Something syringe related?! Or going home at lunch to dtd? They're the things that stand out for me!

Hey guys

Back from honeymoon. Haven't had a chance to catch up with the whole thread but thought I would say hello.

Sal - congratulations and wishing you a lovely wedding day. Well chuffed someone has tried the syringe method - have my fingers crossed it works for you.

Mummy - really sorry to hear your sad news. It's simply not fair. I hope you're doing as ok as you can be and you and your DH are looking after yourselves.

MissP - you remind me of me with the symptom spotting. I o'ed at the end of honeymoon and am resisting the ss path as it led to nothing but madness last time! I think most of us would be kicked off the thread if that was against the rules though! though it seems no one pays the blindest bit of attention to 'the rules' anyway!! Tut tut

Alyant - I hate the completely worked up into a state feeling. Glad you're feeling better today.

Sorry some of you are down in the dumps. I've been down in the dumps too. Had a lovely honeymoon but it just felt like everyone was either miles younger than us or were families, and I felt wierd and 'in limbo' and sad. I've also got a sense I'm not going to get a bfp before previous due date which I'd naively assumed I would. Not very posifrickintivity-ness today. Apologies, rant over.

great news noahsmummy for finally getting your bfn.

right with you OLTT and rock - my nct group are mostly all up the duff too. it makes me happy (for them) and sad (for me) at the same time.

missp i've never heard of mouth ulcers as a pregnancy symptom before.

Sorry that so many people feel crappy today, big un-MN hugs to you all.

Rock I think MC is like any other grief, it's such a rollercoaster, you think you are over it and then "wham" it hits you one day for no reason. I've been very up and down, I can think I'm over it and then will suddenly get a stomach lurching feeling of loss triggered by something. My advice is just go with your emotions, let it out when you need to and don't feel like it is not normal or you should be 'over it' by now or any of that nonsense.

onelittle so sorry AF has got you, there is nothing worse than that sinking feeling when you wipe and see blood Sad

miss I'm LOVING your crazy symtom spotting, please don't leave the thread as it doesn't make me feel as bonkers Grin I'm only 4 days post OV so will wait until next week to start spotting making up symptoms.

Rockchick - I went through the exact same last week, just when you think you can't cry about it any more, something triggers a mini-meltdown. Just keep talking about it on here, it really does help. As does chocolate.

Is anyone going for the POAS Friday? Good luck if you are.

Sorry to hear about impending AF *OLTT Thanks I'm in touch with all but one couple from my NCT group and all have a second child by now - one is even pregnant with her third Hmm

I'm feeling really down today - no idea why! Have been feeling ok about the miscarriage for a while now, obviously sad about it but accepted it had happened for a reason and had mentally moved on. For some reason today I feel devastated again about it Sad Nothing has happened, I'm not due AF, is this normal or am I weird? Confused

Gosh I can't feel any lower.

Went to the toilet early and the tissue wiped a bit red. I know AF is coming with my bbt reading.

And I just got a text from one of my NCT group. She is pregnant due December. Now all but two in the group either had a second already or pregnant.

Sorry for needing to rant.

Cheapy HPK detected my BFP in march 3 days before AF due. Take a while tho...assumed BFN so binned it only to rescue it from the bathroom bin a few days later to see 2 lines! CB are just so damn expensive!

OneLittleToddleTerror · 14/06/2013 11:04

By the way, I'm POAS so late because I've never have luck with early POAS. It could be because my sticks are internet cheapies though. Like those cheap OPKs. The CB OPKs actually find my LH surge unlike the cheap OPKs.

nearly I would add two weeks too because an 'average' period is 28 days, with O day on day 14. And tbh, dating from LMP is only ever accurate for people who have an average cycle isn't it? If your cycle is 40 days, your foetus would be much younger than someone else with a 28 day cycle, if using LMP. HTH.

Miss I'm 12dpo and really hoping for some sympton. I had a few sleepless nights early in the week and I was hoping it means good news. But alas, I've been sleeping well again. I'll be POAS on monday because I'll be off to Spain on tuesday. That would be 15dpo so definitely should give me some sort of answer. If anything it will tell me if I can drink on holiday. Ofc unless AF turns up first then I won't be POAS on monday.

nearly. Think add 2 weeks. Hope your keeping well

kat sorry your feeling low. These dates will always be hard. Dreading the due date of my two. Big hugs and do something nice for yourself.

Well I am 8dpo and symptom spotting like mad. I am nuts but I shall share

Been in bed at 9pm wrecked all week( probably just lazy)
Mouth ulcers 5
Sore boobs (my boobs are always sore)
Woke up at 3am this morning and retched
Brushed my teeth and they bleed.
Poas because I am mad and it's way to early and BFN

Do you want me to leave thread as I am clearly insane.

Morning all, I introduced myself a while ago and disappeared as was still getting positive tests. This morning 4 weeks after the ERPC I finally got a definite negative. We are going to start ttc straight away even though AF has not yet arrived. Mind you I feel very much like she is not far away today.

Sending hugs to those of you needing one at the moment xx

happy wedding day sal!!

hugs for you kat.

I had a few tears last night too for no particularly good reason. Found myself getting grumpy at hubby earlier in the evening and decided that it must be PMS, meaning no luck this month either. So then I worked myself up into a real state. Have woken up this morning feeling slightly ill so am feeling a bit more positive. What a rollercoaster of emotions this is. It's horrid.

Did anyone POAS this morning?

sundance I can already see my DH bits retreating into themselves at the thought of next weeks antics! Lol too much pressure for him it seems, which is ironic as think he wants to try again more than me!

Sal - Have a wonderful day xx

OLLT - I would take it. What if you regret not having it, wondering what if? Plus it tracks your cycles every month, so it won't work as effectively if you miss one, surely? I took mine when we went to Newquay for a week (and when I concieved, time will tell if it's done the trick or not) but it didn't hinder my holiday at all, I liked turning it on everyday and having that reassurance. Totally upto you. x

Sending lots of good luck vibes to everybody. Smile

I still haven't booked an early scan, "What is meant to be will be, no matter whether we have a scan now or not"

So 2 people this week have told me stories about other people they know who, like me who had their first child no problem, but then had YEARS of miscarriages and heartbreak but not to worry because they did eventually go on to have another healthy baby.

I know they are trying to be helpful but WTF goes through people's minds sometimes when they decide to tell a story!?

onelittle I would take it on hols because I'm a crazed TTC, if you feel your holiday will be more relaxed without it then leave it behind

missmakes sorry you are having a crap time, hope things get better soon.

Happy Wedding Day for tomorrow Sal!!! Hope you have a wonderful day x

OLTT we just had a holiday with our almost-2 yo DD. When we went on holiday last year it was the same as you described, and she slept in our bed almost every night. This year was completely different and she slept quite well in the cot (we don't have her in a proper bed yet) because she was so exhausted from all the sun and surf during the day.
So maybe you will have a completely different time this year. I hope so!

If she's in bed with you anyway then having the cbfm telling you that it's peak day might be more frustrating than not knowing for sure?

sundance that's fab weightloss news. I also like your sneaky DH seduction move - and hooray for holiday booking
