I the so timber was meant to say September!

Choccywoccydodah · 09/09/2013 13:12

Very excited writer!! Roll on the 20th!

Choccywoccydodah · 09/09/2013 13:14

Omg writer, that masseuse sounds fab! Lots of baby dust being spread Grin

Writerwannabe83 · 09/09/2013 13:17

Well the baby is due 31st March so she got it right! I'm almost tempted to email the hotel I was staying in when I had the massage and let her know!!

I know it is quite strange that I still hang around the Buses, but I just love all your optimism and excitement and the general sense of support and friendship. God that sounds cheesy! I find all your TTC attitudes quite infectious really and obviously I love seeing people I was previously on buses with get their BFPs Grin

CoffeeGuzzler · 09/09/2013 13:19

Aw bless. You are a romantic writer

lucyfluff · 09/09/2013 13:21

Hehe oh it made me. Laugh too especially the labour bit, considering all previous have been V quick I hope the next one is under four hours!!

@ choccy it's a lady I follow on Facebook - I'm a sucker for all these psychic things...once paid £55 an hour fr a reading...Iammad.com!

bushprincess · 09/09/2013 13:40

Hi notta and somuchfruit also a rider, have de died that will carry on with flatwork while comfortable but no jumping.... but let's see how i feel as the bean starts to grow. Think eve3ryone can only make the decision that's right for them.

DisneyDiva87 · 09/09/2013 14:07

speaking of BFPS where are all ours? Where are all the ladies who are supposed to have POAS'd?

OP posts:
DisneyDiva87 · 09/09/2013 14:14

There's nothing in Gemini about having babies Choccy I don't believe all that rubbish Wink. It didn say in one of them though that I would hear good news in work and although I didn't get the job I interviewed for I am being put forward for more training so the next time I will get it and also was told that I am being supported for promotion by 2 senior managers Grin

Hi everyone! I've been busy busy busy with a double bill of weddings all weekend, but missed my first day of EWCM dtd because I was so hung over! Damn! Luckily got a negative opk today when I was worried it would be pos, so should still have a couple days before ov to get busy.

I'm a bit glad I missed the frank sex talk, I'm no prude, but I'm totally of the mind that I don't really want to know everything about you lot, though I do think you're lovely Shock

Hope your mondays are going well Grin

mama31 · 09/09/2013 14:23

Hello ladies!!!! I see you have been chatting a lot again! Lol I can hardly keep up!! But I do try ;)

Ok so a bit confused.....had a 2nd pretty strong line on opks sat and sun and it has completely gone today?!! Does that mean I have ovulated already then over the wkend?? Jeepers af was barey away!!! If so that is very early ovulation but I guess that means a long luteal phase! I'm confused please someone advise me what they think?!

Ps have had a wee laugh at some of the msgs on here recently! We are a funny bunch!!! Lol

englishteacher78 · 09/09/2013 15:42

AF due tomorrow or Wednesday. Given that it was two days late last week I'm going to try and wait until Thursday.

jaykay987 · 09/09/2013 16:06

Oh Disney don't say that! I was hoping there'd be a really positive Gemini reading! Grin

Mama - Im not sure sorry. It might mean you've missed your peak reading. Or it might mean your body didn't quite make it, and so will try again in a day or so. FX it becomes clear soon!

English - that's probably a good idea. I never realised how impatient I was until I have to wait a day or two for ttc related things! Smile

So Im on dpo9 today. I have lots of "symptoms". Though I think my brain is in overdrive. My mind has definitely decided this month is the month. We've only been ttc about 10 weeks. It feels like forever! And I realise it is very much early days.

Feel queasy a lot (might be a slight hangover or DHs driving!)
A lot of cramps and backache (might be entirely imaginary )
Boobs have inflated crazily (might be chocolate/too many meals out related)
Really sore nipples (only possible non imaginary symptom though I guess I might be laying funny at night, or might be a reaction to possible weight gain - see prior symptom!)

Trying to hold out as long as I can before doing a proper test. Aiming or Saturday.....might make it to Thursday.

Who's testing next? This bus has been all talk no action this week! Grin

jaykay987 · 09/09/2013 16:13

Disney - I don't think you read it right. My interpretation is:

"Uranus might carry you a shock on the relationship front side, and it can be a beneficial or a bad one!"

Clearly this is our BFPs!Smile

"There'll be energy and feelings variations, you'll have excellent and not-so-good times and you might feel the need for more rest. It's recommended that you try to handle your sources properly, to prevent fatigue."

Clearly our BFPs will bring us first trimester fatigue and exhaustion!

DisneyDiva87 · 09/09/2013 16:39

Ah Jaykay! You have this interpretation thing down! I was looking for a blaring *YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A BABY'. I really hope this is my month, I spent all weekend telling people/family how lovely it is to cuddle a baby but hand it back to the parents when you get bored (I was cuddling a baby at the time)

SoMuchFruit · 09/09/2013 16:57

Grin coffeeguzzler .. once a week or so is normal for total loss of will power emergencies isn't it ?

keepswimming1 · 09/09/2013 16:59

Hey guys - hope your ready for my rant!!!

So not sure if you'll remember but I was going to book a holiday for my next fertile window, well my dh has just been told he cant fly home now at least until the 26th sept and as that stands that will be my Ovulation day... how gutted am I. It normally takes a day or 2 to actually get home so he will completely miss the window!!
Why when you think everything is going to plan it all changes....gutted!!! ARGGHHH

So now he wont be around for ovulation until NOVEMBER!!!! is there a December bus on the go :(

I hope the rest of you lovely ladies are having a better day than me! Good luck for anyone poas soon x

SoMuchFruit · 09/09/2013 17:00

purplegeekygirl - that's my mantra too .. repeated over and over as I smoke my hidden stash emergency cigbehind the hedge and repeatedly check pockets for Airwaves to surreptitiously chew on way back to the house..

CoffeeGuzzler · 09/09/2013 17:15

Keepswimming..aw that's rubbish. Hugs. Why are fertole wondows so small?! Cake

keepswimming1 · 09/09/2013 17:55

coffee - I do have a normal window, hes just going to miss it. my actual o day will be the 26th, I guess I should hope for a late o day.

I just ate some cookies to cheer myself up. x

coco808 · 09/09/2013 17:56

Awww keepswimming I can imagine how frustrating that must be for you!

I'm really down ladies! Sad. CD 19 today. Usually ovulate cd 19 (or so I think). Used the cbfm for the first time this month which gave me a peak on cd 17, 18. I thought it was a bit odd. So I've been using the cb ovulation sticks and the boots ones and they both have been giving me a negative!!! I don't know which one to believe and whether I ovulated or not! Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Cupcake glad to know you got positive opk Smile

Cupcake1985 · 09/09/2013 18:14

Thanks coco. Also noticed I get a pain in my side and bit of an upset stomach / queezy on the day. Once I realised what it meant it all became clear! Do you get anything like that to make it more obvious its happening? Maybe yours was just on the 17/18 this time as people seem to report it changes a bit each month? Cake

Also on the non smoking, I stopped before my hols on the 19 July and managed to stay off them. It's so hard I helps if you go away from normal life for a while I think to help break the habit. It's ssssoooo hard!

jaykay987 · 09/09/2013 18:15

Sorry Keepswimming. That must be so frustrating.

Coco - not sure what to conclude. CB peak on 17/18 fits well with an expected ovulation date of cd19, given the 12-48 hour window of ov post POAS.
How did you guesstimate cd19? Are you noting other signs?
Did you follow all the instructions of the opks to the letter? (E.g think CB is the only one which should be used with FMU. )

I have found CB to be reliable. I did have some confusion this month, but as I was temping too I could see my interpretation was wrong and CB peaks were right (in retrospect).

Just wondering why you are using three brands of OPK? This month Ive used CB and amazon cheapies, but that's as I plan to switch to reduce costs next month!
