Oh Blimey Euro. I'd be peed off with that too. That's just downright poor from so-called friends and family. My mum wouldn't approve either so I haven't told her even that we're having ishoos as it's just easier. My mum is religious and would freak out but I know she'd love the resultant imaginary baybee. It's so hard when you don't have that support network because you end up feeling very much alone. Some of my friends have been great but those mainly with kids including those who have won baybees have distanced themselves from me too. I really feel for you but we're here for you, dammit.

We got our IVF letter today. 2.5 weeks until group seminar thing and then private consultation the week after that. HOTB has a new pot for jizz test #2. It is obviously good news, but I have already cried a bit - I will do it, but I don't want to be in this position, where I have to do it.

Amusingly, though, I will apparently be provided with patient info about transvaginal ultrasounds. I think I've done enough dildocamming to know what that's about now, but love that they're going to give me a fact sheet anyway

draf have a while you process all the different emotions. Then another while I process the idea of an ivf group seminar. Hope it's not full of huns and their hubbys who want a bubba. The idea that someone can reach the ivf stage without practically being able to dildocam themselves does beggar belief somewhat.
