POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.

wagga i am probably around the same 9dpo and tempted to starting peeing on stuff, too . I always start to spot around day 7 or 8, and then get ERTD on day 10. I have no spotting. I am trying not to read much into it...but I might test tomorrow if I see no sign of ERTD.... Any symptoms other than ERTD being due? I feel normal except for this sudden bout of stress incontinence. Every time I cough (have a lingering hack from being sick last month), I leak a little. Embarrassing. Hooray for panty liners. That's just weird for me.

dulcet my main choices really are whether to add on genetic testing of the embryos (which insurance doesn't cover and is $5,000), and what to do with any embryos that could potentially be frozen - do we freeze them, what do we do with them ultimately if we don't use them, etc. Some ethical questions we really need to hem and haw through there. God forbid something happens to one of us or we decide not to have more kids, do we donate them to science? Dispose of them? I have no clue whatsoever.

I'm ok, still off work which is nice, just getting my head and home together. Post-TFMR ERTD seems to be slowing to a trickle which is great news! Breadsticks are killing me, but slightly less so today, so hoping they calm down soon.

Is it just spotting Maggie? Try not to worry too much, it's probably just implant bleeding while the egg makes itself at home. If it gets heavier, just get in to see any old doctor, don't wait til Friday!

Yes Nessa i think so. My stomach feels weird but its hard to tell whats due to what as i've stopped m y esomeprazole tablets i take for gerd til the dr tells me its safe to take them. Plus my hips hurting (ongoing issue). I will go if theres a real problem but this dr knows my complicated history too (which may mean extra appts etc but thats another story!)

Hi lentil welcome! Hope trip to Dr goes ok tomorrow. Imagine they will send for blood tests first off if you have not had those before cos they don't seem to be able to progress anything without those, even though you've had 2 mcs so clearly you do ov. Hope the app is helpful though and you have a nice GP.

Maggie sorry to hear this, hope you are ok. I agree though, get to the Dr sooner if it continues if you can. Keeping everything tightly x-ed for you.

Today I have had my first driving conviction for using my phone whilst driving. Big slap hand. I was stationery with the handbrake on in gridlocked traffic checking the weather forecast, but I know thats no excuse. I ought to know better and I cried because I am a muppet at the moment.

Hosp called me shortly after I'd been booked to kick me whilst I'm still blowing my nose tell me they are not taking my case any further and they are just referring me back for further colp. The oncologist gynae said he doesn't think the mangled cervix is an issue and they need to try harder at colp to get a swap ouch and DH and I need to try harder to get up the duff. FFS.

I have eaten a cream cake now so feel better about it all for about the next 3 minutes.

I feel incredibly ratty & grumpy today (pre AF sign for me) - so as I'm due tomorrow I'm not holding my breath.

either way we are not going to try anymore - this was the last month for us TTC.

If I don't come back, that's why.

I think some bleeding/spotting is normal auntie but get an appointment sooner if you are worried. Don't sit and stress if you don't need to.

Argh, rotten news all round! Gutted that the hospital can't give you a more positive answer, it must be very frustrating for you And grrrrr at getting caught with phone, we've all done it whether we should do or not!! I'm trying to get Siri to do stuff force now while driving!

wagga I think I am right behind you, and I feel your pain! I had to admit to myself once I started spotting that I'm probably just incontinent, and wasn't experiencing some bizarre pregnancy symptom, laugh.

lentil let us know how the doc visit goes. They will/should spend a lot of time talking to you about your TTC history, take blood, etc. My first visit to the fertility doc was very informative. She also did an ultrasound that day to see what was going on in there. Not much apparently! Tee hee. Good luck!
