Still here, still ttc, still POAS, still symptom spotting, still counting days, still temping, still shagging and still absolutely nutty!!!

Welcome MrsL. POAS = pee on a stick, although I prefer to PIAJ (pee in a jug) myself. Usually the stock is a preg test, but tbh most if us are so obsessive we'll pee on anything!

Good luck to the two POAS tomorrow. Hope we get. Couple of BFPs from you!

ok, so POAS just now. There's a very faint line but it's definitely there. DH can see it too Smile

it's a crap 25 mu test and I cant get my hands on a better one today...

my head is spinning atm. I don't quite believe it yet. I'm 13 dpo and the test is meant for 1 day after missed period, so that would be 15 dpo for me, but there was a line. A faint one, but still DH could see it Smile
Typically the pharmacy is closed today so can't get a better test. Will try tomorrow!

Hi ladies. I'm back from holiday!
Thank you all for your kind messages through my rollercoaster holiday. I got back late last night to open a letter saying I've had an abnormal smear test :( cue next wave of panic.

Also One of my best friends who had a mc in June and erpc has just got pregnant again in first month of trying. So happy for her but so wish I was with her on this one as we have been trying for 7 months now. I've now got abnormal cells to stress about so at least I won't be stressing about preggo symptoms anymore!!

keep the car that's so exciting and sorry about the bfn geta. Are you ok? It's so tough when you convince yourself it's a bfp this month. I've done it so many times.

Looking forward to catching up on the rest of your news over next few days.

congratulations keep. I'm sure your odds of a stronger line will increase Wink And writing papers and trying to convince doesn't work for me either! !!

geta I'm so sorry it was a bfn. But if you are testing early there is still a chance you can get a bfp in the next couple of days. what test did you use?

mrsL welcome and yes, if you have dtd around ovulation time sperm can live a couple of days.

I'm one or two days dpo. hate the 2ww. I'm determined not to test before the 6th of October.

Also a bit anxious about an early ovulation because next month I'll be away attending a conference around ovulation time.

Thanks liquid. I don't know yet, they will send me a letter. I have to have a magnifying glass and light shone up my bits it appears. I can't have it when have af which is always difficult with my silly short cycles.

Cd 9 here and no sign of ov. Last month I had ov'd by now so who knows what's going on. Was concerned ovulation on cd 8 was too early but now I have no signs by cd 9 it all seems so weird. How early was your ov liquid?

Holiday was great on the whole considering the due date and multiple new babies and pregnancy annoucements whilst we were there! DH was ill last few days so that was a bummer as you know what ill men are like - pathetic!! He still managed to dtd though so couldn't have been that ill!!

Fedup, you must be feeling anxious. That's really shit. Hope you get fully investigated and that everything is normal. Sounds like the holiday might have delayed ov for you? Possible? That could be a good thing?

Thanks all, sadly I'm still convinced. If I'm not pregnant I'm slightly delusional. Wouldn't be yhe first time though!

Congratulations keep! That's great news. Hope you get a good strong line when you next test.

Fedup - I hope it isn't anything serious. They send those letters when they can't get a good result from the smear and just need to repeat it. I had one and freaked myself out abut it but it was just that they hadn't been able to process a result from the sample so needed to redo it. Hope that's the case for you too.

Geta - sorry about the bfn...but it doesn't mean you are out yet, and I've got everything crossed for you for Tuesday.

I done it looked neg pooped it in bad and went out just thought id have another look and looks faint? It's the blue test? Yes I have more tempted to test again but maybe leave till tomorrow...

I am a bit traumatized by the evaporation lines, because last month all my super drugs tests gave me very convincing evaporation lines after the 10 minute window.
Test again tomorrow and fingers crossed you'll get a stronger line :)

Evaporation lines are the reason why I am not testing earlier this month. They are heartbreaking.
