missmake rotten news. Your luck will change soon keep your chin up.
jbird and kaka. I am doing smep currently on 6dpo. Going to keep it up for a few months. Apparantly 40% chance of conceiving each month. :-))). That how I conceived my last pregnancy (though ended in mc) but conceived in first month trying

oh no missmakes, for both AF and hubby's job.
at least he has another 3 months pay so he's got some time to find a new job. what bastards.

missmakes - when it rains, it pours! What a shock about your DH's job, it's so rotten when it happens. Good on him for starting to look for something else immediately, sounds as if he's a trooper! Have a large Wine, and one for yourself, too. Life is tough, more on some days than on others.

misspositivity 40%?!?! I hadn't realised that it's that efficient!

Right, I'm on the smep next month as well then in that case, unless of course 'project syringe' hasn't been boiled in the bag by the fecking flu!!

Last night together living in sin, offered a last chance shag, was told to 'do one', which is kind of understandable after 9 in a row! Haha

Wish I had managed to lose a bit more chunk but I have come to the conclusion that 'Happiness weighs about a stone and a half'....Grin

I have really high hopes this month because we BD on both peak fertility days. But my bbt has been dropping so I expect I'll be joining the bus next month. Adding to the rubbish weather, I'm feeling quite low. (I fetched my winter clothes box and pulled a knitted dress out to wear today. It's that cold).

missmakes that's horrid with your DH's job. Hopefully he can find something very soon.

missmakes that's so pants. Sounds like your DH is on the case though, already applying for other jobs! Fingers crossed something good comes along soon - both job wise and for you both in life in general. It's definitely your turn!

I mean packing the CBFM on holiday? Sounds a bit obsessed isn't it? But I don't want to waste a cycle.

sal enjoy tomorrow!! Have a wonderful, wonderful day.

OLTT don't pack it! Holiday sun will no doubt induce lots of dtd anyway Grin

Hope your day is amazing Sal I'm sure you will look stunning!

OLTT are you the sort of couple who have lots of holiday sex anyway? If so I wouldn't bother taking the CBFM, as you will hit your fertile days anyway. If you aren't a holiday-shagging couple then I'd take it but don't tell DH Grin

Thanks rockchick. I guess I'm not gone totally crazy with all this ttc. alyant sadly holiday sex is difficult with a 2yo. From experience last year, DD doesn't sleep till we sleep on holiday. And then on the first night she screamed in distress in her cot. So she ended up in bed in between us. She is the ultimate anti-romance device Hmm

OneLittleToddleTerror · 13/06/2013 10:57

Oh one can only hope she will be better now she is a year older. Maybe she will actually sleep on the sofa bed nice and early in the evening!

Wow, some exciting news on here lately, congrats to all with a BFP, and a wedding this week too! All the best for Friday Sal.

But big hugs to everyone who hasn't had the best news this month too, it'll all come right in the end, you'll see.

It's DTD week for me and the DH, though I've told him that I'm taking a month off so he thinks that any sexy times he gets this week are purely for fun and not 'business'....I know it's a bit naughty but it seems to have made a difference if you get what I mean.

I have 2 bits of good news.... #1 - with the new healthy regime over the last week, I've lost 4lbs! Woop. #2 - we've just booked our holiday for July, I'll find out if I'm PG before we go, if not then I'll be OV whilst we're on holiday so that should make it more fun at least. If I'm not dying of sunburn that is.

OLTT we just had a holiday with our almost-2 yo DD. When we went on holiday last year it was the same as you described, and she slept in our bed almost every night. This year was completely different and she slept quite well in the cot (we don't have her in a proper bed yet) because she was so exhausted from all the sun and surf during the day.
So maybe you will have a completely different time this year. I hope so!

If she's in bed with you anyway then having the cbfm telling you that it's peak day might be more frustrating than not knowing for sure?

sundance that's fab weightloss news. I also like your sneaky DH seduction move - and hooray for holiday booking

So 2 people this week have told me stories about other people they know who, like me who had their first child no problem, but then had YEARS of miscarriages and heartbreak but not to worry because they did eventually go on to have another healthy baby.

I know they are trying to be helpful but WTF goes through people's minds sometimes when they decide to tell a story!?

onelittle I would take it on hols because I'm a crazed TTC, if you feel your holiday will be more relaxed without it then leave it behind

missmakes sorry you are having a crap time, hope things get better soon.

Happy Wedding Day for tomorrow Sal!!! Hope you have a wonderful day x

Sal - Have a wonderful day xx

OLLT - I would take it. What if you regret not having it, wondering what if? Plus it tracks your cycles every month, so it won't work as effectively if you miss one, surely? I took mine when we went to Newquay for a week (and when I concieved, time will tell if it's done the trick or not) but it didn't hinder my holiday at all, I liked turning it on everyday and having that reassurance. Totally upto you. x

Sending lots of good luck vibes to everybody. Smile

I still haven't booked an early scan, "What is meant to be will be, no matter whether we have a scan now or not"

over I'm kinda agreeing with hubby there!

sundance I can already see my DH bits retreating into themselves at the thought of next weeks antics! Lol too much pressure for him it seems, which is ironic as think he wants to try again more than me!
