TTC #3 (#1 with my new husband) Cycle 2 Bfp 9th Sept.

Married my soul mate last year after 5 years together but only decided we would love a child together 2 months ago. I am prob the eldest on this forum as am in my 40s but a v young 40s attitude!! And prepared to give and do everything to have a child with my love.

I have the faint line on opks so ovulation is looming going to try dtd twice a day for next week, also found link about foods to eat/ avoid to increase fertility v interesting !

Here's to shagging like a teenager for a week at least hope we can manage it haha excuse the word generally hate it but find amusing in this context

Well my hubby is away working for til wed and my fertile window begins friday so all perfect timing as we also go away this wkend!! :) but from this wed til next wed I am absolutely going for it (which my hubby will just love and think all his Christmases have come at once lol) and I hope, hope, hope this is our month!!!

Also can't wait for 1st bfps on the sept bus!!!! So excited for u all!!! Now get to work ;)

Morning everyone and welcome to all the new travellers on the September Bus of Joy (positive mental attitude!)

AF has officially left and dtd has officially started

I've now got 5 apps on my phone tracking my cycle and they all say different things. According to all 5, my fertile week starts tomorrow and continues until the 31st. My boyfriend is over the moon at this news!

I've also got lots of time off work in the next few weeks, so lots of chances for lazy lie ins and afternoon naps.

Keeping everything crossed for all of us.

Bought my first Clearblue digital ovulation sticks. At work and resisting ripping off to the loo and test right this moment.

Off to France this friday for the weekend and hoping for lots of wine fuelled deed.

AF leaving today. Hoping I can DH to dtd tonight but he's working until 4 and then as training this evening. Fingers crossed

I wish I could skip forward 2 weeks, I hate this waiting and it's going to be horrible because I'm hopeful... I bet I'm not even pregnant in the end

Disney I know it's easier said than done and...but no point worrying about it. I'm on proper cycle 1 of ttc #1 and I keep thinking..omg what if I'm infertile?! Totally irrational.

It's our anniversary today (5 years!) so I'm hoping we'll get one last DTD in before we are totally out of the running but hubby's tablets make it difficult.

Oh my goodness this is making me so impatient! Can't believe how much waiting before you can do a test takes over your whole mind....I guess the waiting is good practice for patience for when we have a house full of noisy children-keep positive!

I think this is going to be one of 'those' months . I swear I have a pre-cramp feeling and I'm only 1dpo maybe 2. Oh! Or maybe this is ovulation! I got an almost positive opk on sat so it was either just before or just after the hormone surge...

-sigh- the crazy has officially set in...

I am looking forward to this wkend too for ovulation/dtd! But then I know it will be the most awful wait to find out but I am determined not to test too early as spend a fortune on tests! :/

I bought a load of cheapies on amazon so I don't have to feel bad for testing, most have my tests have been before an occassion (hen party, wedding etc) just to make sure before I go out and get bladdered

Haven't had to do one in ages as I've known from times we DTD that it was impossible for me to be pregnant.

Haha! Yes that was me last month doing tests before the wkends!! But used 4 of the expensive ones :/ won't be doing that again! Must check amazon out!!

If u have cheapies defo test away to ur hearts content as the urge to test is just too much!!!
