and painful AF is here ill just be a moaner if that's ok. Below is my stats and my best bet before I've OV on when my AF is due.

Thanks owlie. Just been to an exercise class so now have some happy hormones and so not quite as down.

Good luck with opk-ing owlie, guess its good to be negative today so it makes you a bit more regular??

english I also gave up caffeine for my first 4 cycles but I missed it too much so have gone back to maximum 2 cups of tea a day. Hope your will power last better than mine
