Merkin, I'm going to sound like a right old misery guts now, but don't expect the doctor to take you to seriously over temperatures. Mine are low enough to flag up thyroid alarm bells, yet despite presenting many other symptoms, they're still trying to diagnose me with everything but.

Ah Boodle but I am a determined cow and will refuse to leave until they do blood tests. I have a bigger bottom lip (sulky face) than a 3 year old and can stamp my feet bloody well when needed optimistic that nice lady doctor who specialises in fertility will care and be helpful

Good luck boodle and merkin. It's so frustrating when you find yourself having to be firm with your Doctor and feel like you know what is wrong more than they do! I hope they listen to your concerns and do the tests to put your mind at rest.

Phew, battled through all the blow up sausages and sausage straws and glow in the dark sausages to emerge from the hen do and onto this thread! Thank god someone that I will never have to reread my earlier outburst. Feeling calmer again now and managed yet another hen do stone cold sober. Onwards to the 2ww......

Lurgy has really taken hold today. Temp hit a record high of 37.26 - that'll teach me for whinging about it being too low!! Think any slim chance I had of getting a BFP is well and truly scuppered

Can anyone help? It's 6 days until my af is due and I've been very regular since coming of the pill a year ago. According to calculations I ovulated a week ago and had slight amount of cm. At the end of last week for 2 days I had lots of watery cm, felt like I was actually peeing myself (sorry tmi)! . Now today I have clear cm after wiping. I can't just be ovulating now surely? What's going on?

Sonics. 32. TTC since jan 2011. MMC in aug 2012. Due 22nd march

I've copied from the thread I posted yesterday for a full download on me. Fortunately my temp has gone up this morn so hopefully it'll stay that way.

My DH and I started TTC in Jan 2011. In Jan 2012 we had tests done. I had blood tests and ultrasound/trans-vaginal scan and DH had sperm analysis, all tests were fine. I fell pregnant in June last year and had mmc in August. We've been trying again since September with no success.

Went back to doctor in February who said that the clock restarts from when I had my mc, and because my tests were fine and we're both healthy, the chances are I'll get pg again within a year, so they won't do anymore investigations until August.

I've been charting for the first time the last two months and although my cycles are regular and I'm getting a positive opk, my temp is all over the place. I also don't get any EWCM which probably isn't helping.

Have you been using opks penny?

No sonics I haven't...it's just my first month TTC and I thought I was like clockwork. Seemed to be able to tell when I was ovulating with 2 days of thick cm and then 2 weeks later af, simple right!? Looks like I need to get me some opk's? Any recommendations?

After using the cheap Internet ones on and off and always struggling to interpret them, I've splashed out on the clearblue ones and its well worth it. You get a smiley face when it's positive. None of this having to figure out which line is darker of the two. Far too complicated for my liking!!

Sonics, I got pregnant within two months of trying last January and had a mmc eleven weeks later. Since then I have not had a BFP. My recent lap & dye revealed a blocked fallopian tube and endometriosis behind one ovary. I was shell-shocked (still am) as I had fallen preggo so easily before the miscarriage. I honestly now believe my mmc/ERPC has caused some kind of subfertility. Please don't be alarmed; I am not trying to scare you, but maybe you could think about having a lap & dye to put your mind at rest.

sonics just read your previous post. I'm sorry about your mmc. Hoping for a healthy bfp for you soon. Our bodies are strange creatures, no ewcm for you yet your opks are giving positive results which has got to be a good sign right? My ewcm is on the opposite scale, I can't make sense of it just now....awaiting the arrival of opk's.

This is expensive business isn't it? I've spent £40 on different test now already!

Sorry for the outburst. I'm irrationally emo today. Stay away from face ache today everyone, its bound to hurt.

However, we went to bed last night and dh was really good about apologising for hoing out today, and then we DTD for the first time since half term! if you think its bad having to DTD when TTC, you wait til you don't want it to happen this month and then run out of condoms. It shouldn't be rocket science, but obviously it's almost as difficult!

Penny & Sonics can i beseech you to not use expensive OPK's. I don't believe there is a need. If you're struggling to interpret cheapies post pics on here and we I will do it for you! Yes the cheaper ones are harder to pee on (ask Barking!) and need interpretation but they all tell you the same thing and after 1 cycle you will have it nailed. Cheap OPK's + temping + fertility friend + elderberries is all you need. Spend your money on good prenatal vitamins instead!

However it's not shag week. Thing is that DH thinks we've stopped trying. Little does he know. Well I say it's not shag week but then I've had an indecent amount of ewcm a couple of days ago and nothing since. I've long since given up on the CBFM and temping so I've no real idea when and if I've ovd this month. Might just have a sneaky opk today and see what's doing.

I wish our DH's 15 year old selves would have a word with them about DTD. Having a woman demanding sex from them and it doesn't even have to be good is every 15 year olds dream surely.
