Do you think intermittent fasting is safe while ttc?

I'm in my 20th month of trying :(

Cats, I have been fasting one day a week for several weeks now and dropped a few pounds. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with food issues or body dysmorphia. I eat spectacularly well every other day and work out a lot. My problem is caffeine as I've become addicted to energy drinks during work-outs.

Cats, when I say 'fasting' I mean 600 cals (which covers muesli and nuts for breakfast and my homemade soup for tea). Absolutely nowt else.

sonics change doc, get an appointment quick before they get your notes, say you have been trying for 8 million years. If your temps are at the same time every day why are they open circles? Are you taking your temp before you wake up? (ie set your alarm for a time before you would naturally wake up every day and stick the thermomenter in your mouth before you basically breathe when the alarm goes off)
