Well I thought I'd get the ball rolling and start up the October bus, there's plenty of and on board and extra comfy seats for relaxing into those BFP's

Well, my friend agrees there's a line on the First Response test. Although it's very faint.

Did that test at about 1:45pm. Just did a CB digi and it came up Not Pregnant. Pah!

Does anyone know testing times FR vs CB? Got myself all excited then, perhaps over nothing.

Have another CB digi and a sainsburys cheapie in the cupboard so may piac tomorrow with FMU and see if the cheapie registers anything.

Ummmm I had a look and can't see a line sorry, but good plan with fmu tmrw. Maybe it's just a bit early to pick it up :)

Think I might be crazy. I still see it on the pic but it is so faint it could be nothing. Ah well, tomorrow will tell x

LH the FRER is 25miu, the CBD is I think 50! Superdrug tests are 10, so there's a wide discrepancy. I didn't use the CBD until I'd had positives for I think four days, so don't lose hope!

Also, OMG!! so many BFPs I've missed today, congratulations to everyone, so excited!

I thought FRER was 12.5 and CBD with the numbers was 25. Normal CBD without the numbers is 50..

And congratulations!!

In any case the point is, they're not all the same. And I'm absolutely sure that Superdrug is 10 because they print it on their pamphlet that comes with the test, so get one of those perhaps??

OK, I may have to hang on a few more days then. Will still do cheapie tomorrow with FMU. Was so sure this time! PS, have thought I've poss seen a line a couple of times before, but never have I rushed out to a friend's house to double check lil! X

Ov test neg now at 6.30, so I'm officially on the 2ww, may it be a quick one!!

I can't see a line LH, but if its really faint, it prob won't show up very well on my phone. Hope it is a bfp tomorrow!!

Big congratulations on the positives. Although AF arrived this morning I'm still hopeful for an October BFP. can someone please delete and add me back. As this is my first period since having implant out my details are as follows.

JoHull: cycle 1 BFP 30/10/13
Will be POAS to check ovulation CD 15
I will be watching as the posts keep coming, but I won't be posting until the middle if the month.

There's no point me posting a photo as I can only see it by holding it up to the light and squinting, but I'm sure it's there! And have been feeling nauseous all day so have a 'good' feeling

Am very confused by a lot of the ttc acronyms though...what do ewcm and opk stand for? ( have worked out fmu!)

EWCM = egg-white cervical mucus (ie the fertile stuff)
OPK = ovulation prediction kit

ewcm means egg-white cervical mucus, which is the most fertile type.
opk is something to do with ovulation tests I think??

It's been really bugging me trying to work out what they mean!

Yep lh! I know the line is there. DH is playing it cool ("wasn't it there befoee you peed on it?" Errr NO!) but I've also had nausea all day which has only ever happened when I was pg last time. So I just KNOW!

Congrats again all. Raraz I am not sure what I looking at but there is quite a lot of it. Damn I didn't temp or use opks as I was pretending to play in cool this month (its my 11th cycle)

I have been lurking for a few days now but really struggling to maintain sanity so thought I would post.
I am TTC #2 although with a fairly big gap.
As far as I can tell I can test on the 11th... If I stay sane until then.
How am I supposed to not symptom spot and stress until then?

Last time was so much easier as it was a complete surprise so no stress and a huge dose of denial.

I've poas three times today and all I think looked positive. My DH saw the last and agreed. One more digital one with fmu tomorrow and I'll accept it's true.
